I first became aware of Henry "Hank" Miller when I met my now wife who was in a child custody battle. Hank Miller was appointed as the guardian per the court.
The father in the custody battle failed multiple drug tests. The father was put on supervised visitation for a period of time. Following that period the father took another drug test and still failed terribly from there the answer that we got from Hank Miller was that even though he failed the drug test again we should give the father MORE privileges and gave him UNSUPERVISED VISITIATION. His answer to most everything was "well we just really go backwards".
So Hank Miller thought it was a great idea to take a child and allow the child to go with a drug addict who had just failed a drug test and give the drug addict unsupervised time with the child.
Hank Miller seemed to support the drug addict father more than the mother who never failed a drug test and was raising the child on her own at this point.
Once a relocation motion had been initiated for the mother and son to move out of state, Hank Miller even fixed his mouth to say that "even if it is better for the child to go with the mother I cant support the move."
THIS IS EVEN WITH THE FATHER ONLY SEEING THE CHILD ON SUPERVISED VISITATION FOR 4 HOURS A WEEK / 16 HOURS TOTAL FOR A MONTH.
Hank Miller does not care about the safety of kids nor does he care about the people that are doing the right thing in the case. NEVER TRUST THIS MAN.
TOTALLY INEPT AS A GUARDIAN.

Jillian Wood was a great attorney. My case had been in court for three years with no end in sight for a simple parenting plan modification that should have been resolved fairly easily. Jillian stepped in and had it handled professionally and accurately. Everything came out fair in the end and in order to have that done, you need good representation. Before Jillian, I had two attorneys and never knew what good representation was; they took all my money and did nothing for me. Jillian is affordable, easy to work with, and very understanding; she is knowledgeable about family law and knows how to get a case resolved. Jillian knew what she was doing in the courtroom when it didn’t seem like the other attorneys did. Highly recommend!

Tried going for a collection off a credit company bought it and tried charging 1554.00 dollars for a 794.00 charge, somehow changed my courtdate so I wasn't present to represent myself and gave me false information from the first trial.. wasted my time seeking debt solution when it was too late!!!! Got my case settled for FAR more than even the other lawyers I know ever thought was even possible!!! I was in a bad car accident in St. Charles County and was in a lot of pain for months afterwards. I happened to bump into this lawyer I know, Thomas SanFilippo and he immediately knew exactly what to do. I wish I would have called him sooner, right after the wreck! He and his team were great to work with and I was able to get excellent medical treatment (which they made sure the person who caused the accident’s insurance company paid for) Definitely 5 stars.

We had our tax issues resolved within a fair amount of time and were very pleased with the results. We had moved to a new state and had some state tax issues we were unaware of. But Lance really knows his stuff and took care of it and got us on the right track.
It’s truly a shame someone will leave such a disgusting review based on nothing but their own racist views and pretend it’s Mr. Drury who has that issue. We were there the day this other person was there behaving like typical trash, then now saying it’s the attorney. Absolutely disgusting behavior but definitely not surprising. It’s the cop-out we’re seeing far too much of these days.

SCAMMERS! an attorney at this firm by the name of brain weinstock fraudulently accused me of owing unverified rent/ damages on behalf of a client THAT I DONT LEGALLY OWE.
I have reported this firm to the better business bureau, the federal trade commission, I will be also reporting the firm to the chief of displanery office in missouri for abuse of legal power, scamming. I have strong evidence suggesting this firm preys on low income and less educated people on behalf of clients. Their clients Meadowbrook apartments in overland missouri has horrible reviews.
I was told by consumer collection management agency in maryland heights missouri that this firm Was involved in reporting a now deleted collections account that was not legal !
Can't sue me for my opinion and for something someone else told me OR Reporting you for what I believe is scamming FROM what someone else told me ! This lawyer needs to be banned from the bar clearly abusing his legal power.
How about you respond to the Better Business Bureau Complaints instead of trying to Cease and Disis Me passive AGGRESSIVELY Intimidating me MR WIENSTOCK
