I do not know how I would have gotten through my divorce if I had not had Adrienne as my legal counsel. From our very first interaction she was so honest which I appreciated and found refreshing. Adrienne not only knows the law, she practices always keeping the law in the forefront of any conversation or interaction, which was nice for me because it made things simple regarding what could be negotiated and what was simply the law.
She worked hard with opposing counsel to ensure the process continued to move forward as she recognized that I could not move forward in life until my divorce was finalized. Adrienne is extremely organized and has an uncanny attention to detail. I trust her implicitly and although I do not plan on getting married or divorced again, if I did find myself in that situation, I would not want any other counsel except Adrienne.
Adrienne is a fierce advocate for her clients and she really took the time to get to know me as a person, my sense of humor and values as well as my triggers (I hate that word) or issues where I could easily become emotional. Adrienne is very honest and will give it to you straight so you always know where you stand. She kept me on track, moving forward and managed my emotions with grace and compassion. She gave me reassurance when needed, always keeping the law in the forefront of any decision or negotiation. There were times I thought my head was going to explode, and she was exceptional at bringing me back to the task at hand in order to reach the finish line with fair and equitable resolution for all involved.
Divorce is not for me and like many others I didn’t get married to get divorced, but Adrienne made it not only bearable but at times enjoyable. I should clarify, the divorce itself was not pleasant but working with her was an absolutely enjoyable experience and made one of the worst times in my life a little more bearable. We made it through as a team, with her leading the way from start to finish, and I will forever be grateful for her service and the due diligence she gave not only to my case but to me as a person.

I was very pleased with Jennifer’s professionalism and willingness to listen to what I had to say.
I hired Jennifer to help me as my ex was unwilling to disclose what was happening to funds set aside specifically for my children. Unlike the lawyer I hired for my divorce, or other subsequent lawyers who disbelieved what I had to say about what was happening, or the irrational actions of my ex, Jennifer listened and was able to work with me to resolve the situation. I felt confident in her advise and she was always willing to explain things in a manner I was able to understand.
More importantly, she listened when I disagreed and didn’t try to pressure my decisions (giving me time to work through my emotional reluctance, at times, so that I could make rational decisions regarding the case and which moved the case forward).
I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone in need of a lawyer with regards to family law.

Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal with my case. I was/am dealing with a very narcissistic ex husband and Jennifer was calm, cool and collected while dealing with him and my custody case. She was very to the point with him and extremely helpful to me. She understood that I am a single mother with a single income, she was conscious of the fact that I didn’t have an endless amount of money. Jennifer would tell me all of the options that there were and we would discuss which route was best and she cared about my input. She cared about me and my daughter! I would call or email Jennifer with questions or concerns and I thought I was bothering her so I apologized (all the time!) and she reassured me that I am not a bother. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone dealing with divorce/custody issues. I will hire Jennifer in the future if I need further assistance. I just can’t say enough good things about Jennifer!

Our daughter was hit by a car and killed while in a crosswalk. We were fortunate to find Josh to take our case. I could not imagine a more effective attorney. Josh took on all of the details of our case. He recommended a highly competent probate attorney to handle the details of our daughter's estate. His assistant Jessica very effectively managed many of the interface details between his office and the probate attorney's office. Josh worked diligently with the insurance companies, dealing with their stalling tactics and negotiating a generous and fair settlement. He worked extremely effectively with the District Attorney's office and the ADA assigned to our case. His guidance was always pragmatic and thoughtful. He and Jessica were always readily accessible whenever we had a question. He worked very effectively with the Defendant's attorney. I started my divorce process in mid 2020, what a time to have to go through this process. But I don't think there's really a "good" time for such a thing.
The original attorney I teamed up with at the beginning of my divorce, Myah Kehoe (Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC) which I recommend as well. That attorney recommended a handful of attorneys based on the particulars of my case. After consulting with each of these attorneys, I decided upon Jennifer (Jenny) Eadie and I'm glad I made that decision. My case was protracted (likely due to the pandemic), involving a non-responsive other party, and a lack of willingness to compromise. Jenny was highly skilled at taking over the case, getting up to speed, and communicating with both parties in a timely fashion. Jenny helped bring my case to a resolution and a positive outcome. If you want an attorney that's patient, polite, and efficient; then look no further. Jenny is it, I highly recommend Jenny Eadie as an attorney.

After interviewing attorneys for assistance in my very serious and distressing situation, I was beginning to feel helpless. I felt some firms presented their services resembling a “used car sales” and others who didn’t provide much information until they received a retainer. I contacted Mr. Galm about a car accident. He called me back to sort out if we really needed his services and spoke with me by telephone for 20 mnutes. He explained the way the laws would work in our situation and what he would expect to happen. In a situation which had caused a great deal of anxiety for our family, he was able to ease our minds in minutes. We ended up concluding we would not need his help with this situation, but if I ever need a lawyer again for this kind of problem, he will be the one we contact!

Paul went above and beyond for us after my husband was injured in an accident. He was thorough, attentive to all aspects of the case, and kept us informed of all of our options. Clayton Tullos gives one exactly what is needed in the courtroom...an experienced litigator who is quick thinking and a powerful advocate. I write this review with the status of my case still pending, but I wouldn't change it regardless of the outcome. Clayton did a skilled job passionately advocating for my daughter and her rights as a person in a difficult custody case. Clayton was willing to work with me on what I could afford, and was efficient in selecting relevant evidence and resources for trial. Most importantly, Clayton cared as a human being and this was evident in his argument. Clayton isn't the best layer for everyone, but he is a skilled litigator, was honest through the process, and he cared, which is the most one can ask for of an attorney. Highest recommendation.

I refer to Mary as a God send. My daughter's mom moved out of state and cut off communication. I hadn't spoken or seen my daughter in 4 years! I can't say enough about Grant Cook, representing me in two different cases. In two separate courts. One case against a landlord. The other a family court matter. I found him to be thorough and an excellent communicator. Kept me in the loop with information as he received it. He spoke in a way that gave me a clearer understanding of the laws as they pertained to my cases. I know it can be frustrating for some who hire other representation and feel out of the loop or spoken down to. Not so with Grant. It had been both confusing and stressful over the years, as I had initially attempted to get legal help to resolve problems in the original paperwork from other legal counsel, with no luck. In a final attempt, I feel very fortunate to have found and received the legal help and guidance from Ms. Root and her team. We worked through several challenging obstacles, explaining legal terms and steps required along the way, and then ultimately receiving the required military calculation information for final negotiations and terms of the final documents. The goal was to file clarifying divorce military benefits paperwork, for the outcome of a revised court order to receive these benefits. After much effort by all, we received this new court order.
In the beginning, I also stated that I wanted a first priority placed on keeping my kids out of the entire process, out of respect and sensitivity for them, as they should not be caught in the middle of this situation. Kathy Root was the stable behind my dramatic divorce 13 years ago/ which is still proceeding with other issues to this day. Jim did an exemplary job working in my defense on a protection order. Chelsea Armstrong came highly recommended related to a matter of my wife being owed an unpaid judgment. In an effort to evade payment, the person that owed the judgement resorted to legally harassing us instead. Chelsea stepped in immediately, was proactive, communicated extremely well, was rock solid on follow-through, was highly accurate in her work and legal assessment, took up the matter in a hearing that she initiated, and was very effective in shutting down the nonsense. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Chelsea and will no doubt be seeking her good help again.

Chelsea is compassionate and empathetic to parents in custody battles. She looks at the individual circumstances of each divorce and knows when it is appropriate to ask for more or less than the default parenting plan. She has a calm demeanor that is so necessary during a stressful divorce. She really listens to her client’s concerns. She is highly experienced and smart. Chelsea Armstrong was my attorney for close to three years and in that time she helped me immensely. I went through a very nasty divorce that was fueled by a bitter ex. Quite often in a bitter divorce case it feels so traumatic and devastating to your life, in that aspect Chelsea was outstanding as well. I would talk to her and every time would feel better, and if I just followed her directions and did as she said I would be fine in the end. My ex had an attorney that just tried to do everything the old school way which inflates the cost. Chelsea really tried to keep the costs down as much as possible by thinking outside the box. I truly believe that you are so much more than just a case number to her. I am disabled, my husband left me, after 32 years, because he didn't want a disabled wife. I was a hot mess, when I came to Kelsea. She could have told me no, I had to switch to her, with only weeks to go. She took me on, and, because she's in an office with other attorneys, it's like you get all their advice. Chip was very good. My ex wanted to fight about every little thing. She opposed anything and everything. Somehow she found a lawyer just like her. It was hell, he was as sarcastic as she was. Anyway Chip kept his cool and kept me from do foolish things too. All of the emails and arguments, she even purposely damaged my car Chip could have charged me a fortune as I later found out other lawyers do. He is not only a great lawyer, but he's a good person too. I wish he were my friend.
