Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. We did and it was the best move we could have made. Mr. Miller gained 10's of thousands in settlement for us, and we are now restoring our home properly. Thank you Gary, for restoring our hope.

Mr. Harris was always very informative, quick to respond, and caring. English is not my first language, but he made all the legal jargon easy to understand and really walked me step by step through the entire legal process. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed!
But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! Thank you so much Jeffrey for making a difference in my family's life and mine. I am forever grateful. I hope I don't need you anytime soon, but if I did, you will be my first call! Thanks again.

I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company was non-responsive.
I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with Mr. Alvarez's performance, found him extremely personable and knowledgeable and recommend him highly!

It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.!
We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him!
But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with. The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
