I was referred to Jay Galmiche by one of my employees who knew the Galmiche family growing up. I have to say that Jay was nothing short of amazing. I think this attorney needs more experience under his belt. Wasted my time in a case. Couldn’t take the time to read, or understand documentation correctly. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Took a chance on him, and he bailed after having clear proof from 5 different doctors. He said that he wasn’t experienced enough or has the resources for my case. That I needed to seek a larger law firm with more experienced in malpractice attorney’s. Wow!!

He is a lawyer, accountant and has his masters in tax so he gets the injury cases for individuals that can never go back to work or individuals own a business and cannot run it due to injury. I have always been a civic minded, very hard working and law abiding citizen, until my family ran into some financial issues because of the pandemic and inflation. We were sued by the First National Bank of Omaha because of late payments on a credit card, with little recourse but to find an attorney to help us. Mind you, this was almost ALL medical debt that had to be put on a credit card. Kris, and all his staff, were so kind, personable and helpful. I will start this off the way I will finish it.. Bardol Law Firm is a great practice, with Great people, Compassionate people, Great processes and extremely fair with billings.
So Going through one of the most difficult times in my life seeing something that I had so much hope and expectation for success end in a train wreck was to say the least difficult and embarrassing. Given all of that as the back drop, I then learned that this individual (my Ex) was trying to take advantage of me and destroy me almost from day one of the marriage with was only 16 or 18 months in length.
This is where Bardol Law Firm and specifically Ann and Alicia (IE the "A team") came into the process. I would say that they saved my sanity through this process. Ann and Alicia are people you can depend on, people you can Trust and most important people who will get you the best results.
Ann was beyond cool under pressure and handled every twist and turn that the apposing council was throwing at us and in her words this was by far the worst Gold Digger attempt she or her firm had ever seen. Lets just say what the $$ amount that was started at vs the end result was MUCH different to the point where the Final check needed to be made out to both the client (Noe My EX) and the apposing law firm. Ann Just kept pushing it back with sound logic, sound approach and a calm approach and asking the apposing council to justify the math and show the math of how and what made up the demands for the $$. slowly but surly things started to break through and the $$ just started coming down and down and down.
I was so impressed with Alicia and her approach and keeping everything on schedule throughout this mess. She was the scheduling mastermind to keep all the balls in motion. She was also the cheerleader with reassurance that everything was going to be ok, and Ann had a Plan and a Strategy to get this done and over with.
At the end of this process, Bardol Law Firm was extremely fair. How many times do you have a credit and a check waiting for you after a process like this? I received a $2K plus check as a refund at the end. (How many times do you hear of this happening.) A great Firm, Great People, very professional, results driven and fair beyond words.

Bardol Law Firm is the only place I'd go for Family court, my case took about 1 year. Ann was great and so was Allicia. Ann pretty much detailed the whole court timeline for me when we stopped by on the 1st day and that was very very helpful. I'd use this Law Firm again if I needed to. In the end I got Full Custody + Child Support and I'm the Dad which seems rare. Just thought I'd share my review. Thanks again Ann and Allicia!

I have known Rachna for years, working with her on multiple occasions when she was with the Jane Doe Advocacy Center. Therefore, when I decided to get a divorce, it was a no-brainer to go to this acquaintance I had known for years. At first, my experience with The Lien Law Firm was excellent. You can make payments in installments, but they will start the proceedings once everything is collected. When I was able to get an in-person visit, everything went well.
Since 10/23/2022, I have been diligently pursuing my divorce proceedings.
Unfortunately, she was unavailable to take my call almost every time I called the office. I would leave a message for a callback, which I rarely received on multiple occasions. There were a couple of phone appointments that she missed, and I never received a callback.
The client portal is a joke because I have sent messages to Mrs. Lien, the office staff, or both and never received a response.
It has taken a little longer because initially, I had a paternity test involved in my divorce proceedings, and they would need to try and serve her. This was difficult because she was not living in the same state as I, and I did not have an exact address for her.
Eventually, divorce paperwork was completed in June 2023—multiple attempts to contact afterward without responses.
On October 24, 2023, I had a phone appointment, and she said she could not find my wife to serve her. I provided updated info that I was able to find, and she said I could hire a PI in Florida, which could cost me a couple thousand dollars more. She also provided me with the information of three aggressive lawyers if I still wanted to try to track her down.
On January 25, 2024, I went to the courthouse on other business. While there, I checked out the status of my case, and I was informed that it was on the dismissal pile. I made a follow-up appointment in February, which she missed.
I eventually was able to get an in-person appointment on June 14, 2024, and decided to forgo the paternity test and finish the divorce. I had to refile the paperwork because it was dismissed in January. She said it was left on the dismissal pile on purpose to see if my wife would come out of the woodwork and be caught and served.
It is now September 12, 2024, and multiple attempts to contact her since the June meeting have failed. I am still in limbo on whether she has resubmitted my divorce paperwork or not.
This has been an extremely frustrating and draining experience. Another reason not to get married.

I will start this off the way I will finish it.. Bardol Law Firm is a great practice, with Great people, Compassionate people, Great processes and extremely fair with billings.
So Going through one of the most difficult times in my life seeing something that I had so much hope and expectation for success end in a train wreck was to say the least difficult and embarrassing. Given all of that as the back drop, I then learned that this individual (my Ex) was trying to take advantage of me and destroy me almost from day one of the marriage with was only 16 or 18 months in length.
This is where Bardol Law Firm and specifically Ann and Alicia (IE the "A team") came into the process. I would say that they saved my sanity through this process. Ann and Alicia are people you can depend on, people you can Trust and most important people who will get you the best results.
Ann was beyond cool under pressure and handled every twist and turn that the apposing council was throwing at us and in her words this was by far the worst Gold Digger attempt she or her firm had ever seen. Lets just say what the $$ amount that was started at vs the end result was MUCH different to the point where the Final check needed to be made out to both the client (Noe My EX) and the apposing law firm. Ann Just kept pushing it back with sound logic, sound approach and a calm approach and asking the apposing council to justify the math and show the math of how and what made up the demands for the $$. slowly but surly things started to break through and the $$ just started coming down and down and down.
I was so impressed with Alicia and her approach and keeping everything on schedule throughout this mess. She was the scheduling mastermind to keep all the balls in motion. She was also the cheerleader with reassurance that everything was going to be ok, and Ann had a Plan and a Strategy to get this done and over with.
At the end of this process, Bardol Law Firm was extremely fair. How many times do you have a credit and a check waiting for you after a process like this? I received a $2K plus check as a refund at the end. (How many times do you hear of this happening.) A great Firm, Great People, very professional, results driven and fair beyond words.

Bardol Law Firm is the only place I'd go for Family court, my case took about 1 year. Ann was great and so was Allicia. Ann pretty much detailed the whole court timeline for me when we stopped by on the 1st day and that was very very helpful. I'd use this Law Firm again if I needed to. In the end I got Full Custody + Child Support and I'm the Dad which seems rare. Just thought I'd share my review. Thanks again Ann and Allicia!
