We had a really bad run in with A shady collection agency . We had a debt that should have never been on our credit for 100.00 . My sister and I engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after my 6 year old niece was placed under a 30-day safety plan while my sister underwent alcohol detox and therapy. This was our first interaction with CPS. We used employer-provided services rather than the onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move my niece into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. My niece returned home after 30 days, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.

Mr. Unger went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. Unger Law Firm did an amazing job on my case in achieving the best possible outcome. The case was a bit confuse and complicated, being that it was officially established in the State of Florida and re-opened in Texas. There was a lot of back and forth between my previous case/attorney and the new situation, but that shows as well how much attention to detail and wanting to make sure all bases were analyzed by the Law Firm. From the very beginning, Unger Law Firm would ask a lot of questions and was really digging into the situation, even I was surprised how much information they wanted from me since even before the original case in Florida occurred. Hiring attorneys in general regardless of the case can be stressful mentally, physically, and for sure financially. Unger Law Firm gave me the satisfaction and tranquility that financially the investment was more than worth it. The Unger Law Firm is very passionate in their work and are there for you all the way, a lot of input is also required from oneself, because at the end of the day it is our lives and whatever the outcome is will affect us, so it is strongly a team effort. Personally, the outcome was not 100% what we would of desire, but analytically speaking, it was really the best outcome given the situation. I can’t express enough gratitude for Matt and his team! Knowing what I was about to go through, I needed to do my research when it came to lawyers. I had countless phone and in person consultations before choosing someone to represent me. After all, I felt that the person I would choose had to be the most important thing I decided on.

If I could 0 stars and still submit a review, I would. Attorney Diana Davalos is just in it for the money and doesn’t work for her clients as she promises. She seemed very competent & compassionate at the consultation and we felt comfortable paying her large retainer for what promised to be a difficult divorce & custody case because she had us so convinced that she would work hard for positive outcomes. Well that didn’t last long and she dropped the ball on critical tasks, didn’t respond to communications, didn’t provide copies of arrangements she made with opposing counsel and left my niece and her children in a worse situation than when she was hired. We quickly vetted this attorney before hiring her and found positive reviews. However, after frustrated beyond belief and looking into her reputation further, we’ve found other clients who experienced the same unprofessionalism from her. Ms. Davalos is inept and lacks any professional courtesy. Unfortunately our family learned that the hard way.

I am very comfortable and happy so far with the job Jim is doing to represent my center of my life which is my daughter and son.
I feel we’re almost towards the end of my battle. I’ve had this battle of custody for my children with the same issue protective orders filed against me and frivolous suets against me. Of course I had another attorney represent me. I had switch lawyers for the un satisfaction. I own a business and I know that working for yourself for your firm is equivalent for the amount of effort we do to win over customers. I highly recommend Cramp Law Firm. Military divorces are really specialized. There are special forms and filings and a lot of it is time sensitive. Jim Cramp is an expert in this. He took over my case from an attorney who kept making mistakes and costing me extra money. Once he started on it he got it all resolved quickly. I don't live in San Antonio, and he still took my case. Even if you are divorcing in another state Jim Cramp could probably give you excellent advice. Lastly, he was really responsive. I never had to wait long for answers. I always got a same day response.
