I hired Ms. Davies immediately after a car accident in 10/21. Ms. Davies didn't communicate updates (because there were none). Each time I reached out to request status updates I was given an excuse or was told she was working on it.
Two and one half years later she continued putting me off and making excuses (in trial, sick, family member sick). Finally, I asked when my case would take a priority and she never responded. This was nearly 3 months ago. Now I am left in a lurch. I did everything I was supposed to including tracking down hospital documents she said she wasn't able to access.
I don't recommend this attorney under any circumstances. I am extremely disappointed.

Ms. Alison Lopes is a dedicated and excellent attorney. Attorney Lopes takes her time in listening to what your situation is and correcting you when she needs to. She is great when in trial making sure to mention all points in your favor and discrediting other parties false testimonies. I would choose her all over again knowing her work ethics and amazing talent with law.

Elisabeth was truly amazing she was a phenominsl attorney for my daughter ! She helped get my daughter into a treatment facility in a month and other attorneys would have taken months! If you are looking for a lawyer that has her clients’ best interest at heart, then Elisabeth Hagood is the one you want. You should pick a lawyer who is well respected in the legal community, both Seminole and Orange County. People know HER and that is what is important, especially when it comes to prosecutors and Judges.
During my experience I trusted her completely. I felt like we were truly partners and she never left me hanging. She kept me updated on the case and responded promptly when contacted. Hagood was compassionate and patient, even when I was fed up with the legal system. Every time she walked into the courthouse she was composed, confident, and effective. The case went from possible jail time down to a Judicial warning. They offered a $50 fine. Hagood refused and got it down to the warning. She was worth every penny. Her fees were extremely reasonable, and she did the consultation for free. Give her a call and tell her your situation.
I normally do not write reviews, but I looked at a million before finding Elisbeth Hagood. In the past I have dealt with lawyers who do not really care and just want your money. The only way to know the difference is to hear the experiences of others.

This guy took 3 years on a case that should of took one and just as we wher almost done with the case he completely became unresponsive. Called and left several emails over 3 months and nothing. Finally gave up and started the bar complaint and hired a new lawyer.

I was dealing with a very complicated Family Law case and found Mr. Spence out of luck. I didn't have much money and when contacting him he made me feel at ease. He stood by me and kept me informed the entire time. I've always gotten the impression that attorneys were all about their bank account. We worked the hiring details out and he committed himself to the entire divorce and child sharing process. My case was appeals multiple times and unfortunately took years to resolve. He never let me down or made me feel he like he was all about the money. He is compassionate and understanding. AND he still takes my calls even though my case is closed. After all of the time and effort he put in - it paid off !!! He is a great attorney. I have sent multiple people his way and I would definitely hire him again!

I hired Cynthia for a child custody case. On the positive side she always responded to my concerns and provided time for my questions. On the negative side I felt that she was just trying to get my case off of her caseload in the fastest way possible by settling. I did not feel that she was willing to fight for my side, as I would expect my lawyer to do.

Beware of this guy. He is out strictly for working the process as slow as possible while billing you to the max. Run in the other direction to any other attorney in the area. He will blatantly disregard what you are trying to accomplish. My struggles were specifically in the area of guardianship. He ended up costing me the guardianship case where we had opportunities to win it along the way if it had been with any other minimally proactive attorney. He should be locked up for thievery, nothing honorable or lawyerly about this guy.

I don't usually write reviews, but this case was deserving. My family member had the bad misfortune of choosing Mr. Gallagher for his attorney. Right from the onset of the case he showed his lack of respect and incompetence for his client. He held on to the paperwork for his filling so long that my family member became the defendant where he should have been the plaintiff. Mr. Gallagher continued to to take his sweet time filling documents to the point my family member was reprimanded by the court! Mr. Gallagher to show a lack of respect for his client and the court by on more than one occasion falling asleep in court and not ounce objecting to anything. In my humble opinion Mr. Gallagher should be sanctioned or DISBARRED!

First and foremost, I want to point out that I do not write reviews often but due to my experience with Mr Gallaghers law firm I feel the need to warn those of you who work hard for the money you need to now spend on lawyer fees. At first glance this office presents itself as a “Father’s Rights” attorney that is willing to fight for your best interests. Once you have paid your dues you will just become another number and solely an income source. On July 30th I paid my retainer fee and signed all necessary paperwork for the firm to file my case (this was after I had to correct them due to many errors in the petition regarding my case that I spoke to them about in detail prior to our meeting). They did not file my case until a week later on August 6th. They were fully aware that time was of the essence due to the mother attempting to relocate my son without permission. Thankfully, I was adamant with them about being in contact with the process server once the case was finally filed because that is the only process that went semi-smoothly. They then filed a motion for contempt; after I expressed frustrations that the mother completed the move; without advising me that my case was not at the stage for a motion of contempt to hold up being that the petition had not been responded to as of yet. Of course, this cost a part of my retainer. I set up an in person meeting under the assumption I was going to be speaking with Kenneth Gallagher. My appointment apparently was with the secretary, Dale. He attempted to reassure me by letting me know that after my case is finally complete hopefully, I will be a little more at peace with a time-sharing schedule that will allow me weekends and holidays with my son. When I hired this firm, I was very vocal about what I wanted going in and being a weekend father was not it. My main goal was keeping my son local so that I can continue to be in his life full time and shared 50/50 custody. After this meeting I realized hiring this firm was a huge mistake. Going through the paternity process in courts when the other party is being difficult can be overwhelming and frustrating. & during this weak, stressful moment in my life the Law Office of Kenneth Gallagher chose to remind me every day of my current balance with them and that I would need to “add funds soon”. Montine, the paralegal in the office, is rude and does not at all empathize with her clients. Every phone call to their office felt like I was a burden. The only time I actually spoke with Kenneth Gallagher himself was prior to hiring him during the consultation and once more when he filed the motion for contempt. The last thing this office was supposed to handle for me was to provide a mandatory disclosure of my financials which I provided to them in full. Over 15 documents that I put together and organized for them for easy filing. THIS PAPERWORK WAS NEVER FILED! I fired Kenneth Gallagher and his office on 9/15. As of that date I have paid $3500 to them, and they are demanding that I still owe them over a grand. I have since hired a new lawyer and was attempting to gain access to all the documents I had sent to Kenneth Gallaghers office being that none of it was ever filed. My new Lawyer contacted the firm and spoke to Montine, which she confirmed was extremely rude to her as well, only to be turned down and told I am not allowed access to my personal files due to an open balance with them. The only thing this office did for me during the 6 weeks I was a client with them was file my initial petition, file a pointless motion for contempt and rob a hard-working father just trying to establish his paternal rights. I strongly encourage you to call a different attorney, one that cares about you, unless you want to take the chance of throwing away your money and ending up with a story like mines.

My mom and I had the displeasure of talking with Cynthia Nunn from Leighton Law to discuss going after Orlando Health for their negligence in treating my dad's cancer, which led to his passing. Not only did she make us relive our nightmarish story that we had already submitted online, she wasted our time by shutting us down immediately. If she was going to say no, why make us relive the trauma? To add insult to injury, she was actually defending the negligent doctors in question and straight up told us that our loved one was going to die anyway. Whether that was true or not, you do not just say that so nonchalantly to other people. You would not like that if someone said that about your dad. I am almost glad they did not take our case because I would rather deal with the devil himself than deal with Cynthia and Leighton Law after the added emotional damage she did to us.

I first became a client of Mr. Griffin in 1998 as a result of an impending divorce. Carl provided guidance through the process and made it as bearable as possible. With the divorce came financial issues which resulted in a bankruptcy and child custody battle that lasted several years.
In the interim there have been several issues with the Department of Revenue because of my former wife but also incompetence of the part of the department. These issues were handled by Carl and his staff in a timely manner taking care of a lot of stress associated with the issues.
With so many attorneys in Orlando I have remained loyal to Carl and his wonderful staff as they have to me. I highly recommend this firm.

I was desperate to get the lien document because we are in the process of refinancing our House and it was the only document that I was waiting to close the deal. We paid what we owed but for some reason it took too long to drop the check to their bank to clear up until our Refinance processed got expired and I was so frustrated because we got everything done except the lien document. The person that I spoke to in the phone told me, it was not their fault because they sent the letter awhile ago to let us know what we owed. Very inconsiderate! first of all you don't know what we went through just to survive on this difficult time. It took over a month to processed our payments till now I don't have the lien document yet. I would not recommend this law firm.

Wade represented me in my divorce last year. He did a great job. We had to go to court a few times and he won each time. After that, my ex changed her tune and became a lot more reasonable. Mr. Luther represented me in my divorce case last year. He really did a great job for me. He has a very calm demeanor and really know his stuff. We had to go to court twice and both times he was outstanding. He was completely prepared and confident. He really related well to the judge and explained our position great. After a few fights in court, my spouse changed his tune and began looking for a settlement. Mr. Luther ultimately negotiated a great settlement for me and we never had to have a full trial. I highly recommend him as he is a great attorney!

Attorney Carey is extremely compassionate, realistic and honest. She works all times of the day on her clients cases. When I email her, she replies in a timely manner. VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. I never heard from Joseph and when I reached out to him, he tried to play coy and said that I did not reach out to him. THIS IS NOT HOW IT GOES. He held on to my money for an additional 3 days. Be weary when using this company for closings.

Sonica did the greatest disservice to myself and my children. Years out and the damage she did is still impacting my three children. Her interests lie in the in the fees she collects and men...without regard to what the situation truly is. She did not listen to my children regarding the abuse they were suffering at the hands of their father and to this day we are still learning more and more. I was charged thousands of dollars for her poor services and we are still paying in tears and pain.

I retained Sonica mid way through a very difficult divorce and custody battle. After my last attorney, she was a breath of fresh air. Sonica cared about my case, the welfare of my children and about me. She even handled an emergency for me when she was on vacation.
Unlike my other attorney, she wasn't afraid to go to court to protect the children.
The results speak for themselves:
1. My children are with me 80% of the time
2. I no longer have to pay child support ( We could not prove that my ex-husband business makes more than $4,000/year, she was able to impute his income to minimum wage)
3. The children now have their own beds when they visit their father.

This firm enjoys harassing local businesses. Mr. Adam Miller has been trying to enforce and invalid subpoena for the past 5 months. TRYING is the important word. His shortcomings with paperwork could mean the difference in your case. Use at your own risk!! I would not use an attorney who cant even force someone to produce the evidence needed to defend you or win your case.
