James was very helpful in counseling me before we ever started at no charge he helped me to understand that once we undertook these proceedings that I would have to be willing to follow through. After being married for 14 1/2 years and having two teenage boys divorce is extremely complicated. I met with three attorneys, Ross Meltzer being the third. We got started by just talking for about 20 minutes and I appreciated his relaxed warm style. I was hesitant as he is young but I read some reviews which interested me, and sure enough I am thankful I did find and choose him.
He helped me navigate a very tricky situation and in the end I could not be more happy with the judgment ordered. I thought I knew what I was doing in handling it my self and quite frankly did not want to fork over a few thousand dollars to hire a lawyer. What I paid Ross is literally a small fraction of what I would have lost had I not had his insight. His fees are very reasonable and I never felt "on the clock". The amount he asked for up front was more than I expected, but he did not ever ask me for a dime more, nor did I ever feel that he favored getting paid over helping me and my children have the best outcome.
The future of my and my children lives is so much better off thanks to his insights, and expertise. I have completely regained the ability to take care of and raise my children in a safe, happy, and healthy environment.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Meltzer to provide you with exceptional services in the matters of divorce, custody, child support and alimony/ spousal support. I respect him, his knowledge and his work! Thank you again Ross!

Ross is an extremely good lawyer. His fees are reasonable and he knows what he is doing. He took care of a custody case that had been started by another attorney but the other attorney botched it up big time. I live out of state and Ross excelled at both keeping me informed as to what was going on and was always available to answer my questions, even after hours. He was 100% honest with me and was a complete professional. I highly recommend him and will use him again should the need arise.

After contacting this law firm several times, I decided to go in for a consultation. Klarich, kept asking about the $250 Consultation Fee, multiple times and it was really annoying. Finally the day comes to consult at his office in Tustin, CA. The first thing he ask, guess what, yep the consultation fee. $250, this guy must not get a lot of action, because of the constant request of the $250. Now in all fairness he may have looked up the case info in regards to the History of Retained Attorneys and like all dishonest attorneys do, the lie. So previous attorneys would promise certain things and if they do not deliver then they are not getting paid. Like the 1st Attorney of Record was given $28,000 but requested $80,000 on Amended Charges and then this attorney had purposely colluded with the District Attorney and then we had fired him, then the next time in front of a Judge, he files a motion to withdraw and the Judge said, I do not think so, it was solely up to us to keep the attorney but who wants a sellout, so we let the attorney withdraw and he refunded $5000 for us to obtain another attorney. My stock portfolio reflects an earning of $250 every 20 minutes of an 8 hour day. This guy Klarich gets all stoked of $250, that shows me where his mindset is. He is researching and possibly even calling previous attorney's and checking the record so he considers this being protective but the truth is, that is all this guy thinks about, money, if he would have spent more time focused on the issues at hand we may have moved forward with this firm, besides it was the partner's son who I was more interested in and they give us this guy who is a total know it all but truthfully does not know much about the appellant process, yeah maybe general stuff but even I know that, but everything he said in reference to our questions was nothing new that we didn't already know. Also, since attorney's may look at the History of Cases, it would be only fair to look up the attorney's record or how many successful appeals an attorney may have and after the consultation, I did just that and for the amount of confidence he had shown does not reflect much in his success in the appellant courts realm but then again, not even the best of attorney's have any type of a successful record, but that is the nature of the beast in the appellant world.

So Happy that I made the decision to contact Wallin & Klarich to help me in dealing with my past legal issues. Over the past decade I have worked hard to change and have been successful in doing so. But there has always been that cloud hanging over my head. You cant run from your past-but Mr. Klarich sat down with me and my wife personally and explained how the system worked. I am immensely grateful for the incredible work Laina did on my case. What started as a phone call to report a serious road rage incident turned into a nightmare, with the Napa police filing multiple felony charges over a defensive statement I made during the call. This situation should have never escalated the way it did. The police took my frustration—expressed after dealing with constant harassment from officers—and attempted to give me two strikes for it.
The road rage incident itself was frightening: a person got out of their vehicle during a fit of road rage and began approaching me aggressively, forcing me to drive away for my safety. During the call to dispatch, I vented about how the police had been harassing me. Though I regret my choice of words, the context of provocation should have been obvious.
After months of zero progress with a public defender who didn’t seem to know what he was doing, my family hired Laina. She came into the case late—near the end of my 14 months—but her expertise turned things around. Laina genuinely sympathizes with people of color and is acutely aware of the unjust nature of the legal system. She effectively navigated the complexities of my case, addressing the incompetence that had been present in my defense. Laina saw through the prosecution's exaggerated narrative and successfully reduced my multiple felony charges to just one (Penal Code 71 for threatening an officer). After I completed my mandatory supervision, she helped me get that charge expunged, clearing my record, which is now just as it was before all this happened. This was my first and only charge, and Laina's work allowed me to remove this unfair burden.
Since my release, I have completed my degree in biology from San Francisco State University, maintained a healthy lifestyle with daily exercise and a plant-based diet, and continued to receive counseling and support from professionals who highly recommend me. While I believe the harassment I faced from Napa officers should have been more effectively addressed by the justice system, I’m grateful for the justice I received with Laina’s help. Her expertise gave me a second chance to live my life freely without the impediment of a felony.

I was initially put off by the consultation, but upon further reflection of my situation involving child custody and visitation, I realize Mr. McHugh was honest and straight to the point, not wasting time on frivolous talk. Vanji was unfortunately a court appointed attorney that was appointed to represent my child by the kern county juvenile dependency court , However her behavior acted as if she was the attorney for my child’s temporary care takers , as she objected to crucial evidence being brought forward regarding the safety and care being provided by the caretakers . Such as my child’s social worker and the care takers lying via text to me regarding my child’s medical diagnosis that I had evidence from the urgent care that stated both the social worker and care taker were being untruthful, instead she accused me of taking the focus off of my bad behavior and looking for blame in other people. When I legitimately had medical concerns regarding my child while in the care of the care takers that they were being untruthful about and the only reason I was able to find out the truth was going to the urgent care myself and obtaining the medical records note . When I did that vanji requested the judge to terminate my medical and educational rights out of retaliation. She clearly does not have my child’s best interests in mind or else she wound have die someothing regarding this concern rather then covering up a lie that not only a professional county worker made but also the care taker whom my child’s safety and care is under . O and I forgot to mention that she gave me the most intimidating look while I was in court testifying. Very unprofessional and seems a little personal to me as to why she would be upset with a mother who is only advocating for her child and self .

When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! And he did exactly as he said! After that initial meeting in his board room I never heard from the courts, police or anyone ever again. There are no words? This guy has strong medicine.

We hired his firm for a simple defense and Rodney was assigned. He did absolutely nothing for us for a year and a half. We finally ended up switching to a public defender and we got what we were asking for all along, in one court date. Don’t waste your money on this guy who will drag your case out forever, just to get more money from you.

Not only was Mr.Nosratabadi very professional he was also very knowledgeable with all the legal ramifications associated with my case. I helped my boss and boss's wife get through a criminal charge against her. I didn't know where to turn to, but when I searched for an attorney in Fullerton, Attorney Erika Becker showed up and several others. I contacted all of them, and she was the first to return my call within a day and realized she has a many years of law experience. When I met her, she explained details about what can happen to what she can do for us. Although, what she advised us wasn't the best outcome that we were hoping for, when the final outcome came out, she made it even better than what we had hoped for. There was a misdemeanor charge, 2 years of probation, 1 year of schooling...the charge was downgraded to infraction, no probation and no schooling! How awesome is that! We were excited and so glad that we hired her to represent us. My world was turned upside down, after a silly mistake at the age of 23 landed me straight in Santa Ana County Jail facing up to 6 years. I was falsely accused of domestic violence. My girlfriend admitted that she had lied but the police still would not drop the charges. Mr. Honse was very calm and reassuring. He kept saying the District Attorney would not take the case seriously unless I was willing to go to trial and fight. What set Will apart initially, was that he was the only attorney that responded to me virtually immediately after I submitted a contact form. He listened to me and didn’t judge my behavior nor actions. After becoming familiar with what
transpired, he developed a plan – a reasonable plan based on the circumstances and evidence. As the
process unfolded, at each decision point, he described the possible outcomes and then recommended that he believed was the best course of action - but always allowed me to make the final decision on
which way (when and how) to go. He was never patronizing and was careful to never over-promise. He always answered my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I never felt that he was “aloof,” avoiding me, too busy or difficult to reach. I never felt that he “didn’t care.” While I went through multiple emotional stages (anger, frustration, confusion, helplessness, impatience, uncertainty, etc.), he remained resolved that his plan would work. He never promised that his plan would be 100% successful, but he laid it out clearly and stuck to it. He knew most of the other players (judges, DAs and courtroom staff) and they knew him. Over time, he has become familiar with how specific judges decide on certain
issues. Some judges are more lenient in certain areas, while others are more strict. He combined this experiential knowledge with his patient and methodical manner to guide me to the best possible outcome. In the end, his plan worked – exactly how he said it would. He would probably be the first to
say that my case could have gone any number of other ways, but it was no accident that the plan he laid out came together just as we both had hoped.
Regarding money, it's hard to tell if Will's fees were appropriate or excessive, because I didn't have time to "shop around." Could I have "saved money" by hiring someone else? Maybe. But you never know if someone else will charge less upfront, but then nickel and dime you to death later on. Will had a fixed fee that I thought was pretty high, but looking back, his services (and his character) were worth every penny.
Will Bruzzo is a straight-shooter, does what he says, and is a man of his word. Tough to put a price tag on that.

Zachary Merliss does his job with pride and really works for his clients n gives them the chance to be home with there family and loved ones during these hard times. I my self did not have any hope of getting out for a very long time maybe years, Mr. Merliss came to see me n jail and advised me that we had court in few days n he was going to push for me to go home on ancle monitor. I cried on way back to my cell thinking there's no way I'm going to go home with the charges I am facing. And when we went to court that day n I was told by the judge I was going home with gps I was inshoke right after dinner they told me roll it up. Next day I was at home playing with my grandson .
