Attorney Dan Guinn is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to listen and comes up with solutions that are viable and make sense. You can tell when you speak to him that he really listens to what your concerns are. He makes himself available for his clients via phone, email, and text. He even answers his own phone so you are not dealing with a secretary. Plus, he doesn't charge for phone calls. He is an attorney that just "gets it." Attorney Dan Guinn is great and is the only attorney anyone should use. He takes the time to listen to you and provides viable solutions to your problems. He seems a bit quiet at times but he is outstanding in the courtroom and did a great job for me. He is the only attorney I will ever use and he is not a part of the "good old boys" network. I was referred to Audrey Sweeney from a good friend. I made the decision to get custody of my two small children, I was facing the toughest battle of my life by myself, everything seemed confusing and overwhelming. That was until I talked to Audrey, when I first met her I could tell she was a sweetheart, and that she really cared, however I wanted a lion in the courtroom, and I'm here to testify that is exactly what I got. She did not wing it at all, we had many court dates, and on several occasions she came out of her chair and raised her voice with authority, she did her homework and was prepared. It was a very exhausting experience. Audrey was there to walk me through the entire process, there was not one time that I did not know what was to expect. Zach did a fantastic job with resolving my traffic citation. He went above and beyond to get my case quickly resolved from start to finish. He was very responsive when I had questions and provided a great deal of insight as to what we were dealing with and the possible outcomes. In the end he got my traffic citation dismissed and no points were added to my license which is a BIG WIN. I would recommend Zach to anyone for they’re legal needs.

I went through several lawyers in my custody battle before I found Bob Caplan, and the difference in representation was immediately noticeable. Bob spent countless hours fighting for both of my children, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. He was very invested in my case, didn’t make any promises that he couldn’t keep, and he genuinely cared about my family’s future. In the courtroom, he was able to accurately depict what was going on with my childrens’ mother and was able to win several cases that my ex had put against me. Larry was a godsend. He helped my wife take care of a false claim that she owed an ancient debt. He let us know what he'd need from us and then he took quick and direct action against the claimant who was representing the so-called creditor. His aggressive approach cleared up the matter in less than two weeks and, some months later, my wife's credit rating recovered and passed 800 in time for us to refinance our home.

The representation received from Mr Hayman was impressive to say the least. I had to appear in court and we had to file a continuance, but I never had to worry about a thing. I had any paperwork I needed for reference before the ink dried. Day of court I was quite nervous, but Mr Hayman put me right at ease, handled every detail and I came out better than I thought. Very positive experience when it was not expected (court is hardly positive). I would highly recommend Mr Hayman!

I would recommend Danielle and her firm for any of your family law needs. Scott Russell is a true professional. I walked into his office for our initial consultation full of questions and anxiety regarding my impending divorce. I have frankly not had good experiences with lawyers in the past. Jonathan is the exception to the rule. He worked with me on a custody case that could have been prolonged, painful and expensive. Yet his depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and strategic thinking led to an outcome that was as optimal as I could have hoped for and quickly brought to a conclusion. And, on top of that, he is one of the most ethical people I have met. *Gasp* - yes, I did put those two things together: 'ethical' and 'lawyer'. I highly recommend him and am thankful he was recommended to me.

I have worked with small firms and large firms in my professional carer and I wouldn't give many a positive review. Jonathan is one of the exceptions. Mr Smith guided me through a process with advice that saved me a lot of time and money. He put it in prospective and outlined potential outcomes in layman terms. Ed is a criminal/civil/personal injury attorney and I have used him in all three situations. He is straight forward and tells it how it is. He's affordable and easy to get ahold of and gets results. Ed was referred to me by my sister when a past mistake caught up w me in criminal court. I had made a stupid and grievous mistake in 2008 while suffering from addiction and was under secret indictment for 11 months. Of course, I knew what I did was wrong but I did not know that I had been set up to do it w a Warren County Task Force officer. I had no idea what I had done when I did it. A month after the incident, I sought and received treatment to get off of pain pills on my own. I was 10 months clean and sober when I was blindsided by being arrested for a felony 2 aggravated trafficking indictment. I had never been in serious trouble w law enforcement prior. My charge carried a minimum mandatory 2yrs and up to 8yrs in state prison. I had the best judge you could ask for but because I would not work w the police and state prosecution to "set up" other ppl to get out of taking responsibility for my own actions, the prosecutor was not willing to work w me in dropping my charge down to a lesser felony. I was headed to trial facing as much as 8 yrs in prison. Ed Kathman was able to appeal to the mercy of the court and argue on my behalf to get me a plea deal that dropped my charge down to a Felony 3 w a 2 year prison sentence. I couldn't have been happier. I served my time and have been out for two years. I will be clean 5 years in January. Ed has become one of my closest friends and confidant. I continue to use his services in my child custody case. I call Ed my 'A.P.A': All Purpose Attorney. From criminal to personal injury, Ed Kathman is the man for the job.

Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . I was very pleased with the communication and interaction with Mr. Kaufman throughout this process and would highly recommend him. I have provided Mr. Kaufman's contact information on several occassions and will continue to do so. I consider Mr. Kaufman a professional with a high standard of ethics.
