I was referred to David through a friend. Although he was unable to take my case, he gave me the time to go through the whole situation and explained why it was not right for him. He told me what I should be looking for and he referred me to another medical mal practice attorney who was also unable to take my case. David was wonderful to speak with and knows his stuff. He guided me to look for certain attributes in law firms and that was very helpful. Last Friday I got an email from an attorney’s office asking if I would be willing to speak with them. They got my name and overview of my case from David. Once he referred me back in July, I didn’t think I would be on his radar as he is very busy, talks with lots of people daily along with everything else he does as the founding member of his firm. I thought he did all he could do, but I was wrong. I signed with them yesterday. If it weren’t for David, I would still be looking for an attorney. David-you are my hero. Although I haven't hired Mr. Stein, he has helped me with legal questions on Avvo. If I lived in south Florida, he would definately be my choice for representation. I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. Mr. Lesser was referred to me by a family friend who is also an attorney. Mr. Lesser saw me immediately, and his Associate Attorney Alicia Zweig met with me as well. Not only did Mr. Lesser call me often to check on my progress of getting well often, they made sure I got the medical care I needed. They constantly kept me in the loop, giving me details on their progress. I mostly spoke with an attorney. As a former paralegal of 20 years, I know that communications go through the attorney's paralegals. Every time I called the office I spoke with someone who had answers for me. I did speak with paralegal Christina, who was not only amazing and pleasant to speak with, but very knowledgeable of my case. I felt like family there. I never felt like a burden, which is so important. Finally, I received my settlement, after Gary and Alicia aggressively pursued the best settlement possible. I was informed how they would call the adjuster daily, sometimes several times a day. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this firm. After my wife was hit by a pickup truck while walking across the street, we were a bit overwhelmed. We were trying to find good medical care, juggling the myriad of confusing medical bills, and dealing with an uncommunicative, pushy insurance company. It was a nightmare. Fortunately a friend recommended Gary Lesser.
Gary and his firm were lifesavers. His first concern was my wife’s recovery, and he referred us to very capable medical professionals. He never rushed us into anything, insisting that my wife’s recovery come first.
He told us to forward all her medical bills to him, relieving us of a very stressful part of this situation. It was an immense relief to both of us. Gary dealt with the insurance company, the medical bills, and kept us informed of everything, clearly answering all our questions.

I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Daniel has represented both my wife and I in a car accident as well as a home insurance claim where our insurance company originally denied our claim where a water pipe bursted in our home! He went above and beyond in terms of keeping us updated about what was going on as well as making sure we were completely compensated for the losses we occurred as a result of the incidents. EVERYONE at this office are cream of the crop! I had the best experience with Matt Pardy. After a car accident I was in horrible pain and soon after I lost both my parents I was a mess. Matt was so kind and went above and beyond to get me amazing treatment for my injuries and he really was my savior. He was there through the loss of my mother and was so patient and kind. He sat through tear filled calles assuring me everything will be ok and I cant thank him enough for that!!! I felt like I was priority One! We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Working in the legal field, I have worked with dozens of attorneys in the past. Mark is by far the most honest, responsive, and considerate attorney I've met.

I haven’t much cases but this one in Florida was 6 years in the making. I had a warrant for these past 6 years and many people said they couldn’t get the warrant off, or I had to surrender, well.. she got it off. With a reasonable plea deal. She is top notch and knows her stuff. O would recommend to anyone with a case in Florida, or if she’s willing, out of state. Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.

Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

I recently posted a question immediately after a ruling on my temporary time share plan. I was angry and frustrated with the results and wanted answers right away. I just got a response from Mr. Davis and whew, it brought me to tears but good tears. While waiting for feedback I did some research on why the non custodial parent was awarded some time share being that he was an uninvolved parent. In my findings I discovered that the judge did what was in the best interest of child. I actually got more out of the ruling than he did. She’s giving dad the opportunity to bond with our child on a trial basis. It makes sense. And Mr. Davis responded he provided that same answer, very raw and blunt but what I needed to read. I can appreciate his honesty with no filter answer. He seems seasoned and well versed in the law. He would be a great choice if one needed a lawyer. Thank you Mr. Davis and many blessings your way!
