I ended up having everything covered for any treatments, bills, medications, and vehicle replacement after having this firm handle my case and what's more is they recovered my lost wages as well as pain and suffering from having things dragged out by the at fault driver changing their story and the insurance giving me the run around on top of all of the struggle of my injuries and everything that came with them. I am still in pain to this day, still going through treatments for the back injury I received and had to go through rehab for but I have no financial stress which is a huge relief thanks to the team here!

Recently we had some unfortunate luck with water damage in our home. This would be the first claim I have ever made as a homeowner for over 12 years. I thought it should be a simple process; obvious water damage, we did what was needed to stop it, and file a claim. Boy was I wrong. I am so glad I was introduced to Justin prior and that I called him when dealing with this ordeal. Turns out the insurance company has been nothing great to deal with and I would never have been able to do it alone. The insurance co. tried to even have my wife sign papers that would deny the claim. If Justin wasn't there at the time she would have signed away since the representative from the insurance company told her she must sign. You have rights as a policyholder and I would recommend to never go through a large claim process without the help of an attorney. An adjuster is one thing but what happens when it goes to court(as ours has)? Justin has been there for my family throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend him.

I would like to thank the members of the new BVF Law Firm for the exceptional handling of a recent law suit filed against me. The plaintiff in the case filed a complex shareholder's derivative lawsuit most of which was totally false, however, due to the defendants being my company and my personal position as the past president of a condo association, the case required extensive understanding of both business and condominium law. BVF had the expertise to immediately get in the middle of this case for me and dealt with the plaintiff in a manner that one would not expect from a new firm. My case was headed by Jason Vishio as lead attorney and supported by Brett Fisher. The combination of that team managed to put together an excellent response to the plaintiff's claims, but also a counterclaim against the plaintiff which set the opposing attorney back on his heels. The Plaintiff's attorney immediately knew he was in competition with a very knowledgeable and professional law firm. During my 35 year of business dealing with multiple lawsuits in the million dollar range, I have never experienced the professional handling of a relatively smaller case on the basis that the combined team at BVF fielded in my defense. Their response to the case was solid and could not have been better and the professional level of the counterclaim could not have been more complete. So the ultimate settlement in my favor, while it took a while due to normal court delays, was very positive for me. I would and have already recommended the BVF Law firm to anyone looking for a highly-talented and professional young law firm in SW Florida. The partners are very aggressive and will deliver 150% effort in representing their client in the court system. This up and coming firm will set a new high to other firms in SW Florida to match and increase the professional level to match large city top flight law firms. This firm is top notch and far different from most SW Florida Law firms.

I recently posted a question immediately after a ruling on my temporary time share plan. I was angry and frustrated with the results and wanted answers right away. I just got a response from Mr. Davis and whew, it brought me to tears but good tears. While waiting for feedback I did some research on why the non custodial parent was awarded some time share being that he was an uninvolved parent. In my findings I discovered that the judge did what was in the best interest of child. I actually got more out of the ruling than he did. She’s giving dad the opportunity to bond with our child on a trial basis. It makes sense. And Mr. Davis responded he provided that same answer, very raw and blunt but what I needed to read. I can appreciate his honesty with no filter answer. He seems seasoned and well versed in the law. He would be a great choice if one needed a lawyer. Thank you Mr. Davis and many blessings your way!

For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. Brad Stewart has been my attorney for the past 10 years in a long and exhausting case that was finally settled for over 1 million dollars after my insurance company refused to pay the policy limits of 100,000 and I had to sue them for bad faith. Mr. Gorewitz represented us in a diminished value case for an automobile accident we were involved in. He did an excellent job and we were successful in recovering from the other insurance company for our loss. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Gorewitz was always available to answer questions we had and did a great job keeping us informed on all aspects of our case. At our court date, Mr. Gorewitz did an outstanding job presenting the case, interviewing our expert witness to establish his credibility and methodology, and exposing major holes in the insurance company's expert witness testimony. After dealing with another attorney for my case and ending up getting the raw end of the deal, I met with Mr. Gorewitz personally who reviewed my case, he found that I still had a case to pursue, immediately went after the person who caused my accident and the insurance company and was able to get the full benefits I was entitled to. Never a problem talking directly to the lawyer whenever I asked. Mr. Valentine is an excelent lawyer and really knows what he is doing. He charges a reasonable price compared to other lawyers that tried to rip me off. I had warrants for traffic tickets and owed about $800 in tickets and he got it all removed for me. I also had some other charges which he helped me clear up without doing a lot of jail time like most lawyers were telling me. I really liked how he told me exactly what was going to happen instead of "I do not really iknow its up to the judge." which is what other lawyers would say. I highly reccomend him to anyone.
