I was really happy with the service provided by Daniel and Ayal. They always made themselves availablr to answer my questions without making me feel like a bother. Only putting 4 stars instead of 5 because Maria, the receptionist, was kind of rude. But I just spoke with Daniel for the first time since my wedding, and when I told him about my experience with Maria, he explained that she was only at the firm for a week until him and Ayal picked up on her less than friendly attitude and let her go. Very much respect that they saw the issue so quickly and fixed it.

My Mother was a passenger on a motorcycle when it was hit by an SUV and she suffered major injuries. CHP determined the motorcycle was at fault so we did not have any expectations that any money would be paid out from insurance and weren’t even confident that the McClellan Law Firm would take our case. Our initial consultation was with Barbara who gathered information about the accident and injuries. She was very personable, empathic, explained the process in detail and in vocabulary we could understand. The following day we received a call from the attorney (Craig) letting us know his Team was taking the case and very confidently told us that he would be able to negotiate a settlement with all the parties involved.
Our main contact during this process was Barbara and she kept us updated with the progress of the case. Every email or phone call we made was promptly answered or returned. Aside from providing basic information, photos, and medical bills, the firm did the all the leg work to track down the parties involved, accident reports, etc. Very minimal effort from our end. Conor and Craig were able to negotiate the medical liens substantially and our case was settled in just 3 weeks (it took more than 8 months for CHP to complete the accident report). They had my email , his email, my number , his number , including our home address and we’d call for updates and they’d always say everything is going great if they needed anything they’d call us. After a year they dropped our case for “no communication”. And then told us they had the wrong number on file. Now we’re struggling to fight a car accident case because of how long it has been.

Patricia is top notch. I knew from the first conversation over the phone with her I had the right lawyer. She was the only one who would take my case after calling many others. I’m under 40 and had injuries where other lawyers wrote me off and said I had no chance but Patricia believed in my case and treated me with respect. I was denied after my initial application, retained Patricia, and won at the first hearing after the reconsideration denial. It took about 1 yr and 2 months after the reconsideration to have my hearing. On that day I felt good and prepared thanks to Patricia. I witnessed her fight for me in the hearing. And during it all I had to do was be honest. When I think about Patricia McCabe and her staff, I get so lost for words. I just can’t find enough words to express the tremendous gratitude & respect I have for her and her staff. My SSDI claim was denied 2 or 3 times and I truly wanted to give up. I decided to hire Ms. McCabe and she worked on my case and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went through a very long probate process due to a lot of complications dealing with assets and family conflicts. We wound up having to hire separate lawyers. I decided to hire RMO law firm and Stephanie K. Delaney was my Lawyer. She worked very hard and was a big help getting me through a lot of the problems dealing with assets and family issues. She remained calm helping me get through this long drawn out process. She was easy to get a hold of and was always available when things got out of control. Toward the end, there were a lot of documents to sign that were hard to understand but Stephanie helped me when I had questions. When closing probate there was a couple delays but Stephanie was able to straighten things out with the lawyer for the other family member and we were finally able to close probate. I thank Stephanie for all her help. She was pleasant to work with and I’m so happy to have her as my lawyer.
