This was my first time ever getting a DUI, at 41 and with a CDL it was a BIG NO and a eye opener, but with the help of Sara Gheesling and her team from Lawson and Berry Attorneys at Law, my life and my situation definitely got handled, specially my DUI got reduced because I was instructed to do all my classes and community service ahead of time. This is and will be a once in a life time mistake for me and I’ve learned a lot from it, but the situation got handled in the most professional ways and I did not have to do much but follow simple instructions. My family hired Allison when my autistic teenage son was starting back to public school after being homeschooled for a couple of years. We were traumatized from the rigmarole of IEPs and I decided I wasn’t messing around anymore. We had to re-up with Allison one time, but we didn’t use all of the second installment, even though we had 3-4 lonnnngggg IEP meetings. After all of that, my son has a 1:1 para that is with him all day and he just finished his freshman year with 7 As and 1 B. I never dared to hope that this would be his reality, but it is! He’s so bouyed by this transformation that he’s telling me he wants to tackle reading (his greatest challenge) this summer so that he can take AP classes junior year. I hired Muneer to handle a double felony drug & weapons charge for my 23yr old son. Muneer told me exactly what he would be able to do prior to taking the case. Adam represented me after I crashed my motorcycle. I had a bunch of charges from failure to maintain lane to improper tag and no insurance. He got them all dropped, and although I wasn't drink they charged me with reckless driving. He also got that reduced to reckless driving, also the other charges dropped. He's a great person and attorney. If he say he can do it, believe him. He true to his word!!!

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pandora Palmer and her amazing team of professionals! My divorce was a long, drawn out, grueling two year process. When I first met with Pandora, she immediately showed compassion for me and my situation. She and her paralegal, Tiffany, got right on my case, being thorough in researching all aspects of it. When I first met Mr. Andrews it was pertaining to a moving violation citation I received. Throughout the consultation he explained what he could do to reduce the citation to a lesser expense. Once I hired him, he gave me very clear instructions on steps I needed to take to show the prosecutor that I took the citation seriously. By completing these actions he would be able to reduce the citation to just having to pay the fine and not getting any points on my license. Even though I took longer than I should have to complete these steps, Mr. Andrews continued the case two different times to allow me extra time to get it done. During this time, I moved to a city 250 miles away. Mr. Andrews worked with the prosecutor to see if anything could be done to help prevent me from having to make the long drive to appear in court. I was very pleased when Mr. Andrews contacted me to inform me that the citation had been reduced to a warning. What really impressed me is that even though he had to do some extra work to continue the case because I couldn't complete everything in the timeframe allowed. He stood by his original quote. He is very thorough, communicates clearly, and does what he says he will. I would recommend Mr. Andrews for any kind of traffic case. He will most definitely get the job done to your advantage.

I was recently divorced using another attorney in the area. I was in a 16 year marriage attached to the military. I was allotted a percentage of the retirement per the Final Agreement. When I attempted to start that process with DFAS, I was quickly notified that my Order was written incorrectly and needed to be modified and signed by a Judge. I wasn’t sure what to do so I reached out to Mr. Dejesus’ office. He was quick to respond and was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable in regards to how the modification was to be written and made the changes. He and his staff stayed in communications with me while waiting for the other parties to comply. I was on a time restraint to get the corrections per DFAS and even though that time had expired, to no fault of ours, Mr. Dejesus was reassuring that everything was an easy fix and they would honor the modification. He was right. Through his persistent follow ups with the other parties, I got my modification and was able to submit it with no problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dejesus. He is attentive to his clients and knows his job. You just have to trust him.

Lauren Taylor was great! She's professional and, using her years of experience, was realistic on how to handle certain issues we ran into along the way. She's not your typical lawyer, she actually listens, cares about you & your family and isn't trying to charge a lot of money.. for us to ultimately get nowhere. (Some lawyers are just looking to nickel & dime you to death, she didn't).

I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. Mr Wehunt was extremely helpful and very dependable. He truly helped me with my case and I had 2 felonies and really thought I was going spend more time jail and truly thought I would really be always assumed as a terrible criminal and he got me a great plea deal. I got less time with probation and the least amount in fines and so much more. he made me feel comfortable in court when I was nervous and really thought I was going have bad outcome but he worded everything so I was able to understand. all my questions was answered and explained in every way. These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job.
Gina not only provided patience, logical standpoints and understanding but she also treated me like a person and not just a case or an income. Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment.
Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. They allowed me to do as much leg work as I could to help with the case and Mrs Grady would use all resources available, including conferring with other attorneys at the firm, to ensure that everything was handled and accurately and proficiently as possible.

Carter is an outstanding and passionate attorney. I was arrested a couple years back on Halloween at a road block by State Patrol for a "DUI" after passing all the field sobriety tests. I was driving a friend home, but State Patrol arrested me anyway. I contacted Carter after I was bailed out. He quickly took my case, reviewed the evidence, police tapes, and was determined to prove I was truly innocent and should not have been arrested that night. My case was presented at the state level where they agreed I was not to be charged with a DUI due to the lack of evidence. Since the case was brought to the state court, Carter was able to arrange a plea bargain to reduce to reckless driving with no probation or nonsense alcohol and drug evaluation/classes.
Carter fought for my case and was able to make the best of the situation and prove me innocent. The case took multiple years to close, however, he kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect the entire time. He is patient and will answer any questions you have and fight for what you. I highly recommend Carter. He is very passionate about his job and is truly on the defendants side.

A few months ago I was arrested on several serious charges. After initially consulting with Carter, I decided he would be the best person to represent me based on his clear understanding of my situation, and his ability to explain what was happening in layman's terms. I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to legal processes, but Carter was very patient in explaining my options to me, and answered all of my questions completely - regardless of how silly or paranoid they were. He was attentive and professional through the entire process, which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring him. Ultimately, Carter was able to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement with the prosecutor, which was really the best possible outcome for my case. I hope I’ll never require this type of legal service again, but I would certainly rehire Carter if I did.
