I hired Mr. Rohani for my accident. I was very clueless on how the process works. I called couple lawyers and by far Mr. Rohani was the most personable. He replied in timely matter and did not ignore me at all. I’ve worked with many lawyers in the past and as soon as you ask them a question you see a bill sent to you for their 3 minutes of answering. He has made me and my family feel very comfortable during this process. I highly recommend Mr. Rohani for any accident related injury claims.

Me, my friends and some of my family have used Mr. Rohani couple of times for accident cases. Process is very smooth with him. You barely have to call him to follow up. He will call you to follow up to make sure you are up to date on everything. Other lawyers i've worked with in the past were too busy to follow up or to keep me updated on my case. Give him a call and you will see what i'm talking about.

I originally hired Heather for the final stages of a dissolution I had already started but things took a sudden and ugly turn and I needed her for full representation. She’s the best decision I’ve ever made and not because this journey has been easy. Divorce in itself is a nasty and very expensive thing but adding custody/visitation into the mix pulls out the absolute worst in people, myself included. Over the last 4 1/2 years, she has been able to navigate all of my emotional outbursts, break downs and at times, completely insane behavior with a sense of calm and professionalism that I am ever so grateful for. She knows the law and understands what’s valid and relevant to present before the courts. She’s taught me that at the end of the day, you will have to give concessions and ignore your own personal frustration for sake of peace and the bigger picture and there are things you have no control over, no matter how it makes you feel. Actual family law isn’t what I thought it was. Outside of God, Heather’s support, ability to keep me grounded with her spot on legal counsel in my ongoing battle have been the only thing that I have been able to count on throughout all of my trials and tribulations. I have yet to lose any of my major requests and I attribute that to her expertise and logic. There are things that I felt strongly about but in the eyes of the law, my emotions sometimes had to take a back seat and Heather has always been empathetic with me and in the handling of my case. She won’t cut corners, sacrifice her integrity or violate her oath of ethics, these facts may not make her a match for people seeking to undermine the law. Heather has been an amazing attorney for me. From the get go she made it clear to me that her approach is to work towards a fair and appropriate dissolution of my marriage. No games and no nonsense. While my Ex-wives attorney prefers to use emotion, make fraudulent accusations about my character, and accuse me of doing things I have never done Heather has stayed with the facts and the evidence and has continued to point out that the information being provided by the other party is simply not true and without evidence. Her and her entire team have been extremely compassionate and understanding with me. They understand that my budget is limited and have worked with me diligently to keep costs down as low as possible. Their communication with me has been consistent and precise (via e-mail). On the days when I start to freak out and panic about how things are going her entire staff has always taken the extra time to help put things into perspective for me to help me through. And on those days in court when I am as nervous as can be Heather has always shown me the kindness of taking the time to help put me at ease. As for Heathers approach in the court room. She is polite, courteous, and precise. She is not about having the biggest voice or over talking others. She patiently waits until it is her opportunity to speak, renders respect to both the other party and the judge, and what she says she says with confidence and a presence that commands it be heard. If you have done your job and given her the information and facts she requests she will properly utilize it and ensure the truth is heard and proven with out question. Outside of the court room during S.O.C. hearings she strongly advocates for your best interest and when a decision needs to be made by you she gives you the information clean and straight. Heather and her teams document writing is also of an extremely high caliber. They find a way every time to eloquently put things into perspective and make it clear that they are seeking an appropriate dissolution, will not be pushed around, and will not except nonsense at all. I am continually impressed every time I review one of these documents. I suspect Heather is not the least expensive attorney out there but, to be honest, for services I have received I feel as though I have received one heck of a deal over all. If you are looking for an attorney that will work hard, advocate for your best interest, and seek an appropriate dissolution between you and your Ex then there is no better attorney to retain in my opinion. Heather and her entire team are simply amazing people who are extremely good at what they do.

Jessica was the calm, smart, and knowlegable friend who protected me and my son when I was scrared, depressed, and angry at end of my relationship with his mother. My son's mother threatened that our son would live with her, and I would only be allowed to see him when she saw fit. I was devastated and demoralized at the idea of not being able to see my son. I was a shambles when I sat down for my first appointment with Jessica. I'd never worked with a lawyer before: was it going to be all business, or could I share my fears, grief? Jessica made space for me to reveal to her the wreck that I was. It was vital to me to show her how important my son was to me, how scared I was by the threats our son's mother had made. She let me know she'd dealt with other fathers as scared as I was, that she understood the fear the legal system can inspire when a parent is already in fight-or-flight mode because of the end of a relationship. Then she walked me step-by-step through how the process goes, never impatient at having to re-explain the details to me. It was also important to me that I remain a “good guy”. I didn't want to do any character assasination to my son's mother, I didn't want to be adversarial in court. Jessica agreed with me, and together we crafted all communications with the opposing counsel, and the court. We won, but even if I hadn't I wouldn't regret having hired Jessica. After my experience with her, I don't believe there is anyone who could have done a better job.

I was ensnared in a corupt child protective services juvenile matter (DCFS) and my 2 children which started in Dec 2007. although it was dragged out in local juvenile court over the next 2 years in a manner which was done as a punitive means by the temp judge- He helped ensure my children weren't taken away thru that time. I knew my civil rights and those of my children's were violated from day 1- I am blessed that he responded to my massive blanketing of law firms, and that he is an expert in the field of suing CPS DCF for violations of rights. I learned that the smartest attorneys, one's that know they would accept a civil rights law suit against a government group but get actively involved at a much earlier stage can work miracles. Robert represented my ex-wife and was definitely one of the best lawyers I have encountered. My attorney was VERY expensive and I was truly disappointed. She was not able to stand across from Robert in the court room. I had noticed his knowledge in the law and his real life experience combined made one of the best arguments.
Years later I remarried and my current was just finishing her divorce and custody case. Her lawyer at the time was very passive. We hired Robert and let me say what an honor to have him on my side! This was my first experience with a lawyer. I was embarking on an extremely stressful high conflict custody dispute. As a father, I falsely believed I was at a disadvantage simply due to my gender and felt the court would side with the mother no matter the situation. In this instance I was confronted with a motion for my child to move out of state with the mother.
Alexis Revelo went above and beyond representing me. Her and her team such as Shaina Garcia are highly motivated, easy to talk to and are amazing at interpreting the sheer amount of noise that a custody dispute produces. She was honest, practical with custody expectations and always kept me true to the matter at hand when my personal emotions got in the way.

He contacted both a government agency and a private company regarding a potential fraud inditement involving me and my families estate concerning overpayment of funds.
