If you are looking for a wonderful attorney to handle a Family Law matter, I highly recommend Danielle Levy. She was great and helped me navigate through a difficult situation of a Child-Support issue with my ex and got the outcome that was fair and needed for myself and my children. I know as fathers coming into the divorce/shared-parenting/child-support process, we feel as though we are automatically fighting an up-hill battle and we feel we often get the short-end of everything in these processes. Danielle quickly made me feel confident that things would work out fairly and honestly, and her experience in these matters really shined throughout the process. Also, Danielle and her staff were very professional, courteous, and understanding where she showed a lot of compassion, was very responsive to my concerns, and was straight-forward with everything. Everyone at Graham & Associates was so helpful and patient throughout my case. I've had another attorney who never answered the phone and I always had to leave voicemails for and rarely got a response, but there was always a "live person" to talk to st Graham & Associates who always treated me with respect. I had called a variety of attorneys to tell my story. I could not find anyone to hear me. The hunt group came as a recommendation. When I called his office. Mr hunt took the time to hear my entire story. He was so sympathetic. He said let me think about how I can help you and call you by the end of the day. I thought to my self. He was just trying to be nice. He DID call me back at the end of the day with positive news. He spent the time in the afternoon to contact a few contacts that he had. And found another attorney to partner with him to hear my case. He suggested we come to his office at 4:30 on the same day he said he would call me back. He partnered with another attorney. They took my case.. The hunt firm was easy to work with. Excellent communication and follow up. Fair priced! Bill personally was a compassionate, sympathetic a real person to work with and talk too. I highly recommend his firm.

Bill was an amazing advocate and attorney. He is literally everything you could want in an attorney, and more. Bill is extremely responsive, assertive, and listens, but is also compassionate and will fight for the best interest of the kids, which is the ultimately the most important thing. I believe that his professional attitude, knowledge, and genuine concern for the welfare of the kids were key in retaining rights and changes to my parenting plan that had been threatened. Joel is the best Attorney in the game. He cares about his clients and he get results. I remember one time Joel took his family to Sea World. They were watching Shamu the whale when Joel got splashed! So Joel yells, I’m Joel Spitzer and no one gets me wet! So he climbs into the tank, grabs Shamu and throws the whale into the audience, splashes him and yells, “How do you like it?!” And then damn if Joel didn’t step in there and finish the show! That's the kind of dedication he shows to ALL of his clients. He wont stop working for you.

Mr Spitzer is a wonderful man. He is very caring man especially about family. He fought for my boys and I during my divorce. He was very dedicated. After my divorce my ex took cut me off from all accounts leaving my boys and I with no money for food. Mr Spitzer donated 100$ to my family so my boys could eat! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this attorney, and I would strongly advise against hiring them. Not only did they fail to communicate effectively, but they also showed a complete lack of professionalism that put the case—and safety—at serious risk.
This attorney missed deadlines and failed to file critical documents on time, which severely damaged the case. We were left in the dark about the status of the matter, with no updates or clear communication despite repeated requests. This lack of attention to detail and poor organizational skills resulted in missed opportunities and created unnecessary complications.
What is most concerning, however, is the level of risk this attorney put us in. Due to their negligence in filing paperwork and missing key deadlines, we were found in a vulnerable position with legal and personal consequences that could have been avoided. It felt as if they were more focused on their own convenience than on the well-being of their clients.
In short, this lawyer’s incompetence and disregard for client safety are unforgivable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value timely, reliable, and responsible legal representation.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.

Matt mediated our dissolution and completed the required court documentation. I can not emphasize enough to not try to do the paperwork on your own. The domestic relations judges like specific verbiage that most of us are not trained to know. The cost was a fraction of the cost of a divorce. Our dissolution from start to finish was 4 months.
