I recently went through my first legal issue and was under so much stress it was affecting my day to day life. When I decided I needed to hire legal representation Mr. Rocha came highly recommended. I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward.
What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own.
If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

Many thoughts had gone through my mind at the time of my situation which were wreaking havoc on my life and health. I met with Mr. Santos and went through my situation with him with every detail possible. After sitting with him and having him actively listen to me I knew Mr. Santos was going to pull me out of my suffering. I am a grandparent an used Attorney Kirkwood. There were 3 other parties involved in the case. He outperformed all parties involved. A successful outcome is an understatement. Not only did I get custody, I got child support. Supervised visitation was granted. He is an excellent litigator and a sincerely concerned individual. His prices were reasonable. Ms. Thompson is an amazing lawyer who puts the children/family at the forefront of any agreement or decision. She worked very hard to resolve my issue from what seemed like an impossible situation, to make sure my child's needs were given first priority.

I am so grateful that I found Pam Thompson and feel she is one of the few lawyers in San Antonio that is upfront about the odds and works with genuine compassion, integrity, and desire to resolve your case in an efficient and ethical manner. Mr. Quinn did an excellent job handling my divorce. He is a former SAPD detective, which gives him awesome experience in the law, just from a different angle. I hired Mr. Quinn for my divorce. There were many issues. It was comforting to hire an attorney that is also a police officer, with a lot of experience behind him. I hired Mr. Quinn when my ex girlfriend hired a lawyer and tried to force me to pay child support for a child that I knew was not mine. Mr. Quinn went against two lawyers, her lawyer and the lawyer for the texas child support. He blew them out of the water. We consulted with Margaret in March 2019 to represent my sister for her divorce. From the moment we met Margaret, we knew we had the right person in our corner. Her knowledge and caring demeanor made a very ugly situation as painless as possible. During the entire process, Margaret kept us informed of what was going on and was readily available for any questions. She fought hard for my sister and the outcome was more than favorable.
In October of 2020, following the death of my sister's son-in-law and unforeseen and untimely death of her daughter to Covid-19, we had to retain Margaret's services to handle the adoption of my sister's grandson. After being divorced for over seven years I was able to obtain custody of my 14-year-old son thanks to Jean Brown. Jessi Garza is a great attorney. I had the privilege of obtaining her services about a month ago. I was unfortunately arrested for charges that I thought would never go away. I was nervous about choosing an attorney. I haven't ever needed one. I was also surprised at the retainer that most attorneys charge. Xalli Gonzales allowed a payment plan that worked with my income. What I really liked is that she explained how billing works with an attorney who charges an hourly rate. She knew I was tight on money. I had an attorney who did nothing for me but lose my right to see my son. I fired the old and hired Xalli Gonzales. She wasn't the cheapest but she explained exactly what she intended to do and put me on a payment plan that I could live with. We recently had our final hearing and she won back my standard visitations with my son. I don't know what I would have done without her. My other attorney showed up to my final hearing with a motion to withdraw. Xalli was there, took over the case, and we won everything back. On responsiveness I didn't rate her as excellent because it takes her about 24 hours to return a call. But it is actually HER that calls and not an assistant so I guess that is still pretty good.

Mr. Hacker was honest about the process and informed me of his strategy from the beginning of my case. He answered the phone himself (not the paralegal) or returned my calls and/or responded to my emails in a timely manner. He was able to navigate the process throughout my hearing day that was supposed to end in temporary orders to final orders, which was amazing to witness and was a huge savings in time and money. In addition, he gave me great advice on where we should focus monetarily since my ex was also very behind on child support plus our decree was based on my ex living in California. I am impressed by his ability to stay calm but also be aggressive in a respectful manner. His main concern was what was at the best interest of my child. He is also divorced and has children, so he understands the emotional impact of divorce on the parents and children.

When I first met Mr. Hacker I was a mess. I was in a very mentally fragile state and had a hard time focusing. I was in a Divorce that had really taken a toll on me and I was ready to just walk away from it all. Mr Hacker gave me hope and was able to help me through a process I did not think I had the strength to get through. In the end he was able to get me a fair settlement. Judge Negron acted as my attorney for a child custody case regarding my son. I strongly desired an attorney that would understand what was happening with my son and myself. My experience with other attorneys had been initially pleasant. But they usually wanted just enough of what they thought was important and then moved on; as if I was not needed anymore. Since this could not be anymore personal, having to do with my son, it was extremely important that my attorney understood me as well as any legalities. I wanted someone who could speak to me as a father and family man, not just a legal client. Judge Negron was a perfect fit. Things would only get better from there.
Judge Negron asked questions that were pertinent, but was open to listening as well. He covered all aspects that might be helpful in bringing my son back into our lives. Judge Negron was very helpful in explaining what we would be facing. He made it clear what he could do and what I could do to help. Victor was forthright in what to expect throughout the proceedings. I first met Meagan Block when I need assistance with my divorce. I had filled out all appropriate but I did not want to wait the 4 months to be seen by a judge. I reached out to Paula when I was in dire need of guidance and changes I needed to make to my child custody orders in order to move.
