An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. My case was solved in the most impressive and fastest way I thought it would be. We were supposed to have court in January. When I hired Smith and Eulo they sent me Scott Messinger and Isabella Vicentelo. These two worked fast to get my fiance out of jail and not only that but they got the case dropped, in other words, no more court, all that in less than a month. There were 3 charges and all of them dropped! We could not believe! I never met my lawyers in person and I was never able to thank them enough. From the moment I spoke with Attorney James Davis, I instantly felt like I could trust this man and that we would be in good hands. I called early morning around 8:10am and he called me back within 30 mins informing me he would accept our case and be at the first appearance.
We were able to discuss all details openly and never felt judged or like we were less than due to the circumstances. He gave his cell phone number to us and made sure we understood he was available to us whenever we had questions.
Attorney Davis is very easy to work with and his office manager Anna is the same! I never had to wonder where we were stood in our case - they made calls frequently and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.
The results were worth every dollar spent on the retainer fee. I hope to never have to use his services again; but should we be in need, Attorney Davis and Anna will be my first call.

I was charged with battery and aggravated assault which is a felony. I was on the verge of losing everything, even my nursing license but Lance saved the day. Was able to prove my self defense and got all charges dropped. When I tell you that Lance showed up and showed out! I would recommend hiring Lance anytime to anyone.

When my daughter was arrested for DUI we asked everyone around who was the best DUI criminal defense attorney. Scott Moorey’s law firm was number one and they were right! Scott was upfront and honest about our chances and did not oversell himself. In the end we got a much better result than anyone expected, no DUI. If you have an amicable divorce go to a mediator or give a small retainer fee. This office has a NON-refundable refund for retainers. My case was during the holidays and after we signed everything the office went silent. I had to email to check status and then they would move the case. I wasn't even informed on when my divorce was finalized, I found it on public records. Although I am knowledgeable and know it was my mistake for not reading the terms, I hope this helps someone to ask about refundable retainer fees. My divorce billable hours were about 2,500. My retainer fee was 5,500 so the office made an easy $2,900.00. Hope this review helps someone in the future!

I ran into a situation in Pinellas county. Hired him the next day or so. Yeah, it cost some money. Very much worth it. He totally gave me a worry free representation. I first retained him to represent my boyfriend back in 2005. He did as he said he would. The 2nd time, was for a relative. He would not take my money or let me retain him. He was straight forward and told me an attorney was unnecessary. I was a bit nervous, but he was 100% accurate. The 3rd time, was for myself. He had the bogus charges dropped, as promised. The last time I hired him was for a friend just a few months ago. Once again, he did as promised. Randy is an amazing criminal attorney. Those of you that gave him 1 star, shame on you!
