Mr Morlok was a fantastic lawyer. Before any court date, we sat down and discussed the case at hand. His opinions, advice, and recommendations were excellent. After our first court date, he insisted we kept in contact, and met in person a few more times to make sure things get handled correctly. In our meetings, we went over everything more than once to make sure we were on the same page with the best direction to be going headed into court. Mr Morlok was extremely professional and explained every detail as many times as needed to make sure I understood what was going to happen while sitting on trail. We both went over my testimony over the phone when I wasent availiable, and during meetings. Very flexible hours to acme date my work schedule. At our last court date, I didn't have to do anything except show up, he took care of everything from start to finish flawlessly. I would recommend William Morlok to any individual seeking a lawyer. I hope not to need him again in the future but if a situation arises, I know who to call without hesitation.

Cynthia helped with with a paticularly complicated military divorce and related child custody and child support. She cotinues to assist me with ongoing custody and support issues as they arise 7 years later. I always get a prompt reply from Cynthia and she spends the time to fully understand the issue and what outcome I am hopeful for she kept me in the information loop for each action or response in the case. She's very honest and reasonable/realistic with her advice. Additionally she is patient and professional in each contact I've had with her over the years. If there is a specific topic she is not well versed in she will investigate and understand it before getting in front of a court. I highly recommend her services I always felt respected as a person, confident in her abilities, and feel she keeps her client's best interest at the forefront of her mind. I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property during inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. She kept everything else in check and is very responsive whatever the time of day.
It is obvious that Linda enjoys her work, but more importantly it is clear that she takes great pride in doing things to the very best of her ability. She demonstrates great integrity and is very much in control of any situation. Her principle focus is family law and frankly if you are getting divorced you should hire Linda as you do not want to find yourself on the other side of the table!

Ms, Cutillo Teare was successful in effectively getting me prompt answers to my auto insurance cancellation appeal. Ideally, we could divorce without lawyers, and yes, there will be normal, frustrating fees that are par for the course, but if you are divorcing a narcissist, it unfortunately is necessary. Jeanne represented me in a high complex child support case. I been working with Jeanne since 2012 and I was very very satisfied with the outcome of things. She looked out for me and made sure things turned out the way I wanted and also the best interest for my son. Jeanne was the counselor for my divorce from start to finish spanning 3 & 1/2 years. She represented me during multiple court dates and legal actions. I never felt that she advised me to take any unnecessary or adversarial legal actions throughout my divorce. But she does respond appropriately to aggressive actions taken by other parties. Because Jeanne specializes in family law, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects. I have not found this to be the case with attorneys who do not specialize in one area. Her fees are reasonable for the profession.

I hired Rebecca as my divorce attorney this year. My husband made the decision to leave our marriage and our two teenage sons and I needed to protect myself and my children. Ms. Lenahan is very professional and punctual. I called her on a legal issue I was having. She called me back within an hour and gave me great advice on how to move forward. She could of said I am your best bet to go forward. But she didn't, She did what was in my best interest. Again she could of had me hire her,but, because In my particular situation she didn't think it was necessary yet, She didn't think it was smart move. What I'm trying to say is she is super honest. Mr. Kreisher took on my civil case that was adjunct to an extraordinarily complicated criminal matter involving theft by entities at the highest level. He did so when other attorneys I consulted did not have the courage or concern to even legitimately examine the evidence I had gathered. His background as a prosecutor has been invaluable. He has been extremely helpful in follow-up consults for years about the case that is now in the courts more than a decade. His frustration with how the system allows the financially powerful to defy the law has been palpable and as ardent as my own frustration with the entire matter.
We obsess over the rights of the Defendant in this country. Victims deserve it more. Defendants get due process and have the right to a speedy trial. Victims, far too often in this 21st century, are dismissed on ill-informed, arbitrary, and prejudicial grounds that not only violate their Civil Rights but that often constitute a secondary assault by the judicial system itself.
