Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. I have a Tenant who went from ok to really bad, stopped paying rent when asked to vacate property in October 2021. So had no choice else than evicting them.
Mr. Naveed is a great help. He advised me not to get into nitty gritty, he simply asked me do i need to get the money or get the house . I wanted house so he recommended and moved with holdover case. We got judgement our favor in November and we already have warrants of eviction which can be executed, in case they don't move out by given date. So probably sheriff will have to evict them. I was close to receiving a probationary dismissal from a supervisor with negative re-hire codes as a reprisal for an EEO complaint. Although his behavior was unlawful, I had next to no options and was repeatedly harassed by the legal office to sign a vague resignation contract with an NDA clause that I was not comfortable with. I was referred to Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod by a friend (who is also an attorney but unable to take the case). Allen immediately took action by contacting the legal office and rewriting the resignation contract to be completely in my favor. David Coombs saved my career, passion and livelihood. My initial request for information from him received a quick and thorough response. After retaining David, he quickly went to work. I am so glad we ran into Mr. Coombs and that he, agreed to take our case. My daughter is an active duty U.S. Army soldier serving in South Korea. She was wrongly accused of multiple charges under a 15-6 investigation, this case was a real juggernaut, a 32-page indictment with all kinds of twists and turns. Mr. Coombs quickly reviewed the case and gave us his initial assessment. Even though we were over 6K miles apart, he always made us feel like we were right next door, access, communication and feedback was quick and insightful, questions were tough but reflected his interest and commitment to the case. As the case progressed, we started to realize his defense strategy, its was simply brilliant. At first, I was a little hesitant to engage a lawyer without a face-to-face meeting, but he definitely have proved me wrong. He never over promised but was clear on the direction and kept us informed on possible courses of actions. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." 9 months ago, I reached out to Joseph at J.S. Fritzon Law to see if he would be able to help me litigate a case between an abusive employer and myself. I'll admit that I felt a little reluctant to let Randy handle my case. He's very young and I was concerned that a lack of experience would hurt me. I needed a lawyer that could make sure the ethics issues related to my bar admission wouldn't stand in my way. And I thought Randy might not be the person to handle it.
All of my concerns were unfounded. Randy was the perfect lawyer for me. I have no complaints whatsoever and have nothing but good things to say. I gave a 5 star review, so obviously, he handled the legal aspects appropriately. But more than that, Randy recognized that being a lawyer requires something that doctors would call "bedside manner." Each case may just be a case to a lawyer, but to the client, it's their life. And he made it seem like my case was as important to him as it was to me.
I can look back now and admit that there were times I behaved unreasonably or irrationally. This case was a big deal to me, and it elicited big emotions. Randy did an incredible job of making me feel like my response wasn't absurd, while also directing me toward behavior that was more helpful to my situation.
I'm a lawyer now, in part, due to Randy Tesser's efforts. And I can tell you that it's rare that a lawyer is so capable of commiserating with his client, while also pushing them appropriately, while also excelling at the law. I highly recommend him.

I am one of thousands of out-of-state attorneys licensed in New York State who had their license unknowingly suspended en masse by a court order years ago after leaving the state and no longer filing bi-annual registrations. In my case, the NY license was not required in my new state of practice, where I also had obtained a license by passing that state’s bar exam., so my suspension persisted unbeknownst to me.
