Our son, an E3 stationed at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, was falsely accused of an Article 120, sexual assault, in a worst-case scenario; charges were brought early in 2024, shortly after the military’s new process of prosecution began, coupled with a huge shuffle in his chain-of-command that created a lack of interest/understanding in the case by his leadership.
Without the expertise and guidance of Jordan’s team, our son would have fallen through the cracks and been separated from the Army. Because of the no-bull, aggressive and thorough approach from Jordan and his team, no charges were pressed and our son was retained and is completing his military career in honorable standing.
Our family highly recommends Jordan UCMJ Law and feel the results would have been far less favorable without him.

As a military service member with almost 18 yrs. I was accused of a serious UCMJ military offense. This tigger a separation board, I than retain Attorney Joseph Jordan and the Military Trail Defense. Through their unwavering hard work and dedication to my case, I was found not guilty by a three board panel and was retained to continue my service in the Army. I am also tremendously grateful for his team. Mrs Patti and Tasha who was always was a phone call away during the process. PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I reached out to King because he had good reviews. He literally was the first & only lawyer I reached out to (also the 1st one that popped up..lol) thank GOD! We payed him a consult Fee due to how far he had to travel but ended up not needing to hire him because the case was dismissed. What I will say is that he was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my txt and calls. Although he did not represent us I trust and believe that he would have been the BEST choice.

Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. He came highly recommended by a friend who also trusted and was let down by the system, but Jeff proved she was NOT guilty at a Court Martial. Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

Very poor customer service and coordination I was threatened by Rupa Ramp that if we didn’t agree to meet at a location I wanted to pick which is close to my work in certain minutes time frame to respond that they won’t meet or change location although we had enough time to coordinate, zero coordinating or meeting half way!!

I was facing a Board of Inquiry for violations of UCMJ articles 89, 123, and 133. My 27 years of Marine Corps service and my retirement and veteran benefits were all at risk. I was falsely accused of egregious professional misconduct under the Army’s SHARP program. Due to the notoriety of SHARP in the current command climate of the Armed Forces, that false allegation resulted in me facing not only an other-than-honorable involuntary termination of my military service but also irreparable and irrevocable harm to my professional career. The opprobrium of being labeled a “predator” presumed guilty of false sexual misconduct and the subsequent isolation stemming from the Army’s stance of ‘guilt by accusation’ in matters pertaining to SHARP showed my family and me a new level of hellish fear as we felt the weight of the Department of Defense smothering our integrity, honor, and livelihood. I was referred to Colby Vokey by a trusted friend, and that referral changed our lives. Mr. Vokey told my story; the truthful story. I was misidentified as a physician who lost a state license from another state. Since I was reported as the revoked licensed physician, I was questioned by my state board and had trouble finding employment due to the National Practitioner Databank report. I tried to correct this problem myself and got nowhere. A friend suggested Antonio Cobos, JD and things started moving real fast. Within a month of his letter to the reporting agencies, I received a corrected NPDB report with sincere apologies for their mistake. I was being sued by a insurance company. Daniel Ray took the time to explain all my options and the associated cost of each option. He explained what he thought would be my best option and why. He was able to answer all my questions immediately.

Call is picked up by somebody that is making sure I know that he doesn’t want to be answering the phone (weird they would apply for such a position) and I state that I have a military related legal matter. The guy on the phone instantly responds by telling me that they don’t do military law. Contrary to the Google search, all the reviews, the entire website, and all of their social media presence… they apparently DO NOT DO MILITARY LAW. Mind you, I was never asked to explain my case or what sort of outcome I was looking to reach. Just begrudgingly answered the phone and told me, with no knowledge of my intentions, that they don’t do the only thing they advertise. Fantastic. Updating to address his response. They can’t take my case that I have never described to them because they want to play around with the semantics of my choice of words. My (a person with no law background) words that I used when reaching out for assistance with… law. They recommended small claims court on the phone but small claims court caps at $7,000 rather than a half million. Anyways. This guy really said “21 a day? Let’s pump those numbers.”
