I hired Lashon in late 2014. she actually listened to what I had to say. My court date was fast approaching and I thought I was in a great deal of trouble. From the first consultation with Lashon she stood up for me with the opposing attorney and advised me to continue doing what I was doing and leave the rest to her. I then received a summons to appear in court because my ex-spouse wanted me to give up total control. Well Lashon had something to say about that. When the court date came not only did Lashon get my ex-spouse to admit that the children had never missed an event that she had planned, the judge took about 5 seconds to deny opposing counsels motion. It took everything I had not to break out into tears in front of the judge. Then she took the time to talk me through the process after court and told me what to expect next. I have absolutely no regrets, except for maybe not hiring her sooner. I highly recommend her and would use her again without any delay. LASHON.....Thank you so very much for your help!

Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. Previous lawyers, the DA, the probation officer all said this could not happen but our lawyer made it happen. Amazing. Just wish i had known about her sooner and my child would not have had to wait 3mths on house arrest. Everyone I spoke to talked about how difficult Judge Kelsey's court is and that my child had little hope. Our impression of the court was changed by our lawyer Gladys Del Fierro, With the proper attorney everything is possible. We needed to hire an attorney out of pocket and she gave us an extremely reasonable rate. Thanks again Ms Del Fierro.

I first heard about Travis Ware while overhearing a fellow coworker discussing her divorce. From all appearances, she wound up getting the raw end of the deal. When she was asked who her ex husband had for an attorney, I kept my face buried in my cellphone, but I was all ears. When she said "Travis Ware," I made a mental note to remember that name. And boy am I glad I did!
At that time I was in an abusive marriage that I needed to get out of, and I needed an attorney who would be able to circumvent all the tricks that the ex had up his sleeve. I hired Mr. Hollinger to secure Guardianship for my special needs son. From start to finish he was extremely professional, capable, and thorough. While the attorney ad litem was in agreement, our case was met with resistance from the court investigator. That opposition was swiftly snuffed out during the proceedings. Mr. Hollinger was able to obtain powerful affidavits from my son's high school STARS teacher and the Senior Attorney at his medical facility (hospital) that, along with other compelling evidence, made it very clear that a full Guardianship was the only viable verdict.

My husband and I were planning on going on a trip abroad without the kids. I wanted to leave everything in order just in case something happened to us. While no one wants to have to hire a family law attorney unfortunately sometimes it is necessary. If you find yourself in the position of needing a family law attorney I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Rizzo. I hired her back in December of 2016 for a custody dispute with my ex husband. She was absolutely amazing. Kelly was on top of everything at every turn. She always clearly explained my options to me before we proceeded with anything. The billing was fair and always very well documented. If I had any sort of question I could ask her through the online portal or call and she always made sure to answer my questions very efficiently. When I had a question on a Friday night I was absolutely shocked and thrilled that she took the time to answer me that same night. I really had planned to be waiting until Monday morning for a response. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kelly Rizzo and the Hunt Law firm. Custody disputes can be very mentally and emotionally draining. Kelly made sure to make the process as easy to understand and navigate as humanly possible.

Kelly Rizzo wasn't the first lawyer I contacted but she was my first consult which ultimately led to my hiring her. Our time together was always well spent and coordinated with every detail taken into account to insure the best possible outcome in my divorce. She was tactful and strategic in her approach to my case, being kind enough to listen to my ideas while being honest and direct about how to resolve the issues at hand. Although things didn't go 100% in my favor I am assured that Kelly lead me down the path of least resistance with the greatest return on investment. Having no prior experience dealing with divorce lawyers or legal battles overall the past 6 months were made less turbulent by Kelly. Her balance of professionalism and amicability with me truly made the difference and inspired confidence and hope in her. She provided me with a binder and online tools to make sure that I was always able to communicate and upload necessary documents for my case. She guided me step by step through this arduous process facilitating even the most strenuous tasks including mediation. By the end of it all it was almost painful to relinquish Ms. Rizzo and her expertise, as if saying goodbye to a caring friend. I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Kelly on two occasions this year. The 1st time I was renting from a rogue property owner who refused to fix the a/c when it was hot and the heating unit in the middle of winter. When the unit was finally fixed she transferred the costs back to me and wouldn't accept rent until the balance of $1,100 was covered. I immediately retained Attorney Kelly and within 30 days she and the property mgmt company agreed they were responsible for the unit expense, dropped the case, and allowed me and my family to move out a month early! The 2nd time I needed legal advice and Attorney Kelly was there prompty to provide me with the proper guidance. I sleep better at night knowing I have an attorney like Kelly who will make sure my family is protected.

I had Mr. McGee as an attorney for my divorce case out of Denver.
Mr. McGee was the best attorney I could have asked for with my particular case. He kept a level head throughout the process even while we were being jerked around by my former spouse's 2nd attorney. He gave me thorough advice and let me call the shots as far as the direction I wanted to take my case. With his calm demeanor and negotiation skills, I was able to get my divorce settled without having to go to trial. We just had the misfortune of having to deal with my former spouse's incompetent attorney that dragged the case out beyond a reasonable point.
I would highly recommend Bob to anyone who needs help with a divorce case. He keeps his cool and is not the type of attorney that is out for blood or gets extremely emotional. He is fair in his billing and provides a detailed bill of everything that he does upon your behalf.
As I said in my title, I could not have asked God for a better attorney than Bob.

Hired Ray Adam's to handle my divorce and child custody case. Being a man fighting for custody of my children in Texas was an uphill battle not many Men can ever say they won. Straight from the start he informed me of the variables and battle ahead. Never did he fill my head with "over coincident result" or a sure outcome. I comfortable with him and what he had to say from the get go. He layed it all on the table and didn't sugar coat anything. He told him how it was straight foward. His well laid plan fell into place like finely placed domino's and the outcome I was seeking was ultimately won. Divorced was finalized and I was awarded custody in Texas mind you of my three boys. I wanted to leave a review, because I feel grateful for what John and his team have accomplished for me. I don't ever leave online reviews, but I felt like I needed to because of what has transpired. Many years ago I hired John to handle my child support arrears case. After many months of hell and trying to show evidence of payments, John was able to win the case and have my arrearage expunged. Now just recently I had to hire John again for modification to my divorcee decree. After meeting with John and going over what was needed for change, he put together a plan for me and help me get the appropriate changes. We never made it to court because John worked it out with my ex through mediation. We got what was needed for change, and I couldn't be more happy. John is not only a great lawyer, but I now consider him a friend. I feel like he really cares about his clients, and will work for you to get the best results. He's respectful, knowledgeable, and most of all caring. I will be using John if I ever need an attorney again.

I have had the opportunity to work with several attorneys, and John Haugen is, by far, the most ethical and knowledgable attorney I've had. I think so highly of him that I recommended him to friends and they all have praised him. The word several friends used was "compassionate."
I have left several law firms feeling gouged by their practice of padding their billable hours. I have never felt that way after working with Haugen.

He got me probation when I could have received a 2 to 20 year sentence in the State Penetentiary. Then, I violated probation which in most cases would guarantee a trip to prison and Mr. Wohr worked hard to get me a light sentence in the County Jail and even continued working on my case to get me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays and continue to earn a paycheck. One of the best, if not the best Criminal Defense Attorney in the Denton County, Texas area.

Mr. Wohr is a very hard working attorney who has his client's best interests at heart and will work tirelessly to get them the best possible results. Not to violate attorney-client privileges, but I would like to write about the time I was told by Mr. Wohr that I would have to receive a sentence of a few months in county jail and I offered him several thousand dollars to keep me out of jail. Mr. Wohr was honest with me and told me their was nothing further he could do to keep me from going to jail. The D.A. had already given us the best offer they were going to give us, so Mr. Wohr politely declined my monetary offer and I received a sentence of a few months in the county jail when I could have actually received a sentence of 2 years in the State Penetentiary. Then, after my sentence was handed out, Mr. Wohr continued to work on my case for no additional money and got me Work Release so I could be home for the Holidays. A less honest and less ethical attorney would have quickly taken my money and lied about keeping me out of jail and I still would have received the same jail sentence. What more can you ask for than an honest and hard working attorney? Mr. Wohr is clearly one of the best attorneys in Denton, Texas and I would strongly recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges in the Denton County area.

Right before Thanksgiving 2020, I was charged with a DWI. Immediately, I sought out legal counsel and was told that John Haugen has a lot of experience with DWI cases. The first attorney told me to plead guilty because my charge was not real serious.
(it was serious to me) The other two told me it is hard to fight charges in
Mt Pleasant and I had a 50/50 chance of getting it dismissed. Paul said I had a 99%
chance with him. My case was dismissed.

I was refrred to Ms. Bachman by my sister who used to work with her. I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed with my divorce now but I wanted answers to many questions so that I could make an informed decision. I will admit that I had a few beers. I didn't know what to do but I spoke to my brother and he recommended this place. I spoke with Glen Wietzel . I really felt like he gave a crap so when he told me that I should fight it, I did. After a few months later, the prosecutors dropped the case and it was dismissed. I am no longer required to go to probation, to all stupid driver improvement classes, have a deep lung device, have 30 months of surcharges, and no community service. HELL YEAH!!!. So relieved. Alan Taggart was referred to me and omg was he worth every dollar spent. I have used other attorneys in the past for things and no one has come near doing what this man done for my son. I'd say if its serious and you JUST CANT loose then hire him. I tried not to wear him out talking to him on the phone because I know he's busy and time is money but he always kept me informed every step of the way, even if it was just texting, which I didnt mind at all. Atleast he would do that when other attorneys wont even call you back even after days of calling and their receptionists just cover for them.
