I recently worked with Attorney Olubusayo Fasidi for my husbands immigration filing for temporary/ permanent resident status. Olubusayo gave us great guidance through the entire process. She ensured all necessary paper work was accurately completed and promptly updated us on immigration directives we received for each step in the process. My husbands paper work was filed the first week in Oct 2012 and he was approved the first week in January 2013. She was a pleasure to work with and was very patient and responsive. My divorce was very difficult and involved custody of our two children. Divorce can be a very difficult time with all the emotions that are swirling about you. I certainly didn't know anything about divorce other than I needed one.
A friend recommended Kathleen and I am very thankful he did. She was always calm and a voice of reason. She directed my energy to what was important. First was my children and second was my finances. I honestly didn't care about the money at this point. I wanted a divorce and my kids.
From the start I was advised on what to expect and how to prepare. Kathleen is very serious about her job as an officer of the court. She is very ethical and definitely was concerned about the best interest of my children. Her integrity is unwavering.
She is very pragmatic in her approach. I never was unprepared or surprised even though the opposing attorney went to extraordinary measures to rattle me. As I sat in court and watched our attorneys operate it was apparent to me that I was very fortunate to have a true professional.
Kathleen was very much about facts and the law while the opposition was focused on spinning a tale. The opposition had 3 attorneys and dollies full of documents when they entered. As the trial progressed it was apparent that it was all for show. It became obvious they had never read any of the documents. Time and time again Kathleen pointed out the facts. My ex and her attorney were very surprised at the outcome which is still a puzzle to me. There are established rules, guidelines and laws that the court follows. They do not rule based on accusations, emotions and showmanship.
Outside of the courtroom Kathleen has been the same type of adviser. My kids and I were in dire straits and some very bad behaviors were popping up. Again Kathleen was a person I could lean on. It took quite an effort but I was able to restore my kids well being. My son had been missing school sick with anxiety for years. He was getting into mischief. My daughter was questioning if she wanted to continue living. Today both kids are excelling. Taylor due to his issues was not accepted to UT Austin as he had hoped. He was given the opportunity to attend UT Tyler. If he performed then he would get acceptance to UT Austin which was his dream. Not only did he meet their requirements; he made the dean's list in Tyler. He will realize his dream and be attending UT Austin this fall. My daughter who was depressed and reclusive will not keep quiet these days. She has been and still is a straight A student. She began playing high school soccer and has made numerous friends. Most importantly she is happy and wants to have a full life.
A lot of people have helped us through some very trying times. Kathleen was the first there. She made it all possible. If you need an attorney I highly recommend Kathleen Vossler. Not only did I get a fair settlement; it is one that my conscience can live with. The life coaching was an unexpected bonus.

Our family used the services of Mr. Hards in trying to obtain a change in custody for one of my grandchildren and he was a superb counselor for us. Even though we did not win the custody of the child from the child's mother, which he advised we probably would not, he advised us on maintaining relationships so that we could continue afterward and be assured that if the abusive situation continued we had legal grounds to stop it.
I have nothing but kind things to say about this man with high moral principles, excellent knowledge and useful wisdom that he used at all the meetings and hearings we attended.

I have had to ask Len Nary about loans to pay off debt. He advised me of the loans to stay away from when needing a loan for my children's college. He also advised me against getting a high interest property loan to pay off taxes. Finding yourself in legal trouble stinks, but when you do you just want it to go away. Not living in the Bastrop area I had no frame of reference when I needed some legal support. My teenage son got into some legal trouble. Fortunately for us, Justin was assigned to our case as public defender, to which our bail bondsman gave a thumbs up. Justin was efficient, but kind, and helpful throughout the process. He has a good reputation within the local legal community. I think Justin is one big reason why the charges were dropped.
Later, I hired Justin to help with expunging my son's record, which he did very capably.

I usually do not rate or review services online but I thought the stellar service I received from the Worrell Law firm deserves my time and recognition. Mr. Worrell made our dream of becoming parents painlessly true.
The fostering and adoption process is rewarding but can be very painful as it has so many ups and downs let alone the legal landscape that continuously changes and last minute obstacles.
I will not go through the whole painful story here but the very TLDR is that we were about to lose the kiddos that were placed with us for over 2 years since birth to a relative that never was present in their lives until a few weeks before trial and parental rights termination.We were devastated and wanted to fight for the kids to stay in the only family they had known. We thought all hope was lost until we were referred to the Worell law firm to assist.
I called Mr. Worell on the phone for an initial consultation and he did admit that it was not enough time to prepare since the trial was so close but he would work around the clock to fight for us. Before we even signed the retainer’s agreement Mr. Worell had already reached out to the social worker and the DA to inquire about the case. What kind of lawyer would care as much for the person than the check? I really was wow’ed by that. He gathered all the evidence he could find in a short time and was ready for trial. He made a great case for us before the judge and… that cross examination during trial..Oh boy, he really knew what he was doing. I had to take the time to write a review to share our experience with the Worrell Law Firm. This was truly an amazing experience for my family. We did a Termination/Step parent adoption. Throughout the entire process, Blanca and Sylvia were on it. They kept us informed of the process for court and all the necessary steps we needed to take. Not only did they help in the adoption process, they also helped us with the termination of the absent father. (Which I didn't think was possible) I couldn't thank God enough for bringing these amazing attorneys in our lives. They truly care about our children and take pride in their work. When we arrived to the court, Mr. Worrell arrived sharp and ready for court. I knew he could tell we were all nervous. He took the time to speak to each one of my children. Speaking to all 3, he asked them, "do you know why you are here?" They said "to be adopted" He made them and us feel at ease before we went into court. this lawyer right here will go to bat for you and do his best to prove your innonce and make things right and he will cget some charges or services dropped to..he will make sure you look yr best in the courtroom,,he is a reassuring lawyer who is kind caring and goes all out espically when their are kids invovled..we hired him i the middle of may 2012 and on july 5th at 1230 noon i had both of my children back safe and in our arms.. he took the stemmons office of cps caseworker we had to court and sunpouned her boss and that offices supervisor and we came out of that courtroom succesful with in two and a half hours.. he also got all the horrrible charges against my husband dropped for lack of evidence and no police reports..the caseworker we had was not on our case anymore and we got a more nicer understanding caseworker that would comminicate with us and not yell at us and make us feel like crap..

I hired Teresa Waldrop for my divorce. She came highly recommended. She was very tenacious, honest and professional.
