Mrs. Pachuta represented me in 2015 for a heafty possession charge in Fairfax County in August 2015. After speaking with other lawyers who spoke about going to trial and some jail time or probation. My friend and I were recently in a car wreck wherein my handicapped equipped van was destroyed, my wheelchair was crushed and glass was strewed everywhere. I suffered bruises and contusions and my friend, broken ribs. We were hit by an underinsured, drunk motorist. Ms. Margolies negotiated the hospital bills, therapy and replacement value on my wheelchair. To my great surprise, I was awarded compensation to replace my chair and additional compensation for pain and suffering - well above my expectations. My partner and I have been in a committed Gay relationship for over 39 years. We were actively involved in the LGBTQ Rights movement while living in Miami Florida. Upon moving to Tarpon Springs Florida we were subjected to anti-Gay discrimination in an over 55 condominium community culminating with an order for us to remove our Rainbow Flag. I am fortunate to work with Ms. Minear regarding a confusion in my J1 waiver application. My J1 waiver application was a bit complicated. The employer's attorney made it more complicated and that forced me to consult other attorney's including Ms. Minear. Every other attorney gave me the answer but they couldn't provide any reference for the answer. Ms. Minear is the only one provided me the exact reference and that made the application easy. She didn't charge me any fee even after repeatedly asking her. She answered all email in time and guided me through the situation. I am feeling bad as i couldn’t pay her and decided to write this review. This is my first online review about anything. She is one of the best personality and immigration attorney i ever worked with. I Strongly believe world must know about personality like her and should feel the difference.

I am happy with the services provided by SIL. The 2 things that stood out for me were: a: The experience and expertise of Emily Sumner. She helped answer all my questions, and chart the course for the change of status, along with exploring the different possible scenarios. The initial consultation with Emily was very helpful to understand the process and timelines. b: The efficiency and speed of the SIL team. Hi, I met with Emily Sumner from Sumner Immigration back in 2019 for a consultation regarding a National Interest Waiver application (NIW/I-485) and I immediately decided to hire her. I got my application approved in 2022 (the delay was due to the Covid pandemic). Hello everyone, I wanna share with you my second experience with Drake Immigration. USCIS did mistake on my resident permit..... it’s long story but Drake did everything to get this fix and pretty much no charge!!!! We came in Drake office back in 12/2016 with really bad situation in my case. My I-130 was approve but same time I was on deportation with a supervision. My lawyer was from Chicago IL was keep asking for money but was no progress at all!!! Me and my wife decide to hire Drake. He ask for down payment so he can start work on my case. 6 month later I got my first work authorization and 1/2020 i become a resident of United States !!!! My NIW was approved in just 3 months without PP. This is all due to the excellent work of Attorney Yang. I have consulted several lawyers before, but most of them refused to take my case because I basically have no academic achievements. But Attorney Yang took my case and completed it so well. My employer hired Min for the process of my H1B visa, and I added my wife’s H4 visa into the process. He has been very attentive from the beginning, explaining all the details of the process including the success rate of similar cases. He has been responsive all the time and to all our questions throughout the whole process, helping us prepare necessary documents. Both my employer and I are satisfied with his ways of handling the process as well as the result. I personally had a family emergency during the process, and he has supported me not only as an attorney but also as a friend. I appreciate his thoughts and prayers. Yup! You made a great choice. Some may think that he explains the process too long with too much detail -- I could have fallen asleep at the time. :) However, you will see how those explanations will become helpful once the process starts, and you will not regret hiring him as your attorney and becoming his friend.

Elizabeth and her team were able to drive my mother-in-law through Green Card approval process to completion. The process hit some unfortunate turns when she received incorrect documentation from other countries (Hungary) that was not accepted by US processing center without explanation. We have spend months and months in attempts to find out the reason and move the case from the dead point, including involving senator request to US visa processing center officials. During this time, Elizabeth and her team (Sofia Solonari) were constantly in support. They were tried their best researching similar cases and providing their best advises based on their inner knowledge of the processing system and procedures. Without their guidance we would be lost in the confusing world of hundreds document, forms, and procedures.
