I ran into trouble when people that I barely knew jumped me and then filed a false police report. There was eight of them at the scene and me. I had no proof besides my word. I was charged with criminal tresspassing and assault on a minor. Mr. Cassese met with me for a consultation. He listened to me, and made notes. We appeared in court and all charges were dismissed. I highly recommend this man to represent the accused.

It’s never pleasant dealing with a legal matter. That being said, Frank Cassese is hands down the best attorney in the area. He came highly recommended to me and he lived up to expectations. I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!
I highly recommend if you are about to divorce hire Jimmy immediately don't hesitate. Very thorough and knows which way to advise you based on his many years of experience.

Jimmy helped me navigate the hardest time of my life... rolled with every change gave me good advice and did everything I asked even if he thought I should do something different he gave me advice and pushed for what I valued. What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.
The thing that sticks out the most to me was his guidance throughout this process. Paraphrasing: "Tempers are going to flare and ugliness may come out at any point. You need to be in control of your response/reactions as best as you can, always! You only have one divorce and how will others remember it? It's important not only for you, but for your daughter. The both of you will be forever connected because of your daughter. Watch what you say and if you need to leave before you do something you'll regret, do it and call me, anytime. Your daughter and her mother will thank you when she gets older."
Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

My divorce was just final almost a year ago. It was a difficult situation with our business involved. Denise ALWAYS looked out for me. I would get intimidated - just plain scared - and she would "talk me off the cliff"! This happened many times. She was always available - even at night and on weekends. I don't want to think about what my situation would be had I not hired Denise! She would often say to me: "I'm not your mother" but this is what I advise. Mr Abdallah was a lifesaver, literally. I needed to find an immigration lawyer to help my boyfriend who was being held by I.C.E. and going up against the state to be deported. After contacting over 10 immigration lawyers in the area, Mr. Abdallah immediately wanted to get to work. He was the only person to give me hope during this confusing time. Mr. Abdallah walked me through all the information he needed to help with our case. Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. Him and I always kept an open communication during this process which made it easier to respond to certain steps during this. My divorce turned into a nightmare. My ex fought us on absolutely everything, refused to provide court ordered documentation, just made it extremely difficult. Mr. Zeiger was honest about what was/wasn't worth a fight. From his experience he already knew what the outcome would be. He fought hard for what was right, didn't let the lack of cooperation from the other side detour him. He found ways to gather the necessary documentation without their assistance. In the end the settlements were fair and I didn't have any regrets about the decisions we made and how it was all handled.

Emily represented me, a GC, on my first surrogacy journey. I was nervous for the legal stage, as I had read so many horror stories from GCs about contracts not being written well and their legal representation missing things that really should’ve been changed. Emily is the best Ohio surrogacy lawyer one could ask for - smart, experienced, thorough, and responsive. Due to COVID, we never met with Emily in person but did video chats and email and it worked really well for us as we are in OH but not in Akron. We were intended parents and having her on our team was paramount. My friend worked with Jeremy on his divorce thus recommended him to me, which I now thank him for. Working with Jeremy was not like working with a cold lawyer. It feels like working with a friend who happens to be a lawyer. His work style is very professional but friendly and approachable. Even though he had tons of cases and court work, he always did his best to be flexible, accommodate my schedule and respond my emails promptly. I cannot think of any moment with him that made me nervous or uncomfortable. I was not an expert on divorce (who is?) and had a lot of silly and basic questions on how things should work. And I freaked out several time when things from my ex’s side surprised me, Jeremy was always very patient and helpful to answer my questions, and give me professional and personal advice.
During the course, I changed job twice and had to put the case on hold, which created some additional work for him. At a point, my ex’s lawyer totally dropped the ball. I am very thankful that he was very nicely and patiently helping me with my paperwork and instructed me on how to handle such situation. Opposite to my ex’s lawyer who was only reactive, Jeremy took proactive actions to help move this case forward to the direction that benefited me. At the end of the case, I am fully confident in his expertise, professional knowledge, and experience. More importantly, I see him as a trusted friend with nice personality and a beautiful heart. I certainly don’t want myself or my friends to get involved in legal matters. But if we do, Jeremy will absolutely be my go-to-person and I will be absolutely confident and proud to recommend him to my friends, because having Jeremy will be our best choice.
