I had an outstanding warrant from a while back on a misdemeanor charge. I now live in Florida so I needed to hire an attorney that could facilitate the release of the warrant as well as see if there was a solution to this whole nightmare. I started to search and came across Ryan McAllister. I reached out via email to several attorneys at that time and honestly Ryan was the only one who responded that he was willing to help me out. I didn't act on matters immediately because I was saving up to pay Ryan as well as any court associated costs. Once I did have enough to move forward I again contacted Ryan and provided the information that he needed to proceed. Ryan took time to research and find out what was going on. It turned out the warrant was no longer in effect as of March 2019. Ryan was able to get all this information very quickly and delivered the excellent news. in all this I still had not given Ryan a dime. I then asked Ryan what is the charge for his assistance in this situation and to my absolute shock was told there would be no charge. Ryan was just happy to be able to give me the great news. If you need someone on your side who is a go getter. Ryan is your guy. I hope to never need his services again but should the unfortunate need arise, He'd be my only call .

I began working with Ryan and the group (Susan) back in December when I filed for Divorce. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect going in... there was a lot I didn’t understand and truly never expected to be in this position let alone being the one to file. Ryan met with me and I was instantly at ease in a way that I was no longer in this alone. He was detailed, honest, didn’t push or want anything more than what I wanted. Unfortunately, as time passed things did become complicated and a little frustrating... but both he and Susan handled everything with professionalism and grace. Their communication with me through the process was clear and very very timely. I never had to wait more than a day for a call back or response to an email.

I turned to Brooke after hiring another firm to initiate my divorce, however that firm failed miserably and took thou$and$ of dollars. Sadie immediately went to work on my case, filing only necessary motions, arguing what needed to be done, and getting it done. She did in 8 months what my previous firm failed to do over 3 years, and at half the cost. My divorce was resolved fairly and reasonably with McMorrow Law there every step of the way.

Brooke helped us with a difficult family issue Complicating the issue was the fact that it was an interstate issue but Brooke prevailed. We never felt as though she wasn’t completely involved in solving our problem. This review is unique in that Brooke represented my husband in divorce proceedings. The lawyer I hired, Deborah Iwanyshyn, I could fill this page with complaints, but this is about Brooke. I feel Brooke kept interest in what is best and fair with both parties in my divorce. After dismissing my lawyer, I was able to speak with Brooke and she wasted no time in completing the process. I got replies to emails in the same day with the up most professional responses. I believe Brooke truly cares about her clients and gets a 5 star in my review!

Ron is a very respectful and a straight shooter attorney. He's fair with pricing and does not waste your time. I had two lawyers prior before hiring Ron. I wish I would've met him first. He does not let anything slide and will argue the law as is. No games. No drama.

I recently went through a devastating period in my life where I was charged with 2 felony charges and a misdemeanor related to my business. I turned to a friend who is a well respected prosecuting attorney and asked who the best defense attorney is in the area...without hesitation she said Joel Peppetti. The prosecuting attorney said that he was the most prepared, the most knowledgeable, and will research the facts of your case. I immediately made the call to Mr. Peppetti's office and I am so grateful that I did. I appreciated Joel's professionalism throughout my case. He was very patient in letting me explain the circumstances of my case. He was very straight forward, he never over promised, didn't "sugar coat" anything. I was concerned with the legal fees I was going to incur, but Joel was very honest with his fees. He explained how the fees would be assessed, and there were no hidden charges. Even after paying my legal fees to his office, I needed additional appointments to discuss my case. Joel met with me without charging me additional fees. The best news of all is that, through his legal expertise, I reached an agreement with the Commonwealth of PA to dismiss my felony charges, and plead "no contest" to the one misdemeanor. Even though this event was horrible and turned my life upside down, I will always be forever grateful to Attorney Joel Peppetti and his staff!

Attorney Miller assisted me and my family with a Landlord//Tenant dispute and resolved our issue. Upon my first consultation with him, he listened to my case/grievance and jumped right in to help me. When I met with him in person for document review, he gave me a "firm" hand shake, which shows a person's sincerity and integrity, and Attorney Miller has both.

As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. He also assisted the master in making a recommendation that would not be cost prohibitive to either side. I specifically said I did not want to cause more grief than necessary to my wife and he listened. He did not disparage my wife by any means and conveyed my intentions flawlessly. Nick's professional attitude and demeanor allowed him to stay on top of the situation and his preparation allowed me to remain the primary custodian of my children. I would recommend Nick Masington III to anyone who needs representation in their custody/divorce or anything for that matter. Nick and the other lawyers at ARM will not let you down.

I contacted attorney Sebald in March of 2021 regarding a series charge/crime. The consultation was very informative, thorough and laid out up front. To cost, the process, possible outcomes, what I need to do, etc. He was very honest and upfront and showed not only he cared about my case, the outcome but about me and my life. In July my bail was $100,000. Thanks to his expertise he got the bail dropped which allowed me to be free. He worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my case for over a year. He was there to answer any question or hear any concerns. I originally had 28 charges and he got them down to 11. Thanks to his dedication, hard work and experience, rather then doing several years in state prison, I got probation, which I was originally told wasn't an option, and gps ankle monitor. Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. I hired him on the spot to represent me and, he won my case for me. Between the time of initial contact to the end of my trial date, he stayed in contact with me via phone and text, replying back to me immediately with answers to my questions. Michael is an expert litigator and did an outstanding job with my divorce and child custody case, to the point that even my ex emailed him stating she wished she had hired him instead. All right I normally do not write these things but in this case, its least i can do... Up until I became a single father I had never needed to try and find lawyer, let alone a good one... and the idea of having to go to court and fight that custody and support battle was overwhelming and scary. “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.
After hearing my story and studying my case, Greg and his staff had complete faith in me and what I was fighting for. This was/is so important to me, because without that faith and belief in me and my cause, LaMonaca Law would not be involved in my case.
My case has been, and still is, a very difficult and emotional experience for not only me, but my family and loved ones. I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities. She is helping me to appeal these charges when two other attorneys told me there was nothing I could do.
