My employer hired Min for the process of my H1B visa, and I added my wife’s H4 visa into the process. He has been very attentive from the beginning, explaining all the details of the process including the success rate of similar cases. He has been responsive all the time and to all our questions throughout the whole process, helping us prepare necessary documents. Both my employer and I are satisfied with his ways of handling the process as well as the result.
I personally had a family emergency during the process, and he has supported me not only as an attorney but also as a friend. I appreciate his thoughts and prayers.
Yup! You made a great choice. Some may think that he explains the process too long with too much detail -- I could have fallen asleep at the time. :) However, you will see how those explanations will become helpful once the process starts, and you will not regret hiring him as your attorney and becoming his friend.

My husband and I hired Min for a marriage-based green card.
He was attentive, knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. He completed our paperwork in a timely manner and prepared us for the interview process thoroughly. During this long journey, Min was patient, responsive to emails/phone calls and kept us in the loop at all times.

Unbelievable experience. I called this firm and was transferred to speak to a paralegal lady, thanks a bunch! She listened to my concern, made her own assumptions without consulting an attorney, then proceeded to tell me 'she' wasn't comfortable with the call and told me to basically take a hike and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. Partners should be made aware that you have an extremely rude and unprofessional paralegal working in your company that will continue to damage your reputation.

From the moment my partner (now spouse) and I met Rebecca, we knew we had found a competent immigration lawyer with a wonderful and warm personality who would help me get H1B status.
We met the first time in her cozy office close to King Street in Alexandria; she greeted us with a warm smile and listened carefully to what we had to say. By then, I had been dealing with US immigration policies for more than five years (during which I got B2 and F1 status), and I felt like an immigration "know-it-all." Rebecca listened for more than hour and a half, never reacted to my moments of snarky presentation, and after I finished she immediately came up with several suggestions on how to proceed with the case. She showed patience, genuine interest, and knowledge. Also, not for a moment did we feel judged for being a same-sex couple. She made us feel completely comfortable. At that first meeting, we knew we could trust her, and we wanted her to handle the process.
Over the next couple of months, we got to know Rebecca even better. Rebecca Nicole Eichler is the best of the best. She is very trustworthy and her fees are very reasonable. The first time I came in contact with Rebecca was when she managed my ex-wife's immigration applications, from a work permit, to a green card all the way to citizenship. Then she worked her magic when my mother wanted to stop having to apply every ten years for the renewal of a green card and had her go quickly through the citizenship process. A recent ex-girlfriend also benefited from Rebecca's tutelage. In all I have had enough dealings with Rebecca to tell you the following. We were so nervous at court yesterday because all of the attorneys were getting chewed out by the judge (like all of them) either for being unprepared with documents, unprepared with remedies for their clients, or just saying silly things. Even one attorney threw their client under the bus and told the judge that their client was not communicating with them (and that client got chewed out) so we were soooo nervous. But as soon as Jaime got on the phone with the judge the whole ambience in the courtroom changed (you could tell the judge had a lot of respect for her) everything went great and at the end of the call the judge told us that we had a GREAT attorney (The judge had not said that to any of the other clients for the other attorneys) and that made us feel so happy and confident. I just wanted to give a shout out to Jaime and Ruth for their awesome work and all the ladies at Poarch Law. Love you guys! ❤

Mrs Natalie Driver Womack is an amazing and dedicated lawyer. From the first day in April '15 when we filled our petition, she has been excellent by providing my husband and I with the correct information on what is required for us to be granted the visa.
It did not matter what time of the day it was, when we needed help or had questions with something she was always available and ready to assist.

I got into a little fender bender on the commute to work and the officer that showed up at the scene was more than happy to issue me a ticket. Alan Escobar proved to be the right man for the job. My wife and I hired Hudaidah to help my wife file an I-601 waiver on the ground of inadmissibility. On March 2020 had an interview with U.S. Consulate Montreal and during the interview she was found inadmissible to enter US. she was eligible to file a waiver. We were referred to Hudaidah by a friend, and in all honesty, this was the best referral we got. Hudaidah knows her work. After explaining her our situation she right off the back what she needed from us to file the waiver. She gave us a check list and worked on writing a legal briefing. Even during the peak of Covid-19 when people were working from home, Hudaidah was quick in responding to emails and messages.
Once the waiver and the briefing was drafted, she sent us a draft to review and just by reading the draft, we felt comfortable that we made a good decision for hiring her as our immigration attorney. She was very detailed and precise. She connected and collected many evidence that would support the argument of obtaining the I-601 waiver. I can totally appreciate the time she has spent on the creating and drafting the waiver packet. It was so much in detail that it took only 2 months for the waiver to get approved, which normally takes 8 months. Just getting the waiver approved in 2 months one could only imagine how great of the work she had done.

When we first walked into the offices of the firm for which Ms. Antle is an attorney, we thought we were two weeks away from closing the doors to our company. Debt was beyond overdue, we couldn't make the required minimum payments to vendors, and our financial institution had recently called our notes. Hope for a successful future in our family business was gone with no apparent alternatives in sight.
After a several hour consultation with Ms. Antle and her colleague, our thoughts changed dramatically. We began to see options rather than demands. Our vendors were suddenly willing to work with us. Many of our most crucial vendors began to set up plans that were agreed upon at mutually advantageous rates. Finally, a thorough and well orchestrated plan was constructed as to how we would navigate through a Chapter XI reorganization.
After almost two years of working together, our plan for reorganization was approved. The year that we were in a protected status was the most profitable we have had to date. We are taking in new orders from companies that we have never worked with before and are able to fund jobs with the creative ideas shared with us by their firm.
This is all due to the assistance, hard work, and dedication that Ms. Antle and Joseph Liberatore put forth to ensure a successful outcome to our case. Countless hours were spent in negotiations prior to filing as well as during the reorg status. They worked out interest rates that were far lower than anything we could have accomplished as well as developed terms that would allow us to continue our success post bankruptcy.
In addition to working with the creditors, vendors and financial institutions, Ms. Antle did a fabulous job managing us. Many deadlines exist in these types of cases and she was always there to help us meet those time constraints. She helped us through the litany of paperwork, filings, and related activities.
To summarize, the work that Ms. Antle did for us was and continues to be immeasurable. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Ms. Antle and her firm to anyone in need of this type of legal work. As I wrote this review, an event, though seemingly small, was absolutely gigantic into the mindset we took through this long and arduous process. Our initial meeting took place on a Thursday afternoon. That Friday, Ms. Antle and Mr. Liberatore took time out of their schedule to call me on my cell phone long after business hours to see how I was holding up. Their compassion and caring for us as people, not clients or customers, was something that I took through the past two years. You would be hard pressed in this day and age to find that level of service anywhere else. For that, I am extremely grateful and am highly encouraged about the future of our thriving company that was once almost dead.

Alan Dobson did a great job for my ESL student. She arrived in the US in May, 2013, at age 23 to join her mother, based on a request as a child of an asylee that originated in 2004, when she was 15. It took so long to get to the US because her government would not let her leave the country.
When she applied for permanent residence status (the green card), the USCIS said that because of her age, she would have to granted asylum on her own. That is when Alan Dobson was hired.
He knew exactly what needed to be done, that is, to request asylum, Nunc Pro Tunc. Mr Dobson filed for asylum for my student, represented her at the hearing and helped her refile the request for the green card, all for one very reasonable fixed fee. She was granted asylum and received her green card.
Unfortunately for my student, this process took several years, first because of a mistake at the USCIS office in Texas and then the huge backlog of cases in immigration court. Through all this time, Mr. Dobson maintained contact with my student, helped her renew her work permit several times (at no additional charge) and was always professional, courteous and upbeat when she was most discouraged.
She could not have had a better attorney or a better person handling her case.
