I was served with a frivolous Order of Protection by my sister, which risked fracturing my entire family. These actions are difficult to defend and judges rarely dismiss such orders. However, thanks to Barbara's diligence, professionalism, and aggressive legal work, the judge ruled unconditionally in my favor, dismissing the entire claim. Justice was served for my entire family, and for that I am immeasurably grateful to Barbara Futter.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin, Seth Lasater has been our attorney for going on 2 years and I will highly recommend him to anyone. We have had several different cases ranging from child custody to criminal where Seth has represented us, and I will have to say I do not have ONE single regret nor complaint about him. During all of our cases he has done all he can to make sure all bases are covered and takes the time to do any research that is needed. He is very knowledgeable about everyone of our cases and gives his legal opinion and recommendations on the best route to take on the case but will leave that final decision up to you if need be so that way you don’t feel pressured into having to go his route if you don’t feel confident in his decision and will take your opinions in consideration on anything you ask or think of but he gives you his insights and what the outcomes could be on each. I highly recommend Seth to anyone. When I say he does his research laws change all the time and not every case is the same they can be in the same category however be different incidents so yes research is needed to be 100% confident and successful and that would be for any attorney. However Seth makes sure you fully understand the circumstances and the possible outcomes of everything so you aren’t shocked if it doesn’t go as planned. You always hope for the best but it’s not always what you want and again that’s with any attorney, none of them can 100% guarantee you what the judges decision will
be. Seth is very knowledgeable of all the judges and can predict 90% of the time which route that judge will probably take but again does not guarantee anything. With that being said you know he is and has to be an amazing attorney for someone to keep the same one for so long if one is needed that long, that should be an eye opener there that we honestly can’t complain and honestly wouldn’t choose any other attorney. Seth will do everything in his legal power to make sure you get the desired outcome and will go completely at bat for you and defend you in every way possible and will listen and take in your thoughts and concerns regarding your case and give you any and all advice he can. Also with all this positivity and confidence in him being said isn’t because his fees are cheap of why I am writing this review because one his fees are pretty much average fees for an attorney there isn’t a shock to his fees due to his fees are straight across the board as pretty much any other attorney you will find and two I’m not being positive because he wanted me to be, this is all the 100% truth and coming from the heart. He is an amazing attorney and I promise you and I can guarantee you he will defend you 100% and do everything he has to do to make sure there isn’t any confusion along the way. He is very compassionate and easy to get in touch with and if he is out of the office he will get back with you in a timely manner. Lastly not to get too personal but it is public Seth lost his father a few weeks before one of our court dates and he still kept up with our court date and went at bat for us at court knowing what stress he had on him of losing a parent he still was very considerate of our case and we did get what we expected which is always a plus. So again I did this review because Seth deserves it and there isn’t enough words or reviews that I could say or leave that would amount to all the hard work and knowledge and help this man/attorney has done for our cases/family. I promise you will not be disappointed and regretful of choosing Seth Lasater as an attorney for divorce, child custody, criminal, family matters and etc. He does practice in a few more different types of cases but that is what we have had him for thus far. Hopefully not anymore cases but life happens. Again you will absolutely love him. Ms. Heffington was hired to represent me by my insurance company after I got sued over a car wreck. When they told me who they had hired, I was pleased because I had heard good things about her. I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. I met Mr.Bob when i was at my lowest seeking help with custody battle on top of financial battles with the local child support office.He did an outstanding job with keeping me updated on important things like court dates and my rights as a father.He helped me to win full time custody of my son whom i missed dearly.He was always a call or text away and acted promptly to whatever the situation was.I truly appreciate his great work ethics and if I had to choose a lawyer for anything it would be him, I feel like he has the right knowledge on just about anything and is always willing to point you to the right direction of who does if he’s not to sure of(which is rarely)…i thank you so much for assisting me.

Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.

A year and a half into my case, with two other attorney's behind me who botched up my case and basically set my case up for failure, Donna Green was willing to take on my child custody and divorce case. I was able to get in touch with Mr. Francevilla any time needed. I reached out to him on a weekend and talked to him about my case extensively at that time. I can not say enough good things about these two wonderful women, Krista and Kamie. They were my rays of sunshine during a very dark time when divorcing my unfaithful partner of 20+ years. Both were so responsive, encouraging and compassionate when I needed it the most. During my mediation, Kamie was tireless and relentless in fighting for me. I thought of her as my very own Pitbull Warrior Angel. We were able to settle favorably but had we gone to court, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on my side in the fight. I have been in a domestic marital circumstance for almost 9 years that 3 other attorneys, either unresolved or did a sub par job, that had me in a bad situation that I needed desperately resolved.
After calling Mr. Grant and explaining my complex situation, he spent over an hour in a free consultation explaining his ideas and expertise on my case. Attention I had never gotten in a paid hour with other attorneys. With that confidence, I retained Mr. Grant, and he resolved the issue in 7 weeks without stepping into the Chancery Court.
I will never call another Jackson Attorney except Mr. Grant and it was the first time I finished with an attorney and said it was money well spent.
Would recommend him to anyone in Jackson with a divorce, custody and support case as complex as mine or as simple as mine started.
I wish I called him 9 years ago.

My name is Cody. I was facing 3 charges in Sumner County. After first consulting with Chad Ross, He told me exactly what I needed to do. On my first court date, He got me a continuous and as my final court date approached, He reached out to me to let me know a little more about my case. On my second and final court date, he quickly resolved my case and got me out of court quickly. He fought for me undeniably and even though my record is HORRIBLE, he was able to get 2 of the charges dropped and 1 reduced, no jail time. I received a short few months probation, reduced court cost, no probation fees, and I only have to call in to my probation officer once a month, I don't even have to report to the office. The kicker, this was pro bono, so imagine what Chad Ross will do for you if you hire Him. I'm grateful for Chad taking my case and fighting for me in open court like he did.

I’ve spoke to chad on evenings and weekends, very responsive. My case has been very eventful, he’s always been honest with me. I’m on an extremely tight budget, his costs were very fair by comparison and he worked with me on payment. He’s not the “feel good” then not deliver guy. Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

I was accused of DUI and two counts of assault on an officer and my lawyer sent me a letter asking to talk about my case I went to the consultations i told my side an he read the reports and went from there and questioned each officer in front of the judge all the lies that were told on me and I was dismissed on all charges.eventually sued for excessive force and won.
