These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job.
Gina not only provided patience, logical standpoints and understanding but she also treated me like a person and not just a case or an income. Given the trash heap I brought to her in the form of my case, she did the best that she could to help clean up. She is not afraid to stand up and represent you and deflect wrong doing or poor decisions that could damage your life worse than it currently could be. If I would have stuck with my previous representation I honestly believe that I would not even have a chance to see my daughter at all.

Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment.
Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. They allowed me to do as much leg work as I could to help with the case and Mrs Grady would use all resources available, including conferring with other attorneys at the firm, to ensure that everything was handled and accurately and proficiently as possible.
If I have any more legal matters requiring an attorney with this case, I will be coming back to this law firm to assist me in getting it handled.

What can I say??? This process was smooth as ever. I spoke with an attorney in December just to get information on how the process works he explained and went over every question I could think of. We spoke again in March and got the process started and literally within a week the attorney and his case manager were pulling reports getting out petition ready for court. Less than a month later we were having our hearing before the judge. Smooth sailing and not even 90 days later we are discharged and free of our burden debts and on the road to rebuilding. I can’t thank our/your team enough for everything you have done.

Carter is an outstanding and passionate attorney. I was arrested a couple years back on Halloween at a road block by State Patrol for a "DUI" after passing all the field sobriety tests. I was driving a friend home, but State Patrol arrested me anyway. I contacted Carter after I was bailed out. He quickly took my case, reviewed the evidence, police tapes, and was determined to prove I was truly innocent and should not have been arrested that night. My case was presented at the state level where they agreed I was not to be charged with a DUI due to the lack of evidence. Since the case was brought to the state court, Carter was able to arrange a plea bargain to reduce to reckless driving with no probation or nonsense alcohol and drug evaluation/classes.
Carter fought for my case and was able to make the best of the situation and prove me innocent. The case took multiple years to close, however, he kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect the entire time. He is patient and will answer any questions you have and fight for what you. I highly recommend Carter. He is very passionate about his job and is truly on the defendants side.

A few months ago I was arrested on several serious charges. After initially consulting with Carter, I decided he would be the best person to represent me based on his clear understanding of my situation, and his ability to explain what was happening in layman's terms. I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to legal processes, but Carter was very patient in explaining my options to me, and answered all of my questions completely - regardless of how silly or paranoid they were. He was attentive and professional through the entire process, which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring him. Ultimately, Carter was able to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement with the prosecutor, which was really the best possible outcome for my case. I hope I’ll never require this type of legal service again, but I would certainly rehire Carter if I did.

I hope this doesn't find you too late, but i've been dealing with alot since even before my move so I hope you'll forgive the delay. Samuel Derocco did an awesome job getting to know my difficult situation and working with me to help as much as he could. I had some issues with my license (to put it simply) which I ended up in court for for months. This was a HUGE problem because I was in the midst of moving across country. My husband was already there waiting for me and his 6mo old to join him. I was living with family in the meantime. He listened to my story and spoke genuinely on my behalf working with the court officials to find the best legal way to handle this. He was very knowledgeable, even on the out of state laws. I seriously cried at how well things came out for me and the compassion and understanding shown in regards to my case. Attorney Ana represented me on a battery case is Paulding County and got the charge dismissed. I was arrested for a battery against my girlfriend but there was a total misunderstanding on the case. Things got blown way out of proportion, but, the cops or the DA would not listed to her and drop the charges. She was told that she could not drop charges because the State picked up the charges. This attorney was recommended to me by my co-worker. When I called the office, I was able to talk to Ana right there and then. She scheduled me to come in and meet with her and told me her plan on helping me. She met with my girlfriend and listened to what had really happened and, long story short, she got my charges dismissed. She outshines all of the other attorneys I had consulted with and I am thankful I went with her.

First off it's not okay to drink and drive or drive under the influence, BUT it had been hours since my last drink. I was drinking water since that last drink. Luckily the office who pulled me over had me on video. Yes I did take a right corner a little sharp hitting the shoulder line, but I was well within my limits to drift that corner a little close. I was by no means endangering anyone or myself. Still the officer pulled me over and performed a sobriety test. It was kind of hokey so I hired this attorney. Ana managed to get the charges dismissed. Through the whole process she answered all of my questions and settled my concerns. I don't look forward to hiring another lawyer but I need one I definitely am coming back.

We hired Trey last year when our family needed assistance with adopting our granddaughter. We adopted our daughter from foster care in March 2017. When we received the news that we were going to be able to adopt our daughter, we knew just who to call! When I went to Ms. Henderson I felt lost in the workers comp system. I wasn't getting the care I needed. I was getting no where with the adjuster. Rhonda Bender Kreuziger did an excellent job at handling a most difficult legal case that took many unexpected turns. My daughter was in a horrible marriage. Her husband beat her and threatened their three year old daughter on many occasions. We didn't know where to turn. My son was arrested with a DUI. I had no idea where to turn. A friend of mine had worked with Inez on a tricky Immigration problem and she succeeded in fixing his problem so his children could stay in the US.

Walter Lutes has represented me twice now and I have had a very positive outcome both times. The most recent was a violation of probation that could have gone a very different way. I’m glad I called Walter to save me from going to jail because my wife would have killed me if that were to happen. “Not really but you know what I mean”. I called Walter from a couple recommendations from close personal friends. He didn’t hesitate to jump on it. He gave me a date he was shooting for a dismissal on, and nailed it! That week!!!! He spoke to the prosecutor and probation officers IN PERSON!!

Walter is an amazing attorney!! He represented our family on two cases recently!! He was knowledgeable and very swift to act on our case! He worked closely with us to get the best defense in her case. He had to defend this case at all costs by presenting material to the prosecution in a timely fashion and getting the outcome we desired.
