Todd handled my auto accident case in 2004. He is one of the best and most thorough lawyers I have ever known. His knowledge of the fine points of negotiation, combined with his excellent experience gained in over a decade spent in some of the most well known and sucessful firms in Palm Beach County, served him well. He gives personal attention to all his clients. He is also very caring and compassionate.
As a former paralegal, I have had experience working with many lawyers in personal injury. However when you are the accident victim, everything is different. Todd settled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and have done so to many of my friends and acquaintances.

Mr. Rugh represented us against someone who claimed they were injured in our parking lot. From the beginning he spent time answering my questions and explaining the process (my first time being sued in 15 years!). He did a fantastic job and ultimately the guy who sued me (and his attorney) dismissed the case for $100, when they had originally demanded $1 million! I highly recommend him.

Finally an honest lawyer. Mr. Rugh defended me in a lawsuit where a man claimed he was seriously injured. The lawsuit caused anxiety for my wife and I and Mr. Rugh calmed our fears and spent a lot of time explaining what was happening. He gave us all the time we wanted and was masterful in getting the case against us dismissed. I can't recommend he and his staff any higher. They have completely changed our opinion of lawyers and showed us there are some outstanding and honest lawyers out there.

When I filed a homeowner’s insurance claim, the insurance company accepted responsibility. It also invoked its right to repair so that the insurer could hire its own contractors whom I didn’t know. That’s when the problems really began. After four months of delays the insurance company’s engineer finally provided the report and plans necessary for a permit. After more delays, the insurance company agreed to just pay a lump sum to settle the claim since it had done such a poor job of handling it. Before paying they demanded that I sign a release. I was uncomfortable so I asked Marc Ben Ezra of Florida Professional Law Group to review the release.
Marc immediately told me there were numerous problems with the release and advised me not to sign. He also asked me to send him the insurance company’s estimate of the claim. He instantly noted numerous items that the estimate either omitted or significantly underestimated. Marc vigorously and professionally explained the problems to the insurer and contested the estimate. His work exceeded all of my expectations.
Marc’s work nearly quadrupled the payout of the claim. He also dealt honestly with the insurance company. In one instance, he overestimated the cost of baseboard. When he realized the error, he immediately informed the insurance company. The insurance company knew he was tough and credible and that his firm would be able to fight them in court if I was not treated fairly. I highly recommend Marc Ben Ezra and Florida Professional Law Group if you need help with an insurance claim. His honest, professional nature will surely make you glad that you did.

I'm an attorney in Northwest Florida and I hired Dot Sims to handle an expert witness (a psychiatrist) because he was related to a good friend of mine. Dot was amazing and by the time she was done, the defendant withdrew this expert from testifying at trial. A more evident example of her skills is hard to imagine. I highly recommend Dot Sims not only as your attorney, but as co-counsel for your attorney.

As a public adjuster, it's important to me that I work with attorneys who meet certain criteria: they must be knowledgable, actively work the claim, be a skilled negotiator, and communicate well and regularly with the client. They also must have enough experience in their area of law to be able to set reasonable expectations for the client. Mr. Cathey did an excellent job with my case. I was having a hard time dealing with the insurance company and getting nowhere for monthes. I was about to settle for what they offered me, but a family member referred me to Mr. Cathey. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won. He was forced to pay us all the services rendered. Kevin and his team did an amazing job of presenting the case. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He's honest, hard working, and trustworthy. About a year ago I contact Ms. Poursine about a car accident that happen when I was on vacation.
I explain to her my situation how the accident was not my fault but the person who literally run in to my car try to blame me and have me pay them 10000 for medical expenses.
No one in the area wanted to take my case
But after I call this boss lady she said Jhon I can take your case
How much do you have and I'll take it
I did not have a lot of money to be honest but she take my case
She help me
She save me
And she was able to give me some of the money that I originally pay her and she made it go away withing 2 month.

I obtained this attorney via a law firm here in Ft. Lauderdale FL, in 2011. My case was a civil case in which I was being sued (By a doctor), along with several other officers, who worked with a different agency. Nevertheless, upon taking my case, Ms Poursine met with me for about an hour, took all the information and immediately went to work. What really drew me to her, was the fact that she listens, and she listens without prejudgements, or drawing any conclusions.
