Mr. Finch was assigned to me as a court appointed. He showed up to speak with me pretty fast. He knew his stuff and what he was talking about. In court he was very prepared showed me all the evidence they had and helped me make a good choice in sentence I received. I recommend him. I told him I would write him a good review and I'm keeping my word. I didn't expect to get so much out of a lawyer appointed to me but he was very professional and did an awesome job.

My Story started back in 2013. After a long, anxiety filled time, David, Frank and Michael finally put it to rest with an outcome that was definitely worth it. I am extremely happy and grateful for the work and time they put into my case. These guys aren't the run of the mill lawyers out there, they work their asses off to get the best result that is possible. I interviewed a few lawyers before volk and mcelroy and I am extremely glad that I went with my gut and hired them rather than any of the others I had interviewed.
I received a great outcome due to David and Franks persistence throughout this matter. This is the firm I will continue to do business with in the future. If you have any doubts, go at least talk to them, you will not be disappointed! If you want a favorable outcome in your case, hire them!

When choosing the right lawyers to represent me only one group stood out as the correct choice and that was David Volk, Frank McElroy and Michael Volk. This was my 1st time needing lawyers and I didn't know exactly what to look for but they won me over from the start because I was really listened to and I never had the feeling of a client being sold on a product. Instead I felt like I was sharing my story with professionals who cared and believed me. I was in a tough situation since I was accused of a felony assault on a peace officer and the possible outcomes really scared me. David, Frank and Michael were realistic about the possibilities but were very confident about being able to help me based on my story. As a military veteran, a nurse and a father I had alot on the line and they never forgot about that and fought for my reputation and my career. I was always included in the process and advised whenever I had questions or doubts along the way. David, Frank and Michael knew that I wouldnt accept anything other than getting the case dropped or a not guilty verdict and they were right there with me and felt the same way. The case was not dropped and the case ended up going to trial. Although the whole process was new to me I was allowed to feel relaxed and confident because they talked me through every step and was reassured by their confident and professional demeanor as well as by their knowledge and experience. At the end of the trial I walked out of the courtroom more than satisfied after a not guilty verdict. Deliberation took about 30 minutes. It was very quick. They were that good. I hated being in the situation that I was in and I don't ever want to go through it again but Im glad I chose Volk and McElroy to represent me throught it all. They got me the outcome that I wanted and the one they said they would get me. I made the right choice and I would absolutely recommend others make the same choice.

When my ex left she was hell bent on making sure she could hurt me by using our children as a weapon. Judith put a stop to that fast! She got me temporary visitation quickly and helped me every step of the way to make sure I could fight for custody. I started out trying to talk to my ex's attorney alone and she was playing really rough talking about mandatory supervised visits acting really tough. heck I didn't know the law I was ready to crawl under a rock and cry myself to sleep thinking I'd never get to hold my daughters again. I'll never forget the day I hired judith she told me not to worry. I was scared going into that first court hearing but that fear quickly vanished as I watched the opposing counsel try and question their witness and Judy stood up objected for whatever legal reason and the judge said Sustained. The lawyer tried again to refraise the question and before she could get a response from her witness Judith stood again Objected for some other reason and the Judge said Sustained. the lawyer looked so lost she walked back to the desk where her Boss was sitting and then he stood and informed the Judge that he would be questioning the witness. The judge agreed Well here we go again before he could finish his question judith was on her feet again objeting for something legal sounding and the Judge again said sustained. She did that to him 2 more times then he walked back to his desk said he was finished. (more like humiliated if you ask me). He stated he was done then it was Judiths turn to examine the witness. my ex was so frazzled after watching her attorney and her attorneys boss get hammered by judith that she didn't know which way was up. Judy questioned her and had her admitting to basically everything I had told her about. She would ask a question and if she was silly enough to lie Judith had the evidence ready to submit to the courts. in the end I got to see my daughters. I don't know about you but the money I paid judith was well worth it. She worked hard at making sure My daughters ended up with daddy just like I had wanted. Look someone is going to hire her so if you are going to have to fight in court I guarantee you do not want Judith sitting at the opposing counsels table. if you see her sitting there might as well tell your attorney to ask her what it is she wants for her client and then try and work with her because if she has to fight you for it she will win and she will get what she wants and guess what then you are still going to have to pay for Judiths services because she will make sure the court orders you to pay for her clients services. So if you're going to have to pay for her anyway might as well make sure she is on your side and not the ex's.. I wish I could tell you how many times she would work on my case till late at night only to have to get up and be in court the next morning with me. She had the opposing counsel so affraid that when they would see me in the halls of the court room they would walk in the other direction for fear that she was close by. lol I tried other lawyers before and kept getting my butt handed to me Heck I will always keep Judiths business card in my wallet from now on.

We got referred to Mr. Lowe from another attorney. We had a lawyer prior to Allen that was very expensive, so you would think that they would do a lot. Wrong. Then we met Allen and while he was a bit more expensive than the other lawyers we were looking into. This man has helped my family, tremendously. We had a custody case and he has been thorough through it all. He has answered all our questions. He is always level headed and always made sure we knew he would always do the best he could. He was way more attentive than any lawyer; that i have previously employed.
He has a lot of pro's and i have already recommended him to another family member.

Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. Previous lawyers, the DA, the probation officer all said this could not happen but our lawyer made it happen. Amazing. Just wish i had known about her sooner and my child would not have had to wait 3mths on house arrest. Everyone I spoke to talked about how difficult Judge Kelsey's court is and that my child had little hope. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Kelly on two occasions this year. The 1st time I was renting from a rogue property owner who refused to fix the a/c when it was hot and the heating unit in the middle of winter. When the unit was finally fixed she transferred the costs back to me and wouldn't accept rent until the balance of $1,100 was covered. I immediately retained Attorney Kelly and within 30 days she and the property mgmt company agreed they were responsible for the unit expense, dropped the case, and allowed me and my family to move out a month early! The 2nd time I needed legal advice and Attorney Kelly was there prompty to provide me with the proper guidance. I sleep better at night knowing I have an attorney like Kelly who will make sure my family is protected.

Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome. I comfortable with him and what he had to say from the get go. He layed it all on the table and didn't sugar coat anything. He told him how it was straight foward. I had an attorney who kept trying to get me to agree to joint custody when I kept my daughter the majority of the time. A friend recommended Mr. Wake and said he did a great job with her divorce. Mr. Wake agreed with me that I should not have to agree to him paying no child support and getting my daughter half the time. Mr. Wake also told me that his lawyer was going to try to intimidate me with lots of discovery and other costly procedures once he came on board and let them know I wanted primary custody and my dead beat husband needed to pay child support. Well sure enough, we had to answer a bunch of dumb questions and produce a bunch of useless documents. Mr. Wake subpoenaed my ex's payroll records and set it for trial. He couldn't figure out why my old attorney hadn't ever set it for trial when it had been nearly 1 1/2 years since we filed. As Mr. Wake expected, when we showed up for trial, they suddenly were agreeing that I should have custody but still wanted to pay about half the child support with promises to pay for other things. Mr. Wake advised against it so we had a hearing on the support and attorney's fees. The judge gave me custody, $923.47 a month in child support (not the $450 they offered), $17,545.93 in child support arrears (that was for the 19 months he hadn't paid anything since he moved out) and a $4,500 judgment for Attorney's fees (although, Mr. Wake said I may never collect that but he recorded the judgment anyway). I was so worried about how I was going to barely get by when my prior attorney wanted me to agree top no child support. Thank goodness for my attorney, Kenneth L. Wake, Jr.

Mr. Levinson assisted with my divorce. Until it happens to you, you do not realize what an emotional and very hard process it is to go through a divorce. It's huge. David really made sure I knew what would happen next, timelines and deadlines and why certain procedures took place. He carefully walked me through every step of the process.
