I can't say enough great things about Jonathan. I came into the office scared and unsure about the divorce process. I was involved in an automobile accident in 2024. I received countless solicitations from injury law fims and diligantly explored my options prior to making a choice for legal repesentation. The most incompetent attorney that I have ever had to deal with. He and his staff have been unable to close a small estate for five years now. He does not communicate with clients in a timely and accurate manner and usually takes months to file simple paperwork with the courts. He is not capable of dealing with anything more complicated than a speeding ticket.
If you are in need of an attorney that can handle all issues in estate law, you should spare yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. He has, and continues to, waste the time of a bereaved family that wishing nothing more than to close a simple estate and move on with their lives.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Chris Herman. We retained him to help my husband with an issue that was likely not as major as Mr. Herman normally deals with. However, it was a serious matter to us and that is how he treated it. He took the time to listen to our concerns, gather the facts and clearly laid out our options to proceed. Have never used a lawyer before, but Mr. Lemley was highly recommended to me by a friend. Tom explained the disability process to me in detail, and was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He told me what I could expect, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the process, and gave an approximate timeline on a result. Mr. Lemley was always there for me whenever I needed him, and ALWAYS returned my phone calls or e-mails, usually in less than an hour. He is definitely the reason I am receiving my social security disability today. I couldn't imagine going through this process alone. I would highly recommend Tom Lemley to anyone needing a lawyer.

I used Brian Langley as my lawyer for my divorce.
He was very helpful and very upfront in telling me the more you can agree the less money you will spend on this, the more I set my pride aside and emotions aside, and did what I thought would be best for my children I was able to get this done without my ex even needing a lawyer. Brian and his paralegal were always nice, supportive, and very helpful. They respond quickly, and their prices are more than fair. Using their advice i finished my divorce for less than the retaining fee. And I ended up getting all of the main things that I wanted out of it.
I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a divorce lawyer. Someone i know got a divorce earlier this year. In a different state. And they ended up spending over $9000 more than I did, as a single mother I really appreciated all the great advice I received during this process.
I really can't say enough good things about them. And if I have any further issues with my ex I will definitely be consulting with and retaining Brian again.

Ed handled my initial divorce, and a few years later, handled my case again when there was an attempt to modify the custody and support settlement. Through the course of three pre-trial conferences, he kept me informed and gave excellent counsel. At the end of the third conference, we attempted to make a settlement offer, which was denied. We ended up going to trial. I wasn't all that excited it went so far, though that was due to the other involved party and not Ed. When we got to court, Ed was extremely prepared. We had so much information available for the judge to review, significantly moreso than the other party. And when it came to questioning the involved parties, I felt Ed did an excellent job of getting to the point, asking the most important and relevant questions. The judge found completely in our favor, and I know that had everything to do with how well prepared Ed was, and how he presented all the information in court. I would highly recommend Ed.

Ed took over as my divorce attorney when I was not happy with my previous one. He immediately knew what had to be done. I was so confused with divorce laws, it's proceedings, the language and Ed Gilkerson was attentive and put me at ease with his ability to explain in terms for me to understand. I will start this off the way I will finish it.. Bardol Law Firm is a great practice, with Great people, Compassionate people, Great processes and extremely fair with billings.
So Going through one of the most difficult times in my life seeing something that I had so much hope and expectation for success end in a train wreck was to say the least difficult and embarrassing. Given all of that as the back drop, I then learned that this individual (my Ex) was trying to take advantage of me and destroy me almost from day one of the marriage with was only 16 or 18 months in length.
This is where Bardol Law Firm and specifically Ann and Alicia (IE the "A team") came into the process. I would say that they saved my sanity through this process. Ann and Alicia are people you can depend on, people you can Trust and most important people who will get you the best results.
Ann was beyond cool under pressure and handled every twist and turn that the apposing council was throwing at us and in her words this was by far the worst Gold Digger attempt she or her firm had ever seen. Lets just say what the $$ amount that was started at vs the end result was MUCH different to the point where the Final check needed to be made out to both the client (Noe My EX) and the apposing law firm. Ann Just kept pushing it back with sound logic, sound approach and a calm approach and asking the apposing council to justify the math and show the math of how and what made up the demands for the $$. slowly but surly things started to break through and the $$ just started coming down and down and down.
I was so impressed with Alicia and her approach and keeping everything on schedule throughout this mess. She was the scheduling mastermind to keep all the balls in motion. She was also the cheerleader with reassurance that everything was going to be ok, and Ann had a Plan and a Strategy to get this done and over with.
At the end of this process, Bardol Law Firm was extremely fair. How many times do you have a credit and a check waiting for you after a process like this? I received a $2K plus check as a refund at the end. (How many times do you hear of this happening.) A great Firm, Great People, very professional, results driven and fair beyond words.

I recently had a negative experience with a different divorce lawyer, and I parted ways with that lawyer. I was referred to Jay Galmiche by one of my employees who knew the Galmiche family growing up. I have to say that Jay was nothing short of amazing. He accomplished more in three months than my other lawyer had accomplished in four months. My previous attorney was not good communicating or returning e-mails/phone calls in a timely manner. Jay excels in this department. He would call or e-mail me long before I even thought I needed to contact him for an update on the proceedings. Jay is extremely professional, courteous, empathetic and thoughtful. I highly recommend Jay Galmiche and his team to anyone needing a good divorce attorney.
