I reached out to Renee to get a second opinion on the expungement for my DUI. I'm in the ARD program and she is helping to expedite the expungement process. The attorney that represented me during my DUI trial said there was nothing else I could do to get the DUI off of my record early. Renee is looking at different angles and moving forward with helping to resolve this matter. I also received two summary charges that do not look good on my record for future job opportunities. She is helping me to appeal these charges when two other attorneys told me there was nothing I could do.
Renee is very intelligent, aggressive and most importantly I could tell she cared about me and my stressful situation. That is very hard to find especially when one approaches an attorney for the first time. I highly recommend Renee for any legal issues.

I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
In the end, Attorney Brown was able to facilitate a reversal of custody through trial. I now have primary physical custody of my two sons.
Attorney Brown not only understands the application of the law in these matters, but also has a keen awareness of the norms and expected outcomes of the York County Judicial system. He's been doing this a long time and it shows. When judges and lawyers need a lawyer, they call Andy Brown.

I was referred to Marcia and her practice for some help with Immigration and USCIS. Our case was a little complex and Marcia grasped the details quickly and accurately. She provided a course of action and recommendations to get us to where we needed to be....and it worked perfectly! She was NEVER pushy and did not use the complexity of the case as a reason to increase charges. He billing is extremely fair, she is honest and will also advise you where you don't need to spend money which was phenomenal to us! She has a fantastic team of very experienced lawyers and the entire team takes away so much stress from what otherwise would have been a horrendous process for us. Poor contradiction judges who's always come with inexorable decision. Please be mindful about their law verdict they're not worth to deal and never being helpful towards your cases. Received traffic citation and called to postpone my hearing date due to a beliefs circumstances but denied me and issued warrants to my arrest. Made me lose $400 and pts toward my driving records.
Thus, within a month, they plead me guilty for not showing up. they're living behind 18 centuries with fascinating law system.
Rusty laws, inadequate judge and horrific law system. Charles d Jonas you made a false accusation towards me but As matter of fact God is in control he's the mighty judge and beyond everything on earth and heaven. One day you'll witness his supremacy.

I filed trademarks with the USPTO and then received office actions from the examiners. I was not equipped to handle the responses so we hired Company Counsel LLC. We worked with Bernard Williams and Ricardo Unikel. They were both excellent, efficient, understood our needs and we had remarkable results at an affordable cost. We risked losing our company name and they were able to communicate with the USPTO examiners and resolve their concerns. The outcome was outstanding! I will use them again in the future.

Writing a review of an attorney after the outcome of a case by its nature lends itself to being heavily biased. Adding to it, is the emotional tension of the issues which brings someone to a family law practice in the first place. And while everyone's case is different, I can state unequivocally Mr. Demmel was the exact attorney I needed at the time. Some may criticize him for not being a "shark," but his website makes it very clear about his methods, beliefs, and processes. In short, Jim deals in objective facts, which is what the law does. His process experience, calm demeanor, and willingness to listen were highly valued character traits which helped me through this entire process. I don't wish divorce/custody on anyone having gone through it myself, but if you believe you deserve a fair shake in the eyes of the court, I would recommend Jim Demmel without hesitation.

Dolly, Paralegal, was clear in her emailed instructions of items needed, and prompt in replying to my questions. During the phone consultation, Sean listened to my questions and concerns. To start off Mr. Moody changed my life! He was easy to talk too, fast in responding (even when I wasn't), patient, answered every question I had, I felt completely free from judgment. There was never a feeling as though I was alone in the more formal aspects of the case. His fee truly was quite low in comparison to others, and what you expect. In reality this small price can get your financial freedom back. I would recommend him to anybody reading this. I also did the same, scouring through 30 different lawyers all becoming a blur. Rizwan is a personable individual, but I wouldn’t trust him with serious matters. He earned his law degree later in life and seems to still be finding his footing. What stands out most is his expectation to haggle. He demands a high fee; a much larger, well-established law firm with multiple offices and a team of lawyers handled the same work for a third of Rizwan’s asking price. To make matters worse, he charges a non-refundable consultation fee, something most reputable firms don’t do. His office was in poor condition, and there were no other clients present. It’s disappointing—while you may want to support him due to shared cultural ties, his approach feels exploitative.

I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won.
