Needed a lawyer for a personal matter and called the office. Got a quick response and was scheduled in for a meeting right away. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Attorney Greek really listened and understood the situation. He is very fair and a smart guy. He's not your typical lawyer and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had gotten myself into some trouble, and I didn't really know who to turn to. It seems like most lawyers do not care about you, and are just in it for the money, and to get your case done with as quickly as possible. I met Dominic, and he was different than the rest of the lawyers I talked to. He kept me informed, and was able to get me an outcome that was pleasing to all. I do not write reviews on a lot of things, even if I do like the product, but I feel like people need to know about this great lawyer . He will fight for what's right , and he will try his hardest. Oressa put 100% of her attention into my custody case. During our meetings, she asked questions that showed me that she really reviewed my situation and my updates. Both Oressa and her office personnel called me regularly to see how I was doing. I also received prompt paper documents about our meetings and court document submissions. Oressa asked very satisfactory questions to both me and the defendant during the mediation meetings and the hearing, and she also quickly objected to certain questions from the defendant's lawyer. I contacted this attorney when I got into a jam with a DUI in the past I have dealt with other attorneys they’ve always been interested in one thing and one thing only money. This guy was fair honest I dealt with the attorney directly and not his office staff, which was amazing., he was always able to communicate directly with me and again, not through a paralegal. I could reach him by cell phone and texting all the time which was very convenient and most of all he was very affordable. Mr. Beveridge has shown nothing short of total professionalism , responsiveness , and knowledge in his handling of all our corporate legal needs. I was referred to Tina Weber by a long time friend. Having consulted with and met with several attorneys prior regarding a HIGH conflict custody relocation matter. Tina was the first and ONLY attorney to actually listen to me. Tina took the time to make me feel heard as she was genuinely interested in the details and specifics of my situation. I retained Tina for a VERY complicated custody case in April 21' and I have been blown away with her intelligence, dedication, legal knowledge and passion to represent what is fair and true. I hired Mr. Stevens to review an executive level employment contract. Having recently come out of an acquisition, I wanted an attorney who would take the take the time to give my employment contract an in depth review and provide guidance on the best path forward. Mr. Stevens services exceeded all expectations.
Specifically, he provided guidance on areas that would strengthen my position if adverse action were taken against me by my employer. He also reviewed the language of each term to ensure that all wording was in my favor. Mr. Stevens also focused on the structure and language around the severance agreement to ensure that no issues would be encountered if my employer were to take adverse action against me and that any potential payout would justly compensate.
It is also important to note, that like most employment contracts time was of the essence and Mr. Stevens had a very quick turnaround time.
I would highly recommend Mr. Stevens and will definitely be retaining his services if I change employers.

I unfortunately had to go through the Chester County court system for an outstanding traffic violation & soon after a misdemeanor criminal charge. I had never had these kind experiences before and was, well, dead broke and lost. Judge Iacocca was firm with me, but also, unexpectedly, beyond respectful.
I don't want to gush too much here, but I believe this man is coming from the highest moral standard, yet with a generous heart and forgiving nature to his character. He comes off as a regular guy with an understanding from lived experience, both inside the courtroom & beyond. I believe he wants to truly have impact in a system that's currently, ahem, "challenged". I'd imagine he's a fine attorney too. Like a guy who'd do what he does just to "keep the lights on".
His predecessor, Dan Mansiano, who tragically passed, like Judge Iacocca, did what a good judge is supposed to do: one who listens more than speaks, then tries to make fair decisions based upon what is known without being swayed. In turn, Iacocca sets a real example for the community, and for preserving a level of decency and justice. We are lucky to have him. We need more judges like him, period.

I was referred to Mrs. Kelly by an attorney that felt she would be the best at representing me throughout my divorce.

In this day and age, trust is something that does not come easy for many of us. It’s hard to trust our politicians, our business associates and sometimes, sadly, even our own families. Imagine putting full trust into an attorney especially after a traumatic event like the loss of a loved one. I can say without any hesitation that you can absolutely trust Anita D’Amico, ESQ and her firm D’Amico Law.
I came to Anita after a former attorney completely broke my trust as the individual led me in the wrong direction when it came to finalizing my beloved mother’s estate. Full disclosure, I had known Anita as she was the estate attorney for my late Grandfather. Although that was an unpleasant experience due to the executors of my grandfather’s estate; I still found Anita to be honest, even when it was painful to hear, available to talk with me within 24 hours or less, and extremely sensitive to my personal situation.
Because of my trust towards Anita and her firm, I asked her questions about things that simply did not make sense coming from my former attorney. Without Anita’s guidance, many things would have gone wrong and the “tax man” would be banging on my door as I write this. I had enough of the previous attorney, fired him immediately and hired Anita. In retrospect, I truly wish I did not listen to outside influences who guided me to the former attorney who frankly should retire as in my humble opinion; he hasn’t a clue as to what he is doing.
Anita is not your typical “it’s all business” attorney. She is a calming force in times that are dark and scary for her clients. As a person who understands loss and grief; Anita brings a much needed sensitivity and empathetic ear that is extremely rare in the legal profession. Though she is sensitive and caring, she is also a “mama bear” who will not be intimidated by other attorneys and will fight as hard as she can for her clients to bring the best outcome for them. She is a master of her craft. Still a very young woman, she has opened two successful firms. That alone shows her drive and ambition.
I am what some attorneys would consider “needy” or “demanding.” I would agree to some degree of those characterizations. I’m a perfectionist and I do have a lot of expectations. I want the job done as quickly as possible. Anita does too but only when she feels she has done everything she can for you. There were weeks that I literally sent emails daily to Anita with questions and concerns. Despite my neuroses, Anita took the time to answer my emails daily and tried her best to put me at ease.
After cleaning up the mess left by my former attorney, I had Anita do my own estate planning. I certainly hope to live for quite awhile, but if not, she covered everything with a fine tooth comb. When you combine authenticity, empathy, a full understanding of the law, and the right amount of toughness needed to get the job done; you have had the pleasure of Anita D’Amico working very hard for you while putting you at ease every step of the way.
Anita was born and raised in our community. She comes from a wonderful family that has given a great deal to the community. Her upbringing has certainly made her the kind, giving woman with a driven work ethic and passion for what she does. I hired Anita D'Amico to handle my divorce. She also updated my will and estate. Anita was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My divorce was quite complicated. Anita made sure that nothing was missed. I found her advice to be excellent, and her approach was strong yet courteous. She has knowledge well beyond that of family law which was helpful, however if something was out of her area of expertise she did not hesitate to consult with other attorneys or accountants. Mike handled my divorce. Mike's service was absolutely fantastic. Divorces can be contentious between parties at times and Mike was very consistent in providing sound advice and helped me maintain perspective-keeping me centered/focused on the outcome. His business background serves as a great advantage when negotiating the asset and property split. He is a skilled strategist who keeps the client's first. We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her.
