After my wife filed for divorce, I had no idea what to expect. Wendy was recommended to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier with the service provided. From the outset, Wendy put my mind at ease and walked me through the process at each and every step.
When comparing the documents prepared by Wendy to the documents prepared by the opposing attorney, I could tell that Wendy was a true professional. The extra time that Wendy put into these documents, as well as the time she spent reviewing with me showed that she cared for the outcome, and had the best interest of myself and my daughters at heart. Kevin and his associate Roxanne were very thorough with my divorce case. They were very detailed on the process and expectations of my part in the divorce and subsequent trial. Having clear expectations, and a process moving forward with my divorce was a great relief for additional stress. Kevin helped me realize what would be a good expectation for the divorce outcome in division of property and debt. I met Gina Auter back in 2005 when she represented me in my marriage dissolution. My biggest concern was having a fair parenting plan so I could have my 2 kids for more than just a Weds evening visit and every other weekend. I was able to get a plan that allows me to have my kids almost 50% of the time.
A few years later my ex wife remarried and relocated my kids from Puyallup to Seattle and I once again hired Gina to help me try to stop the relocation. Gina was honest with me upfront that our chances were not great but she would do her best. While we were not successful in stopping the relocation, Gina was able to get both my parenting plan and child support adjusted to something that I felt was very fair. I cannot say enough good things about Gina and her assistant and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance with family law. Thank you 100 times over Gina, you are an incredible attorney and someone I would consider to be a great friend.

Cameron is amazing. I had a very sticky legal issue. I was looking to gain full custody of my daughter with very strict visitation due to her having special needs. His detailed parenting plan he drafted went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. He covered areas I didnt think or know to worry about. He is caring, friendly and very informed! Cameron represented me in 2 separate cases. One was a complicated truck title issue. The other was a suit being filed against me regarding an injury at my home. In both cases, Cameron was great about communication. He kept me posted with updates on the case by phone calls and email. He was good about giving recommendations but made it clear that each decision made was completely up to me. I was happy with the outcome on both cases. Christy McKinley assisted us on a legal matter with an unscrupulous landlord. The landlord was trying to take advantage of us after the termination of a residential lease by charging us for ore-existing damage. Once we got Christy involved, the truth started coming out and let’s just say the landlord had a lot of explaining to do. She left no stone unturned. The landlord was betting on the odds that we would not consult an attorney, which proved to be a mistake in his part. Christy is detail oriented, and a hard worker. She is a tremendous asset on any legal case you may need to litigate.

Haley, was so much more than just a lawyer to me. She quickly became someone I trusted, confided in and leaned on. The amount of care and passion she handled my case with, made it feel as if it was her own child at the heart of this case.
I originally hired her only to handle updating and changing a parenting plan that was out date and needed revision. Not only had my child (still) not seen their father in over 2 years, but there was a DVOP against him and other complications that made this mess. The DVOP was due to expire around the time I hired her, and I had made it clear I could handle that on my own as I had the last two years prior and I only needed her for the original request.... well... cue me calling her in tears, in the middle of the day a couple weeks later, having a panic attack because I needed more help than I thought handling the DVOP. As embarrassed as I was to be so upset, she handled me so well. She took in all the information she could, reassured me, consoled me, and grabbed the reigns from there. THAT DAY, she has documents written up stating she would be representing me to all parties. Her attention to detail was astounding. She combed over 100+ pages of documentation and had our statement ready within a week. Not only did she come with enough information to handle winning that case alone, but she found past cases similar to mine to reflect WHY it should go in our favor, and by a landslide we got the DVOP renewed. She was so professional yet aggressive when it came to defending me or pointing out holes in the information the other party presented, easily discrediting any slander or false statements.
When it came to editing/changing the parenting plan she really took the time to hear what I wanted and why I wanted it, and even (based on the DVOP case and how that was handled by the other party) provided ideas or things I hadn't even thought of to be better obtain our needs. She had seen first hand what I was dealing with in the other party and knew how to handle it with ease. She was diligent in chasing down the other party for things we needed, and never missed a beat when it came to keeping me up to date. She was honest when it came to the advise she gave, she told me when/if what I was hoping for was farfetched and also advised when I should be hoping for more. She was mindful of my financial situation as well, and really made sure to help there while still doing all she could. She wouldn't back down from something she knew was attainable even if it took presenting past cases, current situations or even going to court if through mediation we couldn't get what we needed to feel safe. Luckily in this case we were able to handle this through mediation, but if it was not for her fighting for me and my daughter I am not sure if it would be that simple. We came with a plan. An informed, well thought out, data supported plan that she wouldn't back down from to ensure we left feeling safe, confident and whole. She fought for me and my child like she was fighting for her own. She was upset when I was upset, she was happy when I was happy she was always there with me. Every step of the way.
Mediation was a little over 6 months ago and it was amazing that something that is usually a really heavy, long, painful event, feels like a shining moment in the case overall.
I cannot speak enough about Haley and all she has done for myself and my family. She is honest, hard working, LISTENS, cares about all aspects and really felt like a friend more than a lawyer. Her attention to details, honesty, straight forward communication and through process all just add to the already amazing lawyer that she is. She will forever be my go to when it comes to handling this situation. There truly are not enough words to convey how grateful I am for her. She is the BEST!

Michael Clark and Kristen were lifesavers after I was severely injured in a hit and run auto accident. Mr. Clark came highly recommended by more than one person who worked within the legal system and he did not disappoint. I was in a care center for seventy two days with a broken shoulder, ribs and two broken ankles. I wasn’t allowed to bear weight in order to start my rehab journey to walk again for the first 6 weeks. I spoke with several lawyers before choosing Matthew. The others I spoke with told me I didn't have a case and even though I understood that and still wanted to move forward they didn't want to help me.
When I spoke with Matthew he listened to what I had to say and was willing to help me. He was very direct with me regarding my case which I appreciated. He quoted me a flat fee and was able to stick to the quoted cost. He represented me with my former employer and was able to negotiate a nice severance for me when others told me I had no chance.
He was timely in his communication and always kept me informed. I'd highly recommend him.

This review will not do the experience I had with The Bolan Law Group, specifically attorney Mike McCarthy, justice.
Mike and his team took the time to explain every option pertaining to my case, even the tough ones that required accountability on my end. He offered multiple solutions and was thorough in explaining each one, both the pros and the cons. He handled the opposition masterfully and stood steadfast in our position without wavering. He pushed when it was needed and soft pedaled when pushing wasn't the strategy.
Mr. McCarthy alleviated all of the amprehenstions I had about "Attorneys" and refuted all of the old adages and negative criticisms that are placed at their feet. Mike offers the "White Glove" experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. His attention to detail, follow up, response time, and follow through is on POINT!
