I contacted Andy through a friend and talked to him for 15 minutes over the phone. He is the consummate professional that everyone needs advocating for them. I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
In the end, Attorney Brown was able to facilitate a reversal of custody through trial. I now have primary physical custody of my two sons.

Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. My previous lawyer steered me so wrong so it was a blessing I found her. She was very honest about outcomes and I’m glad to say I thought of her as a friend. She is amazing and she puts her heart into her cases and gets results. I was referred to Marcia and her practice for some help with Immigration and USCIS. Our case was a little complex and Marcia grasped the details quickly and accurately. Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!

Where do I start? With less than ideal circumstances during this pandemic, Fawn has been able to be there by my side literally every step of the way. Attorney Christopher Papa did an outstanding job on our case. We were trying to stop a sand and gravel mining project, and unfortunately did not contact Attorney Papa until after the third hearing on the matter. Had he been present from the start, he could have questioned their witnesses, and brought even more facts into play. Regardless, he jumped in with both feet and submitted a 20 plus page report supporting our position with past case law and reasons why that particular business model was not a good fit for our area, in addition to coming and representing us in person at the next hearing. He is very friendly and outgoing, and very easy to talk to. He also appeared to be well-known and well liked by other individuals that worked in our local legal system. The mining operation pulled all of their applications, deciding not to proceed in our area after that hearing, and I believe his presence and his report had a great deal to do with it. If you are fighting such a legal battle, don’t hesitate to contact Attorney Papa from the start!

Mr. Salzer helped my Family Attorney, with whom he works, beat frivolous litigation that was filed against me at the behest of the opposing party's counsel, who sought legal leverage during a very sad and contentious separation-process. Mr. Salzer's litigation skills were superb. I felt sorry for the opposing attorney, who appeared to be out-maneuvered at every step of the way by Mr. Salzer. He came prepared, confident, and with a great deal of expertise. Our custody case to say the least was extremely difficult from the start. I live in Washington State and my ex-wife lives in Pennsylvania. The children's mom does love them but there were some serious issues occurring. I had witnessed a deterioration in my children's care and behavior over a long period of time. To the point of needing to take action.
It was clearly going to be an uphill battle and Bob and others did a remarkably accurate job of setting those expectations from the start. I will try to be brief as this fight took over 2 years to win. The strategies all along the way turned out to position us perfectly for the next step. Finally we worked together to build the case, get it before the Judge, and put into place a Court Order that my ex-wife simply couldn't adhere to. This was the straw that broke her case and set her up to capitulate in the end. Keeping in mind we were preparing to bring it again before the same Judge and she knew she would lose.
Bob's familiarity with the court, court personnel and proceedings was a huge advantage! He is masterful in court, simply more in tune, vastly skilled, and clearly more comfortable than the opposing attorneys (He simply "owned' them, I don't know how else to say it and it was amusing to watch). His briefs and motions accomplished everything he wanted them to and nothing he didn't. Strategy is key and his was extremely effective.
In closing I will say that if you have a family court/custody case, then William's Family Law is THE Law Firm, and Robert Salzer IS your attorney if you want to win?! Undertakings like this are not inexpensive but Bod's rates are a bargain for the level of representation you receive. I for one feel like he could actually charge more so get in before his rates increase. I would spend the money twice over to insure my children have a bright future, Bob felt/believed in what we where doing, and pursued it with professional passion. I know that the work to turn my children's lives around has just started but I credit the chance to Bob! And I thank God every day for the opportunity he helped me win.
While I hope to never need his Criminal Defense expertise there is no doubt in my mind whom I would want in court for me or anyone in my family!

After years of not getting anywhere with another lawyer. I spoke with McKenzie, and he assured we would get past points of friction regarding my divorce. McKenzie called me and asked me what I was trying to do or what I needed to settle. He was very thorough and precise in his questions towards, and he seemed genuine and empathetic told him we had been separated for 3 years and I did not want anything except to be divorced. After much push back from the opposing counsel, McKenzie fought for me and ensured I didn’t give anything else up. When the MSA was received it was exactly what I needed and wanted to move forward with the divorce. In just a matter of time, I had my final MSA and my divorce was finalized. I spent money on an attorney prior and she never fought for me or asked what I needed. Every time I asked, she told me that we would talk after, and we never did. McKenzie on the other hand was extremely transparent and notified me right away about the negotiation process with opposing counsel. He showed me what a lawyer should do for a client, and I will definitely be recommending him to people in need of a lawyer.

Pricing: Tina Corr was fair and consistent with pricing. Her contract was straightforward and easy to read. Prices are reasonable and billing was explicitly spelled out ahead of time so no surprises.
Personality: Tina Corr was wonderful to talk to. She gave me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She read everything I sent (and I mean read, not just received) and she responded mindfully to all of my concerns.
Efficiency: Tina Corr was responsive (almost always within 24 hours via phone or email!) and efficient with paperwork. Everything was filed correctly on time if not early. I never felt like my lawyer left me hanging.
Flexibility: Tina Corr was able to respond specifically to the unique needs and requests I had for my case. I think family cases can be nuanced and mine was no different. A few days before Christmas my son was served a PFA order regarding custody of his four year old daughter.
