Paul and his partner Barbara make a very good team. They have a very balanced yet aggressive approach. Paul welcomes all questions as he knows his client's concerns are important. He looks out for his client in more ways than the client even desires. He sees and capitalizes on parts of the client's case that could easily be forgotten. I went into Jana's office on the first visit feeling nervous, unsure of what I was going to do, and knew NOTHING about the divorce process. I consulted with a few different attorneys in Franklin & Crystal was the only one that made me feel as if she really was listening to what I was saying. The others, for the most part, made me feel as if we were being timed & I had to race through my situation.
I hired Crystal after about a month when I was ready to file for divorce. She walked me through all of the scenarios & her paralegal gave me a bunch of information to help me when I needed to refer to if I needed it, which I found so helpful.
I’m still going through the divorce process but they’ve made me feel like I’m not alone.
Crystal is a straight shooter which I like. She doesn’t charge for every little thing and she genuinely wants the best for me & my two kids. I can feel that with every conversation I have with her. I can’t imagine going through this process with any other attorney.

Cannot give enough credit or positive feedback for Mrs. Etue and her staff, especially Erin. They are what a lawyer should be when it comes to truly knowing and advocating for their client. They took the time to truly get to know me, my situation which two previous attorneys had blundered horribly, and then on principle, dug in and scratched and used their extensive understanding of the law to clear the minefield my ex had laid out. They saw the truth, dug hard to get the facts and evidence to support it and overcome opposing sides efforts to conceal and hide crucial materials. I had almost been broken by the process and stress, but they gave me a glimmer of hope, then fed it and worked so hard to stand up to the opposing side, and now, we clearly are in an incredible position to get the results we sought and then some because they fought the right fight and took a stand against an opposing side based on values and principles. You cannot go wrong hiring Mrs. Etue, just be honest, forthcoming NO MATTER WHAT, because they are the poster child for integrity and can handle anything put forth as long as they aren't blindsided. You'll actually enjoy speaking to your attorney and NEVER feel like they just adding dollar signs to your bill. VERY BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!

I went into this with an attorney from a different city and then Ms Poland was recommended to me. To be honest, I had spent so many years terrified, this had gone on so long, I was scared to call her office. But so glad that I did.

My case was just finalized yesterday Dec.5,2018. It was custody based. Anyway, Mrs. Walls truly fulfilled every promise advertised and more. She was available when I needed and I know I was probably very worrisome at times she but remained a comfortable level of professionalism. Just to be clear, she wasn't overly professional or just telling what I want to hear either. Her knowledge of the law was motivation for me to read and get my own understanding. Throughout the process, Mrs. Walls continuously reassured me as well as helped me maintain a level head when I doubted myself. My daughter was involved in a two-car head on collision accident. After the initial scare about her health, I was not too concerned about the legal aspects until I found out that the other driver's family was planning to sue even though the police report supported that the other driver was at fault. I decided that we needed a good lawyer on our side. My friend recommended Steve Black who represented her in a divorce settlement and I thought that he could recommend a personal injury lawyer. It turns out that Steve has done a lot of personal injury cases but does not advertise this component of his expertise. He was very impressive during our first interview, asking pertinent questions, providing thoughtful analysis of the circumstances, and recommending various plans of actions. I hired him on the spot even after he recommended talking to other lawyers before making a decision (a big plus for hiring in my mind). We have been extremely happy with his thorough preparation, accurate predictions of the likely responses and ultimate outcomes of the participants, amazing patience (my daughter is not well organized), and the successful conclusion of our case - maximum settlement in our favor. I give my strongest recommendation for hiring Steve Black in a personal injury case.

I hired Steve for my complicated, post divorce matter that has persisted for years. Steve is highly intelligent, and while I had been previously represented, Steve is the only attorney that was able to discover my ex husband's true income which was exponentially more than claimed. Steve is extremely detail oriented and will get to the truth. He also doesn't look for ways to overbill his clients, he is fair. He kept my emotions in check and remained strategic. My only regret is I didn't know about Steve and hire him from the start!

I had consolted with another attorney who seemed great during the initial consolt. However, when I was wanting to hire her she would not return my calls or emails for 3 months. This led me Google to search for another attorney. I found Sarah Reist and now I am glad that other attorney never replied to me because I found Sarah. When I met Sarah, she was with another firm. She was very kind, pleasant, informative and professional. She spent a good amount of time with me. She answered all of my questions. I immediately hired her to write a letter to my ex spouse which she did quickly and efficiently. She since then has opened her own law firm with a colleague but I was very happy because she took the time to write me and give me her new contact information. She also called me to check on me and make sure that I received her letter with new contact information. When my ex husband called her about the letter she wrote him, she called me right away the same day to inform me and thanks to her letter, my ex spouse finally reimbursed me for medical expenses after 11 years of not paying at all. Sarah always answers my emails and never forgets about me. I am now in the process of hiring Sarah Reist again to proceed in child support enforcement / filing a petition for contempt. I have absolute faith in her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family law attorney. I also want to say Thank you to Sarah for being so nice and kind to me.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough if you are a father wanting your legal rights protected and your children are in the Nashville area. I live in Michigan, my children were in Tennessee in the Nashville area, and I now have full, permanant custody of them in Michigan. It was a lot of work, and very stressful at times, however, if you are wanting an attorney who will work extremely hard for you, if you are wanting an attorney who is not only smart, but capable and devastatingly aggressive in the courtroom in pursuit of your rights and interests, you cannot do better then Sarah.
I am 100% convinced that having Sarah as my legal console made the differance in the outcome of my custody battle. Thanks to her efforts, her hours of hard work, and her zealous prosecution of my rights, I now have full custody of my children. I could not be more grateful for the services she's rendered, and could not recommend her any higher. If you are a father wanting to be able to play an active role in your children's lives, and you have to deal with the family court system, call her. You will be glad you did. I am a Contractor for a very well know pick-up and delivery company. One of the delivery trucks was invovled in an accident where the other party was at fault. A police report was filed and the other party did not show proof of insurance but told the officer writing the report that she did. After a few weeks, it was determined that the other party did not have insurance. I spoke with the other party and was told that they would take care of the damages. I dealt with the person for months trying to be understanding but realized that they were not going to willingly take responsibility for the cost of the repairs. I contacted Rob and gave him all the information regarding the situation. He and his office kept me informed on what was happening with the case the whole time. Within 2 months I was reimbursed for the cost of the damages. I highly recommed Rob Laxson as an attorney. He was knowledgable about the law regarding the issue at hand. He was very professional and reliable.

Mr Arthur was truly amazing. I was referred to him by a coworker and he didnt disappoint. He was professional and caring towards me but had no hesitation in picking up the phone and holding the other parties accountable. Unfortunately, l Inadvertently got myself into trouble. Finding an attorney was a difficult task especially due to the nature of my background. Stumbled upon Mr.Judkins to which l am VERY glad l did. Mr.Judkins, took on my case & shortly l was to be in court. Mr.Judkins, went to bat for me. The charge went from a felony to a Misdemeanor with community service/ court cost. I was charged with a class d felony. Tammy didn’t look at me as just another client or another paycheck. She treated me and my family like her own. From the beginning I was looking at 2 years in jail and it was more or less certain that I was going to spend a good amount of time in jail. I settled on the first plea deal we got and it involved no jail time at all. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this case. Where most attorneys will stop at a certified letter or a notarized note she went a step further and had them come in to testify. She really put her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome for my family. I didn’t get to see my wife or children for three months and she made it her mission to reunite us all. This morning they moved back in. I cannot speak higher of Tammy. There are no amount of words I have to give her the credit she deserves. She is and will always be a part of our Little family.

I would highly recommend MC Davis to anyone in the process of a family law matter, specifically divorce. MC had a personal touch and never failed to ask me how I was doing personally. This meant so much to me during what was probably the most stressful and intense experience of my life. MC was willing to take on my complicated case halfway through after my first lawyer dropped out. MC gave me a clear view of my options and got results. Gary Dupler is a great attorney and a fine person. He represented me in an estate case was complicated and drawn out over two and a half years. Gary was very methodical in researching and building the case, and clearly explained his reasoning for everything. When it was time to present the case to a jury, Gary was tremendously better prepared than opposing counsel. After the trial Gary went well beyond anything he was required to do in assisting in the retrieval of property.
