I hired Mr. Arslan to be my attorney and for his presence for my interview for Asylum at uscis. I have to say he definitely knows what he is doing. He was very helpful from the beginning. And even after the interview he was in touch with me regarding how the case could go in either directions and what he could offer as an attorney for his services. I was referred to Arslan by a family friend, and it was honestly the best choice my husband and I made. My husband and I met Bernardo for the first time toward the end of 2011 and hired him in early 2012 to represent us in adjusting my husband's status to permanent resident. Prior to meeting Bernardo we interviewed a handful of attorneys, each of whom made us feel judged and as if our case was hopeless. Bernardo was honest and realistic about our situation yet did not treat us with scorn regarding the circumstances that brought us to this point in our lives.
Our case required a waiver of grounds of inadmissability for my husband which unfortunately was denied. We then filed an appeal and received notice in August of 2014 that our appeal was sustained. In December of 2014 we were notified that our case was approved and my husband recieved his green card in the mail before month's end.
Throughout the near 3 years of working with Bernardo on our case he guided us thoroughly and competently through the process of collecting extensive documentation, responded to all requests in a timely manner, and provided us with the information and resources we needed along the way. He also dealt with what was at times a very emotional and frustrating process for us with respect, patience, and professionalism.
Since this was such a lengthy process with much time spent waiting to hear from the USCIS on next steps, we occasionally became anxious and reached out to Bernardo to inquire about the status of our case. Though he was always prompt in responding to our inquiries and thoroughly answered all of our questions, some of our anxiety and resulting inquiries may have been prevented by Bernardo prompting a check in with us after long periods of silence even if just to reassure us that our case is still in process, what he expects general next steps and estimated timelines to be, and any action he will take if those timelines elapse (i.e. making a status inquiry with the USCIS).
However, this suggestion for how Bernardo can further improve his already outstanding service is small in the scheme of things. He is truly an expert in his field and a great attorney. We would recommend him to anyone seeking councel for immigration matters regardless how complicated their situation.

We hired Bernardo to facilitate a change of status with immigration services. Great experience working with Bernardo and his staff. He was very responsive and knowledgable of the immigration process. He did an excellent job of preparing us for the interview, and ensuring we brought the numerous required documents and how to deal with the questions they ask was particularly helpful. His representation expedited the entire process from end to end. Unfortunately, dealing with immigration can be a cumbersome and difficult process but Bernardo helped make it as simple and streamlined as possible. Price was fair considering the hours required.

Ryan is a fierce advocate. We fired our previous attorney who boasted he had "over 30 years experience in workers compensation cases". At the first bump, our previous attorney rolled over, and basically quit on us. We turned to Liana after my husband and I were denied our case due to the non-receipt of the documents we sent. We went through ten circles of hell before finally finding Lianna. All the lawyers said it was better to open the case from scratch, pay an exorbitant amount of fees, and wait again. Others said that the fees would still have to be paid again to get the case reviewed. And others refused to take on the case due to its complexity and ambiguity. Lianna, however, clearly explained all the steps we would take, and told us that it was not our mistake and we should not pay any fees again. As a result, our case was reopened for review. Ten days later, we received approval for our case! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Liana! She truly saved our case and helped us immensely when we had almost lost hope. I highly recommend her!

I've been in the US since I was about 2. My parents applied and became residents along with my brothers and sisters. I've had a green card ever since, never really thought about it or ever considered becoming a citizen. Sure enough, a couple years back I got into a fight, I pleaded to a charge which basically got me transfered to ICE when completing my sentence. My family went to David and hired him. I found that with the conviction I plead to, I would be a mandatory detainee without an option to stay in the country. End result was that they went to the criminal court fixed it so I could apply for an application called 42a which the judge granted. I was released from custody and no more courts. After I was releaser from immigration, we went back to the criminal court and have been doing some classes and caltrans which I believe will help me lower my criminal charge. This experience really sucked but it was a wake up call. I'm blessed to have had this second opportunity at life here in the US with my family, thanks to David. I'm hoping to become a citizen in a year and a half when I am eligible. I am very grateful to my attorney for being there for me and not taking advantage of my family.

Professional, empathetic, and a relentless advocate, Naomi took hold of my case and rid my life of an extremely detrimental problem.
It's cliché but true: sometimes the mistakes of the past come back to haunt us. And after making a stupid mistake when I was 19 and being arrested, pleading no contest, completing my sentence, having my record expunged by the court, and staying out of trouble for 20 years, my record resurfaced. So much for expungement.
A friend recommended I see Naomi. She listened intently, asked insightful and pertinent questions, and learned all she could from me. She tracked my 20-year-old case down (no small feat I'm told) and then came back with even more information from the court so she knew every inch of my dilemma.

I was in a car accident that was not my fault and hurt my neck and back. I called a few places to see if I could get a consultation but they seemed not interested when I told them about the property damage estimates. I found David in a magazine advertisement and called his office, and actually got to talk with him and he said he would take my case and that property damage does not always equal bodily injury. He handled everything with the insurance and sent me to a chiropractor to get treatment which really helped with the pain. For my settlement he got all my medical bills paid, my car fixed, and some extra for future medical expenses that was more than I expected. I definitely would go back to David if I got in another accident but hopefully I’ll never need his services again.

after spending 2 years and $25,000 I ran out of money . Had to hire a lawyer as I was being dragged to court again for ridiculous charges . I hired attorney Cyrus prior to another forced court hearing having nothing to do with a settlement . He connected with the opposing parties associate attorney and cut a settlement before court but X refused . We went to court and the Judge knew immediately Atty Cyrus was well educated and his goal was getting a settlement and not wasting the courts time . The judge set mediation and in 30 days we were in mediation . The mediator was impressed with his knowledge and skills . He prepared me telling me we had to possibly do more then what we offer . 3 hours later and 60 days from the time I hired him we had a settle agreement signed with no spousal support and reasonable terms . I have more the 30 years experience in business and have to say he is one of the best tell me like it is lawyer I have met . He will not paint a ridiculous picture of how you can win or ask for any of the forensic accounting ,specialist business ,appraisers etc the $390 /hr lawyers will tell you have to have .
