My boyfriend needed a lawyer and we called Schragger and Associates and explained the situation. We made an appointment and met with Lyle. After explaining the situation to him and hearing what he thought we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. He instantly made us feel at ease and assured us he would do whatever it took to help the situation get resolved. Our first visit we also met Erin and she was so amazing that day and every time we were there or had to call the office. They always made us feel at ease and that they were doing everything they could for his case. She would return my calls and even gave me her cell so I could reach her on weekends. Lyle was a superstar and when the case finally went to trial we were so nervous. We came out of the court room with all charges dropped. I never even thought that was a possibility! Thank you Lyle and Erin so much, as well as everyone we came into contact with at the firm. They are the kindest most caring people ever!! I highly recommend Mr. London, as he is an amazing attorney. Mr. London is very trustworthy, straight forward, has very reasonable rates, and has a great personality (which helps when trying to stay calm dealing with the opposing party). I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. I turned to Bob DiOrio to help me through a very emotionally charged custody relocation case, and Bob represented our family interests in both a professional and personal manner. Over the past year plus timeframe, Bob's expertise and counsel enabled us to win our long awaited trial, stave off an attempted emergency stay, and finally hold off the appeal of that emergency stay. I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.
