I am writting this review to perhaps help someone who plans to hire Ms. Jimenez.
I am writing to alert people regarding the lack of representation and communication from Attorney Alisha Jimenez during a critical time for my wife and me.
Prior to the holidays, we had a conversation with AttorneyJimenez in which she assured us that she would prepare a journal for our upcoming pretrial. Unfortunately, this preparation was never completed. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to her through various channels—including the messaging portal, email, and office phone—my messages went unanswered.
As a result of this lack of communication, my wife and I found ourselves unprepared and without guidance during the court pretrial, as Attorney Jimenez did not attend or call in to support us. This situation has caused us significant stress and concern, and we find it unacceptable for a client to be left without representation in such an important matter.

I consulted with Ms. Jimenez after being served with foreclosure papers on a property I was renting from a person who turned out NOT to be the real owner. For lack of a better term, she talked a good game. She seemed tenacious and knowledgeable. She mentioned all types of possibilities (for instance, being paid by the mortgage company to turn over the keys). She was proactive in contacting the foreclosing attorney and immediately told me to stop paying rent. She even wrote a letter to the "landlord" to that effect.
As our case made its way through the system Ms. Jimenez became more difficult to reach via phone or her client portal. Finally, a few days before our court date, which we were aware was going to be a telephonic appearance, I contacted her to find out if there was anything I needed to take to court. She did reply, and I thought I was set.
On the morning of the hearing, she called to inform me that she had not pre-registered to call in to the court and asked that I request the judge call her. I had NEVER been before a judge before so was already super nervous. Fortunately, the judge did call, but the bulldog that I had dealt with for the previous 4 months turned into a sheep. Even though the "landlord," who had never presented a lease agreement between herself and the real owner when Ms. Jimenez had requested it suddenly presented a doctored notarized document (the judge asked why there was white out), Ms. Jimenez said nothing. So I did, and the judge said the validity of the document was irrelevant to the case. Ms. Jimenez again remained silent. That was a bad time for an A-ha moment, but it was just that.
Following the hearing, which was granted to the plaintiff, Ms. Jimenez began negotiating. About 3-4 days into the negotiation, she declared that the plaintiff was insane (I was inclined to agree) and that she felt like she was working for the plaintiff not me (I again was inclined to agree) because of how much time she was spending communicating with the plaintiff.
Then, poof! She basically walked away and stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. In a final effort to fully understand what was happening from a legal standpoint and to determine my next steps, I pleaded with her via email to reply. She responded in a stern email that was not characteristic of previous communications that the matter was closed and that negotiations had failed.
So, ergo, the title of this review, "Disappointed." I went with a solo practice because I thought I'd get more personalized service, but this is what I got for the money I paid on time, I might add (more than $1K, less than $2K). She completely checked out, and that's just not principled business. Hope this review helps.

Alisha is extremely professional and knows her field. She returns calls as soon as possible and likewise with emails. The first things I learned is that Alisha is a good listener which for me is important so she can meet my needs and concerns. I reached out to this office over a month ago, I filled out a form they wanted of my situation on 9/4/2024 and it was a back and forth with the assistant saying the attorney was going to reach out to me and this never happened.. I was patiently waiting and waiting weeks passed by and I still was not hearing from no one until she would see an email from me then she would reach out and tell me the attorney is going to call you (which never happened) and stated that she would reply to my email… last thing I heard 2 weeks ago from the assistant was that the attorney was already reviewing my situation and I should get a call from him soon, she was going to ask the attorney a question and call me back with an answer and that never happened, so I went back on the waiting game.. on 10/21 I finally receive an email from them stating they are unable to assist me.. I’m beyond upset because I’ve been waiting for over a month now just for them to tell me they can’t even assist me, I wish someone would of reached out sooner so that I could of just started looking for another attorney that can help.. this was such a waste of time and was very unprofessional..

I've never had a situation arise where I needed a lawyer, but, at the end of 2023 that changed. I reached out to Landers & Sternberg (by way of strong recommendations in the Orlando area from other friends), still a bit hesitant because again, I've never needed legal representation and I kept second guessing myself. But once I gave my statement to Parker & further explained the situation, he ensured me that I HAD been wronged and made me feel strong in both my self and my decision. There was no need for any escalation or court hearings, as Landers & Sternberg presented the facts and did not budge-at all. Things got down to, minutes before I was to sign an agreement or receive no settlement, AND STILL, we didn't waiver. I was so confident in my legal representation, that I was willing to get nothing for the sake of principal and not budging on our stated facts. And wouldn't you know....A MINUTE before the deadline for me to sign an agreement/settlement offer that was essentially a slap in the face, we were emailed another agreement offer & we got what was deserved!! I would be cautious using Brenna manna & Diamond when you read about them they say Pro business law firm with emphasis on competence and character. My experience was completely the opposite. My attorney was not once on time not even to the mediation meeting (late and unprepared), I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for meetings that never happened, and now I'm getting invoices from Apr (that were paid in full) in Nov that show I owe money. when I called they said not to worry about the invoices were closing our files. 7months later! WOW!
I'm a 21yr Navy veteran they told me what I wanted to hear and didn't deliver and so I would NOT recommend using them.
