I was embarassed and ashamed of my dui arrest and Mike made me feel like a real person who had just made a mistake. He was always prompt returning my calls, and emails and was always sincere and I never felt rushed. He guided me with every right step to take to get my very serious situation reduced. It looked pretty bleak there at first but Mike kept giving me hope. I did the work he advised me to do and he basically got me the deal of a lifetime. I got the most lenient sentence I have ever heard of and my charge was reduced to impaired driving. I used Scott for the divorce. He explained a lot of extra things I didn't know was involved. He is honest not overly expensive like a lot of other companies are. I learned some of the laws involved with getting divorced. Utah is extremely different than Texas. If you're looking for a good divorce lawyer, I definitely recommend Scott.

Specifically her work for me had been in conjunction with her representing my wife in a very messy and scary divorce from her previous husband, a sadistic narcissist who was stalking, harassing, and slandering her at every turn. He would threaten anyone who helped my wife with legal action, which included trying to get a protective order against me to keep me away from her and our two minor children. Mr. Voss is by fair an amazing attorney. He takes the time to a actually hear your concerns without interrupting you, which is very uncommon in these kind of situations. Brad has been helping me with my custody and other legal issues for several years now and I am just glad that there’s still attorney like him who hasn’t forgot why they went to law school in the first place. I am giving this review on my own without him asking for it because he deserves this honest review. He is very efficient in terms of time and costs and more importantly doesn’t leave you hanging when the situation gets tough/difficult. He always has the time to answer any questions and gets back to you within a day. It is hard to find someone like him these days. I wish there would be more attorneys out there like him. Brad Carr is absolutely the best attorney I have seen.
When my divorce first started I interviewed several attorneys. I had a very complicated case involving a business that was jointly owned by myself and my ex-husband. He is was the ONLY one who took notes and seemed genuinely interested in my case and how I was doing overall. He did not pump me up with a bunch of big promises that he couldn't fulfill. Brad does not have that aggressive "bulldog" personality that you think you need when you first start this process. He does however, approach things calm, respectfully and EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT. In the end that seems to make all the difference. I was very happy with the end result. He is worth every penny!

Going through a divorce has been the most stressful thing in my entire life, and it is not something I could have done on my own. Before contacting Shane, I had interviewed several lawyers over the course of a few weeks. By far, I felt the most comfortable with Shane and Kayla. I felt they understood my case better than anyone, and it was clear from the very beginning that they would give 100% to my case. I do to this day recommended Shantelle to any one who might ask me about a lawyer. I was falsely (I know I know) charged but didn't have money to hire a lawyer could not be appointed one by the court, the DA dropped the charges down to an infraction which means no possibility of jail time there for they will not allow me a public defender, I was given Shantelle's information and gave her a call. She was very friendly, and made sure I understood everything before I agreed or signed anything, she worked with me on payments and best of all She got the charged dismissed! I will continue to recommend her services to people.

After meeting with Platte I knew he genuinely cared about my case. My daughter and I were treated like he would want to be treated. He said that I could contact him at anytime and gave me his phone numbers and e-mail address. I wanted a lawyer who specialized in estate planning and writing living trusts. I interviewed two candidates and I chose to work with Mr. Eliason because he explained (on a yellow note pad), what a living trust entailed and how it was going to work. I felt like I was meeting with a country lawyer, who had my best interest in mind and didn't try to "up sell" me something I didn't want.
I give him the highest rating because he explained everything to me in language I could understand, answered all my questions promptly and gave me very easy to understand instructions on what I needed to provide him (papework). He even called another state's recording office to get information he needed, so we didn't have to do more work.
Lonnie also demonstrated that he had done this task many times before, so he wasn't going to give us anything we didn't need, and his fees were very reasonable.
I would highly recommend him for your estate planning needs and make sure you bring your best smile because he also smiles a lot and means it.

I was going through a difficult time in my life which led me down the path to meeting Kieth. I had worked with previous attorneys and was very disappointed with the way I was treated and represented. Keith was a completely different experience. His office staff was very friendly I was always put through to him if I called and he was in the office, if not he always called back very promptly. I didn't feel like just another number and he actually took the time to get to know me.
He was absolutely amazing in court. His knowledge of the system and how best to approach things was incredible. When he cross examined the cop he spent at least 30 minutes and left no stone unturned. It was like watching an episode of Perry Mason. Because of how detailed and though-rough he was we ended up winning the case outright. Alison is a great attorney. Although my case had jurisdictional issues, this was not her fault. My case not going the direction I wanted had absolutely nothing to do with Alison's competency. It was merely situational and beyond anyone's control. She is honest and upfront, something you don't see much of in attorneys.
Her office staff is very pleasant. They take time to answer questions and seem very knowledgeable about the law and the court system in Utah.

I wish I could fully convey my thoughts about Scott. Scott took on my case midway through the process when my previous attorney quit my divorce. I found myself in a really bad spot having to find a new attorney that was willing to go to trial with a judge that was not in my favor, and against my ex’s attorney who was free. Scott had good graces knowing that I came from an attorney that honestly loathed him, and he took up my banner in the middle of his heavy case load. I cannot tell you how indebted to him and his team for making the impossible possible.
By the time my trial came my case had been completely revamped. His partner Mckail worked diligently on my exhibits for my case and spent the time to really prepare all my witnesses before trial. We walked in to court with a better case than I had in the last year, and Scott’s acumen in the trial was shrewd and well informed. His arguments consistently met with the approval of the judge, and he deftly handled my ex’s attorney when they tried to sneak in testimony that was underhanded.
In the end I got what I fought for two years for, my kids and the equal right to be involved in their lives. My children and I are the direct benefactors of Scott’s skills and help. I absolutely give my recommendation to Scott as an attorney worth working with.

I was referred to Adam Caldwell by a friend who had seen him in action in the court room and was impressed. From my first call to his office, the service was amazing; he was able to see me almost immediately. His office is very professional and easy to navigate. Drinks and comfortable chairs were readily available. On my initial consultation Adam spent the time needed for me to fully explain my story and circumstances. He knew that in addition to the facts, I needed to get out some emotion as well and let me take the time to do so. He listened carefully, then reassured me that he knew exactly what to do with my case and presented a plan to me. I went into that office scared about all of the unknowns and came out confident that I was able to lay that burden on my attorney and that he would take care of it for me. In addition to Adam's experience and expertise, he also has an amazing paralegal, Shalayne Topham. If I had any concerns at all I knew that I could ask her about them and she would either find out the answers, or get me in touch with Adam very quickly.
