Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge. I would highly recommend Mindey and New Hope Divorce Mediation to others to handle their divorce case.

I hired Lenore about 18 months ago after firing 3 other attorneys....the last of which nearly bankrupted me when he failed to file
an appeal of an outrageous child support award.
There are many attributes of Lenore that are really rare in divorce attorneys:
* non-confrontational
* high attention-to-detail
* outgoing and friendly
* reasonably rate given her high quality of service
She handled my case with high level of professionalism.
Lenore represented me at both a master's level and then a judge's level for equitable distribution.
In both cases, she was well prepared and very convincing in these hearings...especially the latter where there were nearly 10,000 pages of documentation.
She arrived at the court house with a luggage carrier holding nearly 4 FEET of documents !
Her performance was exemplary thanks to careful preparation.
When the hearing was over, we walked out of the courthouse and she gave me a big hug as we said goodbye !

Attorney Franko was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring during the events of my case. I had previously hired an experienced attorney from a well-known area firm, and had I continued to retain his services over Attorney Franko's, not only would I have lost financial compensation, I would have incurred increased bodily damage from a misdiagnosed spinal injury that he discouraged a second opinion on. This man gave me confidence in having a lawyer. He took my case pro bono and helped me get 50/50 custody of my son when I thoughtthe best I could hope for was visitation. He never lied to me or gave me false promises. He explained the risks and what I needed to do to have the best chance of giving my son equal time with both parents. Paul is by far the most knowdegable and helpful attorney I have ever had. He was a true blessing in my most dire time of need . I will never forget him helping me . Liz is a fine lawyer. I hired her after having two of the "best" lawyers Doylestown had to offer. I found her to be clear and level headed, there was none of the "puffing" the other two offered. I initially was unsure weather or not hire an attorney to represent me in my support and custody case. The first few hearings I spoke on my own behalf and it was horrible! Nothing was being ruled in my favor and I had serious concerns of losing custody of my 3 young sons. Luckily I found Diane and I am so thankful! I had a lot of lawyers throughout the years. Some not so good. Others or just OK nothing really made him stand out but they all had no problem Taking your money without really caring the outcome. Michelle on the other hand actually cares about her clients. She will stick with you till the end and see it all through. She knows how to make sure all the Ts are crossed and the i dotted. Michelle was recommended by a friend and was the 4th attorney that I hired during the 4 years that it took to complete my contentious divorce. I have also worked extensively with attorneys during my career. The thing that I liked most about working with Michelle is that, unlike many other attorneys, she is more interested in achieving a reasonable settlement for all parties rather than going thru useless legal exercises and filings which run up the fees without accomplishing anything. She also has a personality and is actually enjoyable to talk to and work with. Although my ex-wife refused to go the mediation route, Michelle’s mediation skills were very valuable at times during the process. (BTW- knowing couples that have done mediation, I highly recommend that vs. going the divorce master route if at all possible). While she is not the cheapest lawyer you can use, she is also *not* the most expensive. Although I still hated spending the money, I felt that Michelle provided good value for the services that she provided and I highly recommend her. And oh yeah, she is very knowledgeable and competent.

I had the opportunity once I was served my divorce papers to interview 10 different lawyers in the West Chester area. Due to the fact that my divorce was going to be rather nasty I looked for a lawyer that was fair, treated me with dignity and was looking out for my best interests. With this criteria I choose Julia Malloy-Good for all of the the right reasons. She makes me feel at ease even during the harshest of issues that go on during a divorce. I have been very comfortable in speaking with her with the knowledge that my case is not as simple as it looks to the outside world. I know personally going to see an attorney is something that I don't do very often (And I assume you don't either). It can be an intimidating process - thinking about will this person watch out for me, are they going to be fair, and ultimately are they going to take care of what they need for me.

From experience, Tom is HIGHLY recommended for high-conflict Family Law cases. Particularly frivolous "Ex Parte PFA's". His criminal defense background mixed with family law is the perfect combination to combat frivolous pfa's and vindictive parents. ESPECIALLY those who have past, a criminal background. We are at sever high risk in the Family Court system and often abused by the flawed system.

Mr. Landis was extremely down to earth and actually had the best price around. I hired him for my preliminary trial and he showed up 4 times for me and never charged me an extra dime. While other lawyers automatically advised me to agree to an ARD program, Mr. Landis was confident the nature of my case was not serious enough and advised me to at least try to let him get it thrown out in the preliminary stage.
