Attorney Sara Adams-Siskey was Attorney in my contested divorce with minors. She was able to get me divorced in 4 months. She took on my case at last minute after I initiated the case myself. She showed up at court 3 days later after retaining her, and of course the first hearing was ruled in my favors. My case had several hiccup along the way but Sara swiftly get things sorted out. She made what seem complex, unfair and uncertain end timely and in my favor without going to court a second time. I owe her more than I can imagine. She gave my family a chance to start over and create a safe and healthy space to thrive. She didn't break the bank with her fees. I am so appreciative of her flexibility and sincerity. From my first conversation with Sara about my divorce, she explained each step of the process clearly in easy to understand terms. Each time I was asked for something, she would explain why she needed it, and what she was doing with that information. Sara also answered my questions and gave me great advise on how to handle any situation that came up during my divorce. Sara told me that she would make sure that I was not taken advantage of during my divorce, and she did exactly that. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Terrible money hungry. We had everything ready and they dragged it out 2.5 months. Even charged an extra $1,000 to send an email they forgot to send just because we called to tell them they forgot. Not sure how they live with themselves. Just posting to help someone else.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently had a frustrating experience with Vayman & Teitelbaum, P.C. Despite a very cordial introduction call, the consultation meeting with the attorney was repeatedly rescheduled and I was ultimately left hanging. The lack of communication, follow up, and professionalism was disappointing. While I understand that law firms can be busy, it is unacceptable to lead prospective clients on with hopes of representation then never giving him/her the chance to even get a consultation. It was suggested to me, by this firm via text, to seek representation elsewhere without any explanation other than "[they] have a lot going on." I know that some firms may shy away from clients who have legal plans that cover costs of legal fees as they probably do not make as much off of those cases; however, I would urge this firm to be more transparent about their hesitancy AND/OR remove themselves from the legal plan's list of attorneys to avoid having to disappoint people in already frustrating situations.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Leah Zammit is THE BEST attorney! I knew my divorce would be contentious, due to being married to a narcissist, so I needed a tough attorney who knew the law. My first attorney wasn't cut out for the job, but thank God, a friend recommended Ms. Zammit! She is a tough cookie who will not stop fighting for you! My case had a Guardian Ad Litem, Co-Parenting Coordinator, and everything in between...Ms. Zammit didn't miss a beat!! She is THOROUGH. She is RESPONSIVE. She is COMPASSIONATE. She is PATIENT. I could go on and on! My divorce is finally finalized...needless to say, we had a major victory! Ms. Zammit got me awarded things I didn't think were possible!! Retain her TODAY! I repeat do not hire this woman she’s a CROOK!!!! She will take your money and do absolutely nothing for your case. She is lazy all she’s worried about is payments. She done absolutely nothing for my son’s case all she did was gather evidence from the DA she has no clue of what she’s doing. She needs to be reported to the bar association. All she had to do was get a video and she couldn’t even do that. She will not have your back and gets an attitude when you call her or ask questions. I never hated someone more than I hate this lady she’s a con artist. Do not give her your money.

She took my payment immediately then drug her feet emery step of the way....I hired a new attorney after she was more concerned about police camera footage of another case during my mediation. New lawyer requested documents and she sent over I complete stuff to her as well. Worst $4200 you could ever My girlfriend is having same issues....stay away!!

First I must say that Kim is simply an amazing defense attorney. I scheduled a consultation for her to represent me with possible charges pending from a family member which was traumatic in itself. She's very tough. She's a fighter. And she will fight for you. As she has fought for me and continues to fight for me. The best advice I can give you is be completely honest with her. I have nothing but praise for Atty McLeod..she is the consummate professional. I truly believe that it was the grace of God that led me to her. At the recommendation of another attorney, I walked into her office approximately a year and three months ago not knowing what to expect. Attorney McLeod listened to me and fought to make sure received fair division of the property; yet, she gave me realistic expectations throughout the process. There were times when I shut down and was not communicating with Atty McLeod as regularly as needed but she never gave up on me. In the end, I received more that I expected or requested and I attribute this to Atty McLeod's advisement and stellar representation in court. I will always love and admire this lady because not only was she my lawyer, but she was also my confidant. I always felt that she believed me and that she genuinely cared about my well being. Thank God for bringing me through and directing me to attorney McCleod's office!

Run from this attorney, run. Yes it is fair to say our case didn't go the way we would have liked it to have gone. In fairness the reason we hired her was because of the great reviews received not only from an internet sources but also from other clients she represented in their cases. Our experience with Jennifer was a complete disaster. We have multiple children in this case, she couldn't remember if they were boys or girls, she rarely returned phone calls or emails even after following up multiple times for a responses, her paralegal was so rude at times on the phone to a point that we was scared to even call, there was times she didn't even remember what we had consulted with her on and then when we was at court she would say this is the first she was hearing of it and then when we reminded her we discussed this with her she would say she must have forgot, we would have to chase paper work and often we would learn we should have received it weeks prior, their was no prep prior to any court hearings we would show up at court and wing it from the hip, she showed up to court completely unprepared ever time. Please be carful....

Lee Fitzpatrick represented my son for a motion for new trial on a Aggravated assault. The witness recanted and also wrote a letter about her recanted and Fitzpatrick did not raise this issue along with alot more issues. This cause my son to not be able to raise these issues on appeal. I don't think he actually took time to read the briefs. We barely heard from him. I don't recommend his on criminal at all!!

Lee helped me out tremendously. I was facing jail time due to an unfortunate series of events. I was in a jurisdiction that is known for being brutal. Lee was able to get everything dropped. Perfect choice.

Lee Fitzpatrick is hands down the best there is. He not only returned my call the same day, but it was after normal business hours and he talked with me and answered all of my questions in a patient and understanding way. I had not even hired him yet, but yet he gave me advice for the next steps he thought we should take. After I hired him, I was even more impressed by his vast legal knowledge, his ability to clearly get his point across in the court room and get the job done while remaining calm and respectful. If I could give this company negative star I would. If you are considering using them DON'T!!!. Firstly they DON'T have FREE consultation they are liars. Zachary Moore was suppose to be my lawyers he never contacted me, never responded to my emails never did anything. When I ask back for the refund for the money I paid after five (5)months I am then told they are taking $150 for consultation out of the money I paid them. The SAME Consultation that is listed FREE online, very unethical company. Only thing this company should have done is apologize for not doing anything for me for over 5months. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!

Her understanding of family law provided me an attorney who listened, and explained all matters that would be forthcoming in my divorce case based on the outcome I had desired when we first met. Ms. Miller is well versed in the courtroom and continually reads cases and situations, keeping them at the ready when needed for your case. Ms. Miller successfully defended me in a very complex family law case that had all elements of a bad and difficult divorce with many accusations being presented to the court. Each accusation was dissected, questioned openly in the courts, and dismissed by the courts. If you are a woman, run the other way. My friend was cheated out of at least $200,000 because it was worded wrong in favor of her X. Once it’s done, it’s done. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went back to see him after and paid for the meeting to understand what happened. He left the meeting to research it for about 30 minutes. Came back and Said it needed more research and he would get back to her. NEVER called her and NEVER answered her calls. No letter, no nothing.

I highly do NOT recommend Katie Bates as an attorney. I hired her in my case and she legally misled me to believe something that wasn't true, I emailed her law firmed multiple times and got NO response, I called continuously after receiving a drawn up court order from her law firm that was wrong and got no type of communication. Then after the drawn up court order was used against me I decided to terminate her services. I requested my billable hours and she had in fact charged me for the calls that I made, the wrong drawn up court order, and even the FREE consultation. I didn't receive the drawn up court order for a little over 3 weeks after the court appearance. She says that I called multiple times but left no message (which is true). She had no rebuttal for the court order being drawn up super late or that it was wrong neither did she have a rebuttal for the multiple emails I sent that were ignored, but I was charged for them reviewing them. Bates Law Firm put me in a impossible situation and took no accountability after causing so much unnecessary confusion and drama. She made my case about her own personal situation. This Law Firm should not be trusted. Don't walk, RUN far away.

I retain this law firm for a contempt of court case they help me out. I had a few issues with the receptionist and not understanding a few things, but the lawyer did do something very unexpected that she surprised me. She seen me during another court case, and stepped in and helped me when she pretty much could’ve told me, good luck buddy for that I would use this company again if needed, but I would gather more information for my own understanding

Mrs. Sellers started as a wonderful guardian al litem in my custody battle. I paid her retainer fee as well as for 10 hours of her rate ahead of time. She quickly turns into a woman who clearly thinks very highly of herself and does not take accurate notes. I won custody of my daughter with very little help from her office. She takes notes, but for some reason her notes do not match what you tell her. She has a slow response time and only remembers what she chooses. Poor communication and a poor memory did not help my case's speed. Shed drug everything out and did not return the excess money I paid her. I would not recommend using her office.

Initially Melinda Johnson seemed nice enough, but after being a customer for almost two months I can say that she is the most inept attorney I've ever dealt with. Admittedly I don't have much experience with attorneys in Georgia, so maybe this is the way they operate here, but I've dealt with several in other states and the way she treats clients would be inexcusable anywhere else. I have proof of numerous unanswered text messages I've sent her, and I can't even count the times she told me that she would call me and has only done so one time. She was very communicative before receiving a deposit (go figure). I can't speak for anyone else at that office, but judging by my experience with Melinda, I would advise anyone to stay far away and spend your money someplace else. Forgot to mention another thing, the office doesn't even have a number you can reach a live person, despite having two old women working at the front desk (who are very nice by the way), which should be inexcusable for a (supposedly) reputable firm and a huge red flag in itself. I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring her, the amount of people unhappy with her is very alarming and makes you wonder how is this law group even able to acquire new clients at his point. I guess anyone who hires them must have skipped doing their research first, as have I.

Ms. Britt seems like a nice person . Unfortunately nice does not win you over in court. She represented me on a family law matter and had NO exhibits. None. No evidence was presented on my behalf and she relied solely on my testimony. She was also not knowledgeable family law , but some how worked at a family law firm. My case was not studied properly which led to her only knowing initial information about my case. I had to inform her about what had been going on during my case on my COURT DATE at the last minute. In the end , the Judge chewed her up and spit her out and we looked stupid and unprepared, which ultimately caused me to lose my case. It's not worth it.

My traffic infractions have been pretty straightforward over the years but for the first time, I was faced with a potential Jury trial. Ms. Britt was recommended to me by a colleague and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive (within 30 mins). Paid great attention to the details of my case and put me at ease. My case was dismissed before I even made it into the courtroom. Highly recommended!!!

I would rate him zero (0) stars if I could. I previously wrote a review, but he obviously had it removed. He is a scammer who threatens to drop your case if you don't pay him more money. He is ill-prepared and acts as though he has ADHD. He also introduced me to a "CPA" who worked in his office who NEVER prepared my taxes, and was wanted by the GBI for fraud. Tom Tierney is nothing more than a snake oil salesman. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Tom and his team are awesome. I contacted Tom during my divorce which arguably is a difficult time for anyone. Tom and his staff were patient, relatable, understanding, and dedicated. I immediately got a sense that my situation was not as daunting as I’d initially thought and that I had a passionate and pugilistic advocate that could work with me. My husband and I hired Kerry for a custody issue with my stepchildren. She heard everything we had to say and talked over what we needed to do on our end. She was able to get us full custody with a visitation schedule for the kids bio mom. Because of Kerry we were able to provide a safe environment and gain a beautiful co-parent relationship. We would not have this relationship if not for Kerry. Custody battles are hard and we had lots of questions all of which Kerry answered quickly and efficiently. She handled our case as if it were her own children. We appreciate her kindness and wisdom beyond words! I will always refer Kerry to anyone needing custody services! We are highly satisfied!

Kerry has been a God sent to our family. She helps us obtain joint custody a couple of years ago of our son and since has continued to be there for us everytime a problem occurs. We recently needed her again and again she came to our aide and helped us fight. We will never stop being greatful for her. She is a fantastic Attorney and the three times we've needed her in the past 4 years she's won our case everytime! There aren't many attorneys that you will find that will work harder and she believes in fathers too and equality in a mother and fathers parenting time and abilities and that's a wonderful quality.

In my experience, they overbilled me and did not advance my case. They never return calls and even hung up on me when i called. Do not you these guys, it was a huge mistake I made, I am out 10K.

After researching companies that were successful in cases against HOA's I hired this firm 5 years ago. I asked if they could win and was told yes. February 2023 we had to agree to a settlement. In that 5 years we changed lawyers 5 times. I would call to find out what was happening and was always told that they were waiting on the HOA attorney and that's just the way this worked. I ended up paying this attorney more than if I had just paid the HOA fine. There is no real update from them, unless you call their monthly bill an update. The last attorney assigned did manage to get a settlement worked out. We took it because I was not going to drag this out another 5 years and 5 different attorneys.

This is a poor start. After speaking with the staff and an attorney with the John Miller and Associates Law Firm... I paid the non-refundable fee, agreed to the initial date and time set by the staff and called 1 hour before the appointed time to confirm the appointment. After the appointed time and 15 min before the close of business, I called the office and was informed that the attorney was not going to make the meeting. Summary: the attorney did not display the expected professionalism and courtesy to take the time to call to me, and provide an apology and reschedule the meeting. This is definitely a teachable moment for John Miller and his Associates...provide timely information to the clients and be more considerate of our time. Thank you Keith Wright

I know you don't review a lawyer and use the title of the review as "NICE"., but she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am so glad I chose her to consult with. She will go out of her way to help you in the way you choose. Other lawyers have made me feel like I am being rushed. No more will that happen to me.

When I reviewed Mrs. flukers rating on her professional conduct I was appalled. She was the biggest B.... I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. She was nothing but rude and disrespectful to me. She was not responsive to my needs or desires. She was TERRIBLE! While I was incarcerated I had the opportunity to make inquires with other inmates with whom she had represented and thier assesment of her was no better. She has a horrible reputation around the Gwinnett County jail. I actually had to contact another lawyer for advice since I could not get any help from her. This led to her withdrawing from my case and I could not have been happier. I was able to prove my innocence less than four months after she withdrew because the lawyer that replaced her actually listened to me and acted on what I told him. In 7 months, Mrs. Fluker only visited me one time in jail and that was her initial visit. The lawyer that replaced her visited me 8 times in less than four months. Results only come if your lawyer is actively pursuing your case. I'm not sure Mrs. Fluker ever even opened my file. I actually had to mail her my unsolicited statements about the case since what I had to say was crucial to understanding the case and she had no interest in hearing what I had to say. I was completely innocent and it could have been easily proven if she had just tried. She didn't care, she had already convicted me and she was the one who was supposed to be defending me. My case was completely dismissed and my record has even been expunged. All Mrs. Fluker did for me was let me rot in jail for a crime I had not committed and add tremendous stress to me on an already stressful situation. Best advice I could give anyone is to stay away from this lawyer. She is a disgrace to the lawyer profession and to the human race.
