There was a time, I was a credit disaster, I knew absolutely nothing about how credit works. I’d pay bills late thinking paying late was better than not paying at all. To be honest, I didn’t even know negatives lasted on your reports for 7 years. Why did I pay late? Because at the time, I’d think I needed to buy something shiney and then pay bills. To further my reckless behaviors, I had my house foreclosed on. To be honest, I don’t know why I checked my credit, which ultimately led me to this site where I found PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, but I’m glad I did, reading as much testimonies as I could. My starting score was (low 500’s). All thanks to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, as of today, I’m sitting at EX: 808, TU: 812 and my lowest is EQ: 801. This law office I highly recommend! Jennifer was able to create a very detailed “special needs trust” for my daughter. Her knowledge and professionalism put me at peace and gave me the confidence and assurance that my daughter will be taken care of once I pass. Jennifer also prepared several other items for me personally. My husband passed and I needed to redo all my documents as well. Attorney fell asleep during initial consultation. Took a huge retainer for a complicated divorce case and did not filed motions appropriately or in a timely manner. He does not have any paralegals or staff working in his office. He missed important deadlines for my case that cost me more money to hire a different attorney to correct the mistakes of this representation. Most of his filings contained errors and misspellings. He comes to the hearings unprepared and hardly defended me in the 2 hearings he appeared in. He made a lot of promises and did not deliver as promised. He was involved in another case against him before the same Judge in my case that he had knowledge of before accepting to represent me in my case and failed to disclose this information. Being a new attorney on my case that took 2 years to finalize, he agreed with opposing party on deadlines and made decisions regarding my case without consulting with me. He was not reachable by phone and only responded by email of course. He sent me an outrageous billing entrees for items the attorney did not perform during the representation. His most recent google reviews were negative from clients who also expressed concerns for dishonesty with this attorney.

I had dealt with Mr. Jacobson a while back with my own legal endeavors and I couldn't ask for a better client to attorney relationship. Lawyers nowadays are always incredibly rude and almost never take the time to know the client they are dealing with. I hired Mr. Kenyon in both a civil and criminal defense case regarding Marijuana and DUI. I've found that Charles did not keep proper notes regarding my case, as I've had to constantly remind him of what took place on the day of my arrest. During a suppression hearing regarding evidence, he admitted evidence we were trying to suppress. He was regularly late for court, and was not at his office at times we scheduled meetings. In the end, I had to fire Mr. Kenyon and appoint a public defender. Definitely not worth the $6k flat fee retainer.

I was arrested at 5 a.m on a Saturday morning and I asked a family member to find an attorney for me. She contacted Mr. Kenyon. He was extremely responsive and met with me over the weekend to set my expectations, gather facts, and begin formulating a strategy. He met with me again early Monday morning, briefed me on the steps he had taken, and once again did a fine job of ensuring I knew what would be happening over the next few days. As it turns out, my charges were dropped a few hours later, but it was clear that Mr. Kenyon was an excellent choice and had a firm grasp of dealing with the legal process, and developing a strategy for my defense. I would highly recommend him.

Attorney Napierala stood by my side and won me a 10 year restraining order against my ex-boyfriend. I was completely terrified but he walked me through the whole entire process and kept me calm through it all. He's so intelligent, kind and big hearted. He's also never lost a restraining order case in 30 years! I would recommend him to anyone.

Napierala had me sign a contract stating that I had to pay him in $2,000 in advance when each $2,000 was exhausted. He inflated his time on the bill and claimed I owed him money even though the contract I signed said I had to pay in advance of services. He canceled mediation the day before because I had not paid him another $2,000 in advance and he refused to discuss his inflated bill. Even though he told me his paralegal was billed at $135 hr, he charged me at his rate when I dealt with her. Most of the time I spent with his paralegal. She had errors on documents so I had to come back four times. IMO that was a ploy to increase his bill. A motion that I had signed took three weeks for this law firm to get a date from Washington County Court due to phone tag. Another motion that I had signed did not get sent off to Washington County until four weeks later. Napierala also emailed me another client's personal information even though her email address and correspondence were in the email. I forwarded his response to his other client and she said she was not happy that he passed on her personal information. Napierala let my husband's attorney add things to an agreement close to an hour before we were to go to court. Napierala also sat silent in court while my husband's attorney lied about a phone bill. Napierala also did not speak up for me in court and let my husband's attorney make me have my separate phone account and he did not speak up when my husband's attorney requested I move out in 45 days, receive a small maintenance during that time with it being increased after I got an apartment, which was a nightmare because of the timing of payroll deductions and support payment, so I am currently short maintenance that is due to me. Napierala gave me very little legal advice. He told me to get an apartment with a pool and told me of the time he lived in an apartment. Napierala does not have a fax machine, he told me he removed the number from his site and that the fax machine belongs to an attorney he shares office space with. Napierala's paralegal is part time, with no set amount of days or hours worked each week. Napierala's voice mail system is sensitive, if you call it and don't press the button at the precise moment to leave a message, you will either get transferred to Dan Goldberg's law firm or you will get a message that says, "Thank you for using Audix." There are better divorce attorneys out there and plenty that have full time office staff, who will file motions in a timely manner and represent you properly who have a reliable answering machine and a fax machine.

I cannot begin to tell anyone who is experiencing serious financial difficulties how glad I was that I called Atty. Ryan Landry. After being served with not 1 - but TWO garnishments from several years old debts and learning that I would lose 25% of my income from EACH check from the first creditor, and then the 2nd one, it made me realize that I had to do something right away. I called 2 different local firms after seeing their “ads” on TV and didn’t even receive a call back for days - but by then it was too late (for them)! Not only did Ryan return my call the same day AFTER business hours, but he met with me right away, explained all of my options, and then prepared all of the paperwork and filed a Chapter 128 for me literally within 24 hours of our meeting! The Garnishments were stopped and I’m well on my way to paying back BOTH credits at the SAME time on terms that are way much more easier for me to handle. I’m going to be able to take care of these judgments by making 1 low monthly payment each month, and I couldn’t be happier. My only regret was not using Keith first. I had gone with another firm that had been recommended to me by a few different friends. After watching my original attorney sit silently as I was removed from my house, lost my kids, and had to pay the mortgage and ALL the bills, I knew I needed a new attorney. Enter Keith Wessel. Not only was he able to reverse the damage my original attorney had done, he was able to cut through the games and drama my ex wife's attorney had been using. He worked well with the Social Worker, the Court Commissioner, and Judge. He has the knowledge and experience to navigate any situation and is very personable and easy to work with through the difficult circumstance that is divorce. I trust him completely. Excellent communication and response to any questions I had. He is worth his rate and it was money well spent. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith to anyone. My experience with Keith Wessel can be described only as outstanding!

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable about divorce law, is very professional as well as organized and detail-oriented. However, my ex employed a lawyer from Cordell & Cordell, who overall employed a very aggressive approach. I'm not sure Sarah is the best person to go head-to-head with another lawyer like this. I certainly think Sarah could have been proactive at times, as it seemed we were constantly on the defense responding to the other side, rather than being proactive and being one step ahead of the other side. It never seemed as if we had the upper hand throughout the entire divorce process. I paid Sarah tens of thousands of dollars for my divorce. However, when I reached out to her with one question I had after the divorce was finalized and she was no longer representing me, I never even got the courtesy of a reply email or phone call back. The lack of a reply seemed unprofessional to me. Also, Sarah told me many times that I wouldn't' be charged for this call or that email, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it is because of a lack of transparency, but I believe I paid for things that I was told I wouldn't have to. Lastly, she told me that we could negotiate the remaining $18,000 I owed, but later that day when my divorce was finalized, she just sent me a bill for $18,000. More follow through on things said, especially when it comes to billing, is needed.

After paying a different attorney to set up a Living Trust, we discovered he was not knowledgeable and should not have been practicing Estate law. It caused our family much grief, stress, and problems. Someone gave us Stephen Howitz's number. He was extremely knowledgable about Living Trusts and helped us navigate around the problems caused by previous attorney. He also looked up several things for us when he wasn't recently-familiar with an issue. I highly recommend him as someone who will put the client's interests first.

Stephen was great with my on-going legal battle with my ex husband, but ended up dropping the case at a crucial moment, stating that the topic was different (although he had done work on it) and that as I hadn't paid off the large bill for the last case, he couldn't do anymore. Very understanding regarding payments. A little new to the law system, and it sometimes showed in his work.

I can't say enough good things about Sonia Komisar. I just received the discharge notice for my chapter 7 bankruptcy, and I feel such relief and hope again. Sonia is outstandingly competent, kind and meetings that could have been drudgery are almost fun! She presents as non-judgmental and accepting, even in situations where being shocked an appalled would certainly be justified. She makes you feel like you are OK and supported. She did great job and got it done! There we're certain "special" circumstances that we had to deal and she did a great job coaching me and other party what we needed to do. I know it wasn't the easiest B to do, and would like to think she's had worse. In the end I came out much better than expected. We live in Waukesha County and needed a "good" family law lawyer. We hired a local law firm who seemed to have the right stuff. 3/4 of the way through our family court matter, we had to fire our lawyer. We heard about John Cabranes through a work associate and made the call. We met with him and he made us feel so comfortable. He didn't mince words about the status of our case or the potential for a hopeful outcome, since our previous lawyer mucked things up procedurally from a legal perspective. Regardless, he was tough and aggressive in the court room. He presented case law and rulings that had the opposition attorney's head spinning. John is a great advocate for his clients and represents and fights for their well-being -- AND -- he's a really nice guy! His associate Cynthia Herber was involved in our case. Because of passive aggressive behavior from my ex spouse my divorce took much longer than it should have. Teresa was quick to see through the tactics and always advised me (correctly) as to what our next steps should be as far as mediation. This was a difficult situation and both Teresa and her assistant were usually available or quick to return a telephone call. The billing was fair and accurate and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the billing is done in 15 min. increments and no "padding" of the fees ever occurred. She always told me options available to me and then would lay out all the information as to why one decision would be better in the long run over the other. Teresa is very experienced and I felt grateful to benefit from her years of wisdom in the practice of family law. She was there for questions even after the case was completed.

Teresa had to pick up the scattered pieces my previous attorney left. Let me tell you, she is honest, to the point, AGGRESSIVE, blunt and doesn't want to take all your money. Sally was the first and only lawyer I hired when I was seeking a divorce and primary placement of my young children. She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and prepared. She is basic a fair good lawyer. However, I feel she should change her position with Racine county Human service after my son loss a pound of weight from 13 lbs to 12 lbs in a county foster home at one year old. She did feel it would not be in my best position as my GAL. She did a fair job return my legal custody to me at least.

I wouldn’t recommend neither of these attorneys. Mr French and Mr Betker are both liars. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. I was promised reimbursement of attorney fees which was more than the amount that I was suing Midas muffler for. Unfortunately, now they refuse to accept responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I trusted these attorneys and now I regret that I gave them my trust. Because now they are denying that they promised me attorney fee reimbursement because they didn’t put their lie in writing. They don’t deserve any rating because they are liars. So don’t trust them, and make sure that they put all of their promises in writing before you give them your money. I never imagined that attorneys would lie to the consumer just to get their money. Beware of these fraudsters.

From day 1of my wife's WC I knew that the people who recommended Mr. French were being modest. His straight forward style is so reassuring and all you have to do is sit back and watch a very knowledgeable attorney slowly and meticulously put the pieces together and get the best result. A friend recommended Hanawy & Ross to my husband. They were amazing. We were blessed to have attorney Steven Hawkins represent us! Steven is a very intelligent, honest, and caring attorney. This is the second post that I have made for Sallie Rubenzer and if I could do a thousand, I would. Sllaie help my wife and I to become my sisters guardian. A difficult and emotional process. BUT Sallie steered us through the entire process. As a lawyer, Sallie is everything you could hope for: Smart, Professional and a complete understanding of the law. (Fox 6 news). You’ll see a picture of her start reading there. I experienced this first hand while I was going through my divorce with Attorney Sally Rubenzer. I am disabled (Attorney Sally Rubenzer was aware of this fact) Around the end of the divorce, I lost my son from my first marriage. . I don’t recall much of the details of the end of my divorce due to this. Attorney Sally Rubenzer refused to slowly Proceedings down. Attorney Sally Rubenzer took me for $20,000. Left me with a debt of my ex husband’s. Attorney Sally Rubenzer was aware of the fact that debt was my ex husband and did nothing to correct the issue. Attorney Sally Rubenzer fought more for my ex husband than she did for me (her client). I HAVE REQUESTED MANY TIMES TO SEND ME THE PAPERWORK OF THE WORK THAT SHE CHARGED ME FOR !!! 2024 still nothing. Attorney Sally Rubenzer only fights for herself and her next drink. 8/23/2024 Edited. Attorney Sally Rubenzer, Let’s be honest with the clients. I requested them in 2015. I left messages after messages with no response to this day. I did not receive any thing that I was requesting until after my review above. Not one return call.

Been a client for years and all of sudden I cannot get a response from my attorney. Sent an email to Attorney Kuechler about my ex-wife moving my kids to a different county without telling anybody, and the only response received was a copy of my current bill. Terrible service, terrible communication, and apologies to anyone I recommended to Jaskolski and Jaskolski.

When I signed up for representation, the person who took care of my agreement for representation provided information that was not accurate. They said my timeframe for representation would not start until I met with my attorney. Two months went by, and I got emails for payment for my next stage payment when I had not even heard from my lawyer yet. That is when I called and actually found out who they gave me as a lawyer. They extended my timeframe thankfully. However, twice my financial statement had errors that should have been caught by the firm. They provided me with an appraisal person that I paid for, and he never even finished the appraisal of my property. I had emailed my lawyer and his paralegal several times asking questions and getting no responses. I was not provided any valuable information by them at all. I had representation for 6 months and all that was done was one phone call between me and my lawyer, they requested my husband to fill out the financial disclosure and mine and they sent that in, and drafted a child placement agreement that me and my soon to be ex-husband came up with ourselves. And they provided me an appraiser that could not even do the job. I definitely would never choose this option for representation ever again. Now I am down $10,000 for a couple forms being submitted and not even close to being ready for court that we had to postpone.

I utilized attorney Seufert for what became an extremely long-drawn-out divorce. He went above and beyond to make sure things moved as quickly as possible on our end while continually keeping me in the loop and pushing to keep things moving. If I had questions or needed advice, he continually made himself available to assist with explanations or give his professional opinion. In the end I received an outcome that I feel was in the best interest of myself and my daughter. Even after things have been finalized, he has reached out to provide pertinent information that he feels may be helpful for me to know. I am beyond grateful I got to work with attorney Seufert during such a difficult time and could not recommend him more. He truly cares about his clients and will do whatever necessary to get his client the best outcome possible.

I was in a car accident that was not my fault, my car was totaled out, my neck was sore, and I didn’t know what to do next.
