I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. Mrs. Bunn is an excellent Attorney. She was the difference between me going to prison for over 28 years in my court martial case for several crimes I did not commit. Mrs. Bunn is a Pitt-bull in the court room; she knew UCMJ laws better than the entire Fort Bliss Prosecuting team! Mrs. Bunn never sugar coated anything. She is 100% honest and tells you everything to your face. She always replied within couple of minutes during any question I had, and my trial took a little over 2 years! Mrs. Bunn pricing was very reasonable comparing to the competition in the El Paso area. If you value your freedom and your career, you will hire Mrs. Bunn. She is the first step to your solution! I came to Sherry for some issues i had in the military, she worked with my budget and worked morning, noon, and night to get all of my questions answered no matter how big or small they were. She explained things to me like i was an adult and was very reasonable with her fees. it felt more like a donation than a charge. She drafted all of the documents for me and made us feel at ease, without the illusion that everything was just going to go away and solve it's self. Realistic expectations were set and she really delivered. Sherry, we love you and think about you all of the time. She was the difference between panic attacks and possible negative sentencing, and me being able to walk away with my sanity, and my freedom.

I was recommended to Ms. Bunn by a friend. I was so impressed with her Military Experience in the court room as a soldier, but more recently as a civil lawyer. I would call her immediately if you are facing potential military action. I would certainly want her in my corner, don't wait another day. Her retainer fee is very reasonable, a lot less than you are probably thinking.

A friend told me about Mr.Lee and the awesome job he had done for him. I hold a CDL and was ticketed for 10 miles over speed limit 75 in a 65 in a commercial vehicle...not good. I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer". Well, I will tell you that he is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful man. He didn't call or email me unless he had information that he felt he needed to share with me quickly to keep my costs down. He was always honest with me, even when it was brutal, and he kept me calm. I am not always the easiest person to work with. Now I want to tell you about Rose. Rose is Mr. Olsen's paralegal. She is the first voice you hear when you call the office and she is a breath of fresh air. Now, if someone saying "bless your heart" to you offends you, be ready to be offended. But she does it in such a loving way. After my divorce, on the same day, she called to check on me. I will probably continue to call the office just to say hello to Rose.

After being recommended to me by a friend, I hired Gabriella for my case. From the first meeting, I felt like I had a great connection with her and that she was well versed in the area I was arrested for. She encouraged me to meet with other attorneys as well to make sure I got a group of perspectives before deciding (which I respected). After choosing her she was fantastic about letting me decide how much communication we had, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop about the entire process. She'd remind of all things I needed to attend, what to expect, and realistic timeframes for when things would happen.
In the end, I was extremely pleased with the outcome she achieved in my case. Obviously I would have preferred not getting myself in this situation, but am extremely thankful I went with Gabi as both the process and the outcome went as well as they could have.

Gabi is an excellent attorney. She had my best interests in mind and was always up front and honest with me during the various ups and downs during my case.

Dr. Swate showed he genuinely cares and wants to help. Having practiced medicine, he has knowledge about the medical system that few other lawyers possess. He used this unique trait to help me with a medical licensing question I had. I called his office and he called back right away and set up an appointment the next morning. I was being sued by a insurance company. Daniel Ray took the time to explain all my options and the associated cost of each option. He explained what he thought would be my best option and why. He was able to answer all my questions immediately.

Mr. Rodney Montes, Attorney is an expert at the rule of law of the Texas Board Of Nursing and the Texas Medical Board. The Texas Board Of Nursing (BON) served me with allegations such as "sleeping, medication errors, and assault" while on duty. I hired Mr. Montes to respond to the Board Of Nursing allegations. I am 17 and received a citation for 60 IN A 30 IN SOUTHLAKE! Mr. Graham was able to keep it off my record with only $300 paid to the court (the ticket cost was $250 anyways and it would have gone on my record). Did I mention he did so in less than 24 hours!
