Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys.
I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

I found Attorney Spivak through a Google search with the criteria, “impossible PFA cases”. His name popped up and I gave him a call. Long story short, he literally won an impossible PFA case. This man is legit. My fiancé has been in custody courts for 3 and a half years, and this man proved his case with one PFA hearing. I would also say that anyone who may have very complicated custody cases, to talk to Mr Spivak. He’s highly knowledgeable, and this man actually CARES about his clients. He will go to bat for you, he is very direct, and he will tell you what to expect.
I say this with the most sincerity, I do not trust, like or even respect most attorneys. I have never had good experiences with most of them. I feel like they take your money , and that’s it. But this man is the real deal. I would highly recommend Attorney Spivak for any custody/PFA related cases. If I could give ten stars, I would.

I had gotten myself into some trouble, and I didn't really know who to turn to. It seems like most lawyers do not care about you, and are just in it for the money, and to get your case done with as quickly as possible. I met Dominic, and he was different than the rest of the lawyers I talked to. He kept me informed, and was able to get me an outcome that was pleasing to all. I do not write reviews on a lot of things, even if I do like the product, but I feel like people need to know about this great lawyer . He will fight for what's right , and he will try his hardest. Oressa put 100% of her attention into my custody case. During our meetings, she asked questions that showed me that she really reviewed my situation and my updates. Both Oressa and her office personnel called me regularly to see how I was doing. I also received prompt paper documents about our meetings and court document submissions. Oressa asked very satisfactory questions to both me and the defendant during the mediation meetings and the hearing, and she also quickly objected to certain questions from the defendant's lawyer. Lauren is a great lawyer and was really supportive throughout my messy, long and difficult divorce, custody and child support case in 2012. When I had my second DUI, Mr.Martini was very helpful. He got me the lowest penalty. I did no jail time for my second offense but I was on house arrest for 10 days, had to take classes (wasn't too bad), 80 hours community service, and . This was not bad considering the many people I talked to during my community service either had to do some amount of time in jail for a second DUI offense or they had house arrest for 30-60 days, some even had both. I managed not to drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth risking the lives of others besides a lot of money I had to put out.

I hired Jim Lieber a number of years ago in regard to an education work-place discrimination matter that touched on any number of intricate points tied to the school’s standards/politics/contracts/personalities. Jim proved masterful at bringing justice to the situation. I was referred to junker and Shotto by a existing law firm that I was using in Scranton at the time Mike Shotto was asked to help on my case in an attempt to straighten out the legal mess that I had gotten into with moving from the area. Before the custody hearing was heard when I relocated back to Oklahoma my ex has been on very amicable terms and was Allowing me to leave the state with the children he later objected. The petitions were not file correctly from another law firm. Mike jumped in and busted his butt to fix all the mistakes. I was granted custody of my children in the petition to relocate was granted as well. Mike was awesome he shook my hand and promised to help me and that's excactly what he did.

I retained Mrs. Voit in 2007 for a petition to relocate my children. She did not waste my money and has good relationships with other attorneys. This relationship with opposing cousel, who is known for being obstinate, really paid off. We had a meeting and she calmy laid out a fair offer and walked the opposite side into her offer. I got everything I wanted and made some concessions that didn't hurt.
She kept me reasonable and squished my desire to "win" against my ex, but kept it about the kids.
She is fiesty and very busy. You must stay on top of her is all I would caution.
