Henry Rubinstein has been in my life for over 36 years. He has been my Doctor when needed as I was in a very bad way from a injury and I would travel from my home in Northbrook, Illinois to Kendall Florida to be treated with dignaty and a great deal of comfort when I suffered a serious Lumbo Sacral Injury and could not get proper care in my home city. I was recommended to Dr. Henry when I vacationed in Miami and had such relief that I would make several trips back to see Dr. Henry for relief. At the present time I am enjoying to see his success helping a number of Physicians who are in difficulty in there practices. This is encouraging for me to see this wonderful man with the knowledge he has been practicing.

After being in a auto accident I was not too sure what the next steps were to take, so I was recommended to go speak to Naji, he made everything so much easier for me. Mickey Smith and the entire team at LLL & S did a fantastic job for our family. So often you hear the horror stories of how lawyers can take a bad situation and make it worse by not paying attention to details, not communicating well (or at all) with the client, missing deadlines etc... In our case, they communicated extremely well and were just great to work with. Mason agreed to take on my Divorce case very late in the process; 2 weeks until my mediation and I was in need of a new attorney. He came highly recommended to me and one call to his very knowledgeable and polite assistant got me the yes I needed. After an initial introductory zoom call and quick review of my situation I knew I had hired the right attorney. He was able to assess my needs and review with me multiple options. If I had questions relating to proposals he was available by email and zoom whenever needed. Mediation went far better than I expected given his great advice and my confidence in our ability to work things through. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. We did and it was the best move we could have made. Mr. Miller gained 10's of thousands in settlement for us, and we are now restoring our home properly. Thank you Gary, for restoring our hope.

My case isn't resolved yet, but I feel I can rate Mr. Steve Jessup based on his performance as my attorney thus far. He is an intelligent, competent attorney in the area of disability and benefits laws. I like that he's honest and aggressive in managing my case. When Mr Jessup got involved in my case against Lincoln, things turned around dramatically! The former attorney had accomplished nothing in well over a year. Mr. Harris was always very informative, quick to respond, and caring. English is not my first language, but he made all the legal jargon easy to understand and really walked me step by step through the entire legal process. Andrew is a true saint. He was the most understanding and compassionate person I have met in a long time. Completely professional and wholly dedicated to helping people. I was not expecting the level of personal attention and dedication he presented in my case. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better guy. I got so lucky to have him on my case. With all the speedbumps and setbacks my case had, I was surprised at the level of professionalism and skill he was able put into my case. The guy is brilliant and very very savvy with Florida law. I could go on for days about how much I like this guy and what an awesome lawyer he is but I think you get the idea. Jeffs has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Not long ago I was hit by a driver that was texting and she ran a red light and collided with me leaving me with a severely broken arm. Jeff took it to task to help me. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed! But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company was non-responsive. I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with Mr. Alvarez's performance, found him extremely personable and knowledgeable and recommend him highly!

People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

Michael Leader and Anita were not only amazing, they were kind. I can't say enough good things about them. It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.! We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him! But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with.
