I was sitting in the courtroom waiting for my son to be given legal counsel for his case. This was a new experience for me and a new experience to Houston, Texas law. I had not heard good things about it. As I watched and listened to the Judge go through his court case docket I made it a point to just pay attention and take account of everyone and everything that was going on. When my son was finally called by his court appointed lawyer to step outside I immediately knew I had to find someone else. I quickly remembered one attorney in the courtroom who showed so much compassion and strength in defending her clients and I immediately had to ask her if she would defend my son. I had a recent criminal and family law matter which Mr. Parker handled very well for me. My ex had made up a bunch of lies about my treatment of our son, and Mr. Parker exposed him for the liar he is. Both cases were dismissed, and I credit Mr. Parker for it all. I don't understand how a client of Jeff Parker could not know what was going on. Mr. Parker gives all of his clients access to his MyCase client portal. I always know what is going on with my case, including calendar dates, documents, and there is instant communication with Mr. Parker and his wife and his staff directly in the program. If you don't know what is going on with your case, then Jeff Parker is obviously not your attorney.

There are only two things that you need to know about John: His representation is aggressive, and his relationship with his clients is personal.
We asked John to look at our case when our son suffered a catastrophic injury. We already had an attorney, but we came to John because our case was complex and we needed an attorney who would fight hard for us. When John took over, the case changed immediately; John was relentless, and the attorney for the other side could not keep up. After only a few months with John on the case, the insurance company caved in, and gave us the full limit of the insurance policy. Our previous attorney told us that our case was only worth a certain amount. John more than doubled that figure and obtained a 7-figure result.

James Parker is the main individual responsible for my victory in my small claims case. Although he advised me to represent myself based on the amount I was seeking, he devoted time to preparing me to do so knowing he had nothing to gain in return. I was a nervous wreck and was having difficulty sleeping due to the stress of trying to navigate the intricacies of my case, school, and work. James reduced my anxiety by encouraging me to pursue my case although the defendant had obtained a lawyer, directing me to the correct legal codes to make my case, and helping me understand what was expected of me as a pro se litigant. I went into the courtroom equipped with the knowledge he shared with me and was able to participate in jury selection, make my opening statements, testify, successfully object to a question, cross examine, and close. James did not stop there. He took the initiative to follow up on my case and gave me a call to congratulate me on my victory. You may think that any lawyer could have helped me do all of this, but I’m a firm believer in the notion that you can judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him. For that reason, I wouldn’t want just any lawyer to help me I would want to work with James.

I am here to tell you that I was in a dire situation in which I was going to loose my contact on a newly build duplex because of a piss poor communication between lender and the builder. When I say loose my contract, I mean with in hours the builder was sending me a cancel contract order. My real estate agent was no help at all and I need an advocate straight away to assist me. I was referred to Mr. Parker and was lucky to get him on the phone the first call.
I told him my situation and he patiently and graciously gave me solution immediately; over the phone. Yes, you read that correctly, over the phone. Thanks to him I was able to save my home and let out a huge sigh of relief.

Mr. Jewell was extremely helpful during a security clearance adjudication and subsequent appeal. A medical provider in the Air Force had rendered a harsh evaluation, and Mr. Jewell helped build, review, and submit responses to the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DOD CAF). Although my clearance was revoked, Mr. Jewell continued working and engaging through the appeal process. He provided timely and accurate information on both the clearance adjudication and appeal processes. Developing a plan for a second medical evaluation and separate medical opinion, Mr. Jewell helped my case be successfully appealed and my security clearance reinstated. He was always responsive when called or emailed, even through roughly 20 months of the clearance adjudication and appeal process. Although military members can self-represent in the process, Mr. Jewell backing my response submissions gave me great peace of mind, especially when it felt that I was being outcast by the entire base medical community. I also felt that my leadership took my case more seriously when notified that I had hired an attorney. I would never want anyone to go through the same experience, but I sincerely appreciate all the help, effort, and support from Mr. Jewell over such an extended time frame. It was very comforting and uplifting to know at least one person truly believed my side of events, and he was willing and capable to prove the facts.

Having occasion to work with a few different attorneys of various specialties in the past, I must say that I have only been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the promise and performance of one attorney, and that is BROOKE A. BAUMAN. I would not hesitate to hire Brooke again, and would refer her to any family member or friend needing her expertise and poise in their time of need. Should I ever have any questions or concerns regarding the law, I know that I can contact Brooke for friendly, timely, competent and professional advisement.
Although I do not personally have a need for a Spanish-speaking attorney, I know that Brooke is fluent in Spanish and I trust that she is equally capable of taking care of my Spanish-speaking family and friends, with the same superior level of competency, expertise and poise that Brooke has shown me since 2006. I am a COTA and new to the state of Texas, so when the licensing board contacted me with a complaint of fraud, I didn't know who to call. I went online and literally "picked one." I lucked out! I was consulted to Mr. D'Souza by a dear friend and an RN as well. Once retained, this Esquire (An Attorney at Law) and often my personal counselor when I lost it; on many occasion, which I fear, you will as well while going through your ordeal. I was quite "unnerved" with several entities. The persons who made extreme erroneous, blatant, fabricated, seditious, and simply ridiculous allegations regarding my nursing acumen. My nursing acumen are second to none! Near darn flawless! I mean, that’s how male RNs need to roll, especially when encompassed by the female persuasion and knowing this is their world, but not anymore. Men perform great in the discipline of nursing; I’m a witness to that attestation; there are those who can’t and refuse to handle it. That’s ok; because of my Attorney Andre’.
Andre’ not only prevailed this case against the TX BON, but during the lengthy process, in many instances where I wished to pertest my innocence towards the very entities that were against me… he restored me, helped me calm down, and doubly reassured me. I my case I was arrested for possession of cocaine under 1 g and a misdemeanor Xanax charge. So I was looking at a felony and a misdemeanor. I have had a previous felony in another state which we all thought was going to be a factor in the final outcome. Channing being quick to move was able to get the misdemeanor dropped and the felony was dropped down to a misdemeanor. The reason that this was a great outcome was because I did have a previous felony. Whether you have the disease of addiction that has you caught up or you just got in trouble I would recommend Channing Neary. I believe that she takes every case is very personal and I believe she is very competitive. If I don't see fire in a lawyer I damn sure won't hire. She is straight up and I'll tell you how it is and extremely polite and kind at the same time. But when she gets in that courtroom then it's showtime because she knows your life depends upon it!

Showed up for pretrail hearing on a speeding ticket & driving with suspended license. My attorney (Kenneth Price) was a no show & judge was sending unrepresented defendants home for a future court date. Since I live almost 5 hrs away and work a lot this was unacceptable. I decided to go outside the box and attempt to hire one of the attorneys in court rep. other clients, judge agreed and I found Mr. Wainwright who agreed to help, not only did he have my speeding ticket deferred but he also had my driving while license suspended thrown out. I split up with my husband and had no income coming in. I applied for foodstamps and was working odd jobs. I reconciled with my husband a year later and got off aid. I never received a letter that the food stamp office wanted money back. 2 years later I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and thrown in jail for days. i was terrified. Never having been in trouble I called a friend who had had similar problems on a warrant they knew nothing about. Joe Flores was on the job in one hour. We had bail and after 3 weeks of hard negotiations resolved the matter before trial. Restitution was made and I do not have a felony on my record which is what I was facing with prison time. If you need a lawyer who knows what is doing and that has a great reputation and is a powerful force on your side you need to call Joe. He will pick up the phone and text you back day or night. He has a legal staff led by Ms. Palacios who are superb and very caring. I hear so many bad things about lawyers on TV and the radio and in newspapers, but Joe Flores is not only an awesome lawyer, but he also is very very caring. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time due to a friend's bad choice. We were taken in but my side of the story was not being heard. Joe took this case on and was in constant contact with my family to let them know that I was ok and keep them calm. Had I actually met Ted Smith prior to meeting Shana Einhorn, I would not have gone forward with Ted Smith Law Group. Mr. Smith came across very cold and not personable. Shana understood what a difficult time emotionally a divorce can be and did an amazing job at remaining professional but yet caring. I really like that she had my best interest at heart and would tell me when I was being unrealistic in what I was asking for. I trusted her to handle my case and do what was best for all parties involved. She showed up to court hearings on time and remained very professional even when the other parties attorney did not. Brian represented my daughter in an unfortunate felony case. What most impressed me about Brian was his compassion and knowledge. From the first conversation I could tell he really cared about my daughter's case. At the same time he was very realistic and informed me and my daughter of all the options. My daughter's case was eventually dropped to a misdemeanor for which she is serving probation only.
He also assisted her with anothe problem that she was having with an old relationship. He was under no obligation to do this but I think he did it truly because he cares about his clients.
