Mr. Unger went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. Unger Law Firm did an amazing job on my case in achieving the best possible outcome. The case was a bit confuse and complicated, being that it was officially established in the State of Florida and re-opened in Texas. There was a lot of back and forth between my previous case/attorney and the new situation, but that shows as well how much attention to detail and wanting to make sure all bases were analyzed by the Law Firm. From the very beginning, Unger Law Firm would ask a lot of questions and was really digging into the situation, even I was surprised how much information they wanted from me since even before the original case in Florida occurred. Hiring attorneys in general regardless of the case can be stressful mentally, physically, and for sure financially. Unger Law Firm gave me the satisfaction and tranquility that financially the investment was more than worth it. It's been 12 years since my divorce. Mr. Pederson was found on military.com when I could not even spell divorce and was not knowledgeable on the process. Fast forward 12 years, I am in a favorable mental, emotional, physical, psychological, and financial status. While those times during the divorce were dark days, I was not able to see the white light at the end of the tunnel. Marc could though, and was at the helm. He assured me he knew military and civil service needs for typical clients. Looking back on my own situation where Marc gave it his all on my case, and also looking at other clients who did not fair well with their legal representation from other high powered firms, if I needed a lawyer again for future military or civil service unique needs, I highly recommend Pederson Law Firm without a doubt. I couldn't see the light to the other side when struggling with how to continue as I had been in long and drawn-out divorce and custody situation. I no longer had the initial lawyer on my case. The mother of my son and I have been in court a year to date fighting over the custody of our 14 year old son. Once I got engaged and moved in with my fiance (now wife) she told me I couldn't see him again. Prior to my engagement I always had our son and his little brother (her child from a previous relationship) to help her out. I went from always seeing my son (prior to engagement), to never seeing my son, to eight hours a week on the weekend, to 50/50 in the summer time, to extended standard and now full custody.
Larry is an exceptional and well respected attorney. In the beginning I was so angry about what was going on and Larry advised me to keep my cool and let him "be the attorney". So I lived in a really really really bad neighborhood ran by some incredibly currupt,shady and just down right petty slum Lord scum bags that were trying to unlawfully evict me. He used excellent outside the box tactics to compel the best possible results to my case. It really was epic honestly my lack of sleep due to stress was a blessing because watching the man work it'd be very hard to not react like the audience of a roast who just witnessed a really good burn. I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer".
