I can’t recommend this team enough! I was recommend to them by a friend after I got rear ended by a semi trailer. I remember the first time I set down with Mr. Reed. He explained to me very clearly how everything worked in a lawsuit. The other party was not wanting to play ball but Mr. Reed, Charity and his team stayed on them. After a long battle. They helped me get all my medical bills paid from the other party. I can’t think them enough for all their hard work and determination. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly team to represent you. Available 24/7 and has complete transparency. Hopefully I will never need to hire a lawyer again. But if I do. I’m going to be calling Joshua S. Reed and his crew. They will go to battle for you!

I needed help with getting primary custody of my daughter. I met with Nick Lancaster and immediately retained him. His knowledge of law and his attentiveness are unmatched. He genuinely cares about his clients and he showed it by how hard he fought for me and my daughter. Thanks to him I now have primary custody and my daughter is safe and happy! I retained Nick Lancaster when my ex-husband filed for divorce. The case was complicated off the bat because of jurisdictional issues (I moved to Texas with my infant daughter but my ex-husband filed for divorce in Tennessee). Nick helped me understand the UCCJEA and always did a thorough job of explaining legalities in layman's terms. My divorce/custody case was a legal rollercoaster. Nick was there for me every step of the way. At one point he wrote a compelling motion for modification of a temporary parenting plan that outlined the key points of my case. When I read the final document, it was clear that Nick understood my struggle on a personal level and was able to translate that appropriately into a legal document. Reading that motion was incredibly vindicating. Nick was a strong advocate for me as a single mother as I went through a nasty divorce. He used the utmost discretion, but wasn't afraid to go on the offensive when it truly became warranted. Once my ex's behavior warranted the compelling motion I mentioned above, Nick went for the jugular. He won my case as a result. I was awarded primary custody of my daughter & received a favorable settlement from the divorce. In conclusion, Nick absolutely went above and beyond for me as a client. Nick is a great lawyer, but he's also a good person. He has strong morals. You don't find many lawyers like that--he's a rare breed. I could not recommend him enough.

After receiving poor representation from attorneys who were ill prepared for my case and who convinced me that pleading guilty was my only option, I spent several painful years in jail, away from my family and patients. Meggan took over my case and with aggressive lawyering she had the original prejudiced federal judge removed from my case, and she filed motions which eventually overturned my coerced plea and earned me a new trial. I was subsequently released from jail and together we began working on a robust and strategic defense to my case. My new trial led to an acquittal of every single original charge including drug distribution by a physician and two counts of causing the death of a patient; and it led to my freedom on the last day of my trial. Picking a good criminal defense lawyer is vitally important, especially if you’re a physician being attacked by the DOJ/DEA who, while having the unlimited power of the United States behind them, can be unbelievably unethical and shockingly inhumane regarding physicians and their patients. Mr. Fuson helped our family navigate a very scary Zero Tolerance Offense with our county school board and a petition with the juvenile court. From the very first call to his office, we knew we had found the right team to represent our son. Mr. Fuson immediately understood our unique situation (legal hemp possession charged as a marijuana offense) and gave us excellent guidance from day one. Mr. Fuson’s unrivaled expertise with the current and constantly changing TN cannabis law and grace and eloquence handling our school board appeal resulted in the best outcome we could have hoped for. The entire office demonstrated kindness and professionalism which was reflected in their good relationships with the court and opposing counsel. Radford has been patient and answered every question and concern I had about my case. Everything he says he will do, he does. My son was taken away and he got him brought back home to me. I had a prior attorney for several months and Radford did more in two months than my prior attorney did in seven months. Mr. Chambers handled our case with professionalism and integrity. We were clueless on what we were supposed to do, and he guided us through every step. He returned our calls promptly, and never made us feel like we were part of a long list of clients. It was his personable approach that we loved most. When I say this was an amazing experience with Mr. Gold. I was in an accident were I was stuck by vehicle while crossing the street vat a crosswalk downtown. The insurance company tried to make it difficult but Mr. Gold was not allowing it! He fault for. He also keeps me up to part with everything that was going on in my case from start to finish! I would say he is one of the best you can't get in Memphis.

He's a mix between Rachel and Mike from "Suits" on Netflix in terms of getting the job done. He's also extremely witty and knowledgeable. I will truly miss our conversations and updates on my cases. After receiving poor representation from attorneys who were ill prepared for my case and who convinced me that pleading guilty was my only option, I spent several painful years in jail, away from my family and patients. Meggan took over my case and with aggressive lawyering she had the original prejudiced federal judge removed from my case, and she filed motions which eventually overturned my coerced plea and earned me a new trial. I was subsequently released from jail and together we began working on a robust and strategic defense to my case. My new trial led to an acquittal of every single original charge including drug distribution by a physician and two counts of causing the death of a patient; and it led to my freedom on the last day of my trial. Picking a good criminal defense lawyer is vitally important, especially if you’re a physician being attacked by the DOJ/DEA who, while having the unlimited power of the United States behind them, can be unbelievably unethical and shockingly inhumane regarding physicians and their patients. My elderly father and I met with Mr. Crouse to discuss asset protection. We found out early in our consultation that Mr. Crouse would not be able to help us going forward, because my father lives out of state, and he would need an attorney from his state to draw up the trust. However, Mr. Crouse still spent over an hour with us, educating us about our options. He explained everything in a way that we could comprehend. He answered all of our questions and really made sure we understood. He could have easily sent us home, but didn’t! I highly recommend Mr. Crouse. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can absolutely tell he is passionate about his calling.
