John Wesley is a great lawyer. He is very honest and knowledgeable of the cases that he represents. I was in a terrible car accident in which I got injured not just physically but emotionally. I wanted to know details of what really happened and he showed me compassion and kept me informed of the case. Always answered my calls or questions that I may had about the case. Mike Koulianos was a great help in a stressful situation. He never made me feel like I had to give him a call for an update of where he was with the case. Mike would always consistently check in with me and reached out to me and it was genuine, checking on me if i was ok from the accident and how I was feeling physically. I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Russell! I was involved in a car accident involving a fatality. I was taken to the hospital with back injuries and was out of work for several weeks. I hired Mr. Russell almost immediately after the crash on the advise of a friend who had hired him years prior. Lawrence and Rose Ben, as well as their paralegal, provided me with an excellent and exceptional level of care.They were always available to me by phone, and treated me with kindness! They quickly got me to physicians to treat my injuries. They always discussed my experience while undergoing these procedures. A real quality that seems to be lost in this day and age for people. Mr. Ben and his staff took the time to explain to me what may or may not happen in my son's case. Never once did they "tell me what I wanted to hear" they were honest and clear and never made any promises. They actually took the time to call on numerous occasions to see how he was doing and to make sure he was feeling better as time went by. My personal injury case was handled with Mike Cecere a trial lawyer with 20 years experience. His ability was what I had hoped for..
There are a very small percent of trial lawyers to achieve being board certified that was impressive.
He took depositions from employees and witness .
With the witness the sworn statement was not enough ..he then went and traveled to another state to take the deposition.
He told me he finds them and travels when they have moved and
had made contact in this case to get an employer to allow use of a room at end of the work day.
Very impressive guy .. he took time to always call back or email in trial when he wouid be in the office to talk. The office was always available to meet . The office staff is excellent.
In a few words found his experience showed , was in good hands and he was to handling the case himself , the insurance co. knew he was a personal injury attorney that went to court ..that was also great.
Mike works great with a case.

When Atty. Matthew Collett was referred to me to handle my case, the first thing I did was reviewed his profiles against the other attorney profiles that I had in my list. I was impressed with all that he had successfully accomplished and I said to myself "hmmm...this guy would fit in the case". I went to David's law firm to speak with his partner first, and his partner referred me to David. We hit it off immediately; he listens well, makes no assumptions until he has heard everything and takes notes so his questions are succinct and to the point.
My issue was with a rogue HOA president who just wanted to make certain homeowners lives miserable. David was prompt and thorough in all of his correspondence to the opposing attorney and made sure he followed up with me weekly, even if there was no movement. I really appreciated the fact that he let me proof all of the letters to the opposing attorney, and took my edits/additions to heart.
David was able to not only bring closure to the matter with the opposing attorney but made sure all of the false claims brought against me (with fines attached) were wiped clean from my HOA ledger so I was once again a homeowner in good standing.
I was grateful for David's work and would hire him again if needed.

I've worked with a number of lawyers in the past, many of whom I've felt were counting hours or simply too busy to work with me in a meaningful way. In other circumstances, they were not knowledgeable enough on the topics I had issues on, and I didn't feel comfortable with them.

Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!
I referred my brother to them and they are doing the same great work on his case! I would definitely trust them to protect my best interests in the future!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started. I have worked with Mr. Rose on several items. He successfully assisted me and my company with an eviction, a mediation problem, and a several other general business matters. I am the owner of a real estate holding company and a property management firm. It is good to know I can count on someone in the legal field that is responsive, professional, and effective to help navigate through today's difficult economic environment. Steven Rudin in a knowledgeable and diligent attorney. I was the victim of an automobile accident in Tacoma, Washington. Mr Rudin became my attorney in S. Fl and he was able to secure co-counsel for us in Tacoma., Washington. There were 4 passengers, which included myself, in the vehicle. We experienced varying degrees of injury rangin from broken ankle to a broken wrist.

I am so grateful to Rachel Alters and her staff for helping me with my uncle's claim! She was amazing. This was a very difficult case, because my uncle was mentally disabled. He had failed to immediately make a claim, because he was too disabled to even do the simplest of tasks. As soon as I found out about my uncle's disability policy, I called several attorneys. They were hesitant to work with my uncle, because of the extensive work involved with backdating his claim. I then called Dell and Schaefer and it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. They patched me through to Rachel Alters and the rest is history.
She worked diligently to backdate my uncle's claim and to secure his rights to future disability payments. We still have a long road ahead of us with regards to my uncle's disability, but I am so grateful to her for securing his right to disability payments. We will be able to use this money to make sure that he gets the health care that he needs.

I came to Dell and Schaefer after an attorney firm in Maryland decided in August they could not win my case and dropped me, with my appeal for Long Term Disability due in mid October. I contacted Dell and Schaefer in a panic from an ad I found on the Internet, I got a call very quickly, we talked about my case and at that time I was informed that Rachel Alters would be handling my case, I got a phone call from Rachel, she made me feel at ease right away, and asked me to send all my medical information I had to the firm. Rachel explained to me it normally takes 4-6 months to do an appeal, but Rachel assured me she would do her very best to win with the limited time we had remaining to submit an appeal. Rachel worked very hard, we had many very long phone calls and emails, even though I have never met Rachel face to face I feel she is part of the family. I got a call from Rachel the beginning of December letting me know we won the case and that Aetna would be reinstating my benefits back to April when they had stopped benefits. I had just came home from Johns Hopkins Hospital from back surgery, and it was Christmas time, what a special feeling that phone call bought. There is nothing more I could ask for.
