I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. As a human, a great reputation is one thing we all can control. This was something Deon helped me keep, and for that, I will always refer him as a great criminal defense lawyer for life.
I was in a position of being falsely accused of theft, which could have resulted me in federal prison for several years. In the very beginning, I do recall the stress I encountered and I can for sure tell you that having Deon on your side made this entire experience very uplifting, and empowering.
While explaining my side of my story, his solutions were immediate (Gave me solutions during my explanation haha, that's how quick). Before we even finished our call, I already felt that everything was going to be resolved due to the confidence, energy, and reassurance I received from him. With the court system backed up due to COVID, the length of my case extended 6-7 months. To imagine my experience without Deon, I can very well predict that those 6-7 months would have been very stressful on my end.

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. He basically broke every single thing down for me. He answered every phone call and email as busy as he was to reassure me that everything would be alright. He guided me throughout the entire process. If there is ANY attorney that I could ever recommend to a person whom is facing a traffic violation of some sort, I would STRONGLY recommend this humble, kind, intelligent and wonderful man. He is trustworthy and honest. I hate to say it but not many attorneys truly conduct their business in this fashion. What struck me most was that it was not so much about the dollar for him. In early 2021, I made one of my best decisions ever in retaining Barbara Thornell Ginn's law firm to represent me in the adoption of my stepson, whose life I entered in 2015 and whom I had raised since he was 18 months old.
Barbara was assigned to my case at the time and guided my wife and I through all of our available options from day one. Mine was a very complicated case as there was pending litigation involving my wife, the child's mother, outside of Florida that had yet to be resolved.
Barbara was able to confer with our out-of-state lawyer who had been retained three years prior to represent my wife in that matter. She never missed a beat. She and our out-of-state lawyer colloborated and conferred regularly, developing a very effective approach in the best interests of the child.
One of the many issues in dispute involved jurisdiction over the child and the two, semi-conflicting cases. Ultimately, the two involved judges conferred and agreed with Barbara's approach.
After two years of due diligence, coordination, hard work, and extraordinary legal acumen by Barbara and her firm, I was awarded the adoption of MY son (who is now nine years old) in late February.
As mentioned, the hiring of Barbara was an excellent decision, and I could not be more pleased with her and her firm's representation throughout the entire process.

Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago.
