We used Todd to update our will and draft other estate documents. The process was very easy. Started with a phone call and Todd was able to pull together everything we'd asked for including a trust. These guys are awesome!! Some people for pretending to be who they weren't by phone text so on and so forth. I contacted Poland and Poland they expose the people for the scammers they were. If someone presents you and uncomfortable approach claiming to be investors, attorneys, whatever and you think it doesn't sound right? 99.9% of the times that means it's not right contact Poland and Poland. If these guys are legit they will know and if they're scammers they will know. After all they're updated daily on all the new scams. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I would recommend Jennifer to anyone for an adoption case. She was so calm and friendly and her guidance was just what we needed. It was a long process from our first meeting to a legal name change for our daughter to the finalization of the adoption, and she was with us every step of the way. Any time spent at Charlotte Fleming Law Firm is, unfortunately, time wasted. Despite Charlotte's claims of prioritizing client service and forming partnerships that ensure clients' cases are managed effectively, my experience has been quite the opposite. I have never encountered such disrespect and dishonesty, especially given the substantial fees I paid for services that ultimately provided no value.
The staff at the firm appeared very courteous and professional, which makes it all the more disheartening that Ms. Fleming's conduct was so unprofessional. During my divorce, a highly vulnerable period for me, she exploited my situation rather than providing the support I needed. Initially, she was attentive and reassuring, but once I committed to working with her, the level of communication dropped dramatically. She made frequent accusations against me for actions she herself was taking, violating multiple ethical standards and causing me significant financial losses.
Her behavior, marked by a lack of empathy and a troubling disregard for the client experience, suggests a severe misalignment with her professed values. Given her own experience with divorce, one would expect a more compassionate approach. Instead, her actions reflect a concerning level of narcissism and insensitivity.

After being recommended by a family member, I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Smith's CV from his law firm website. I was encouraged by his wealth of experience, both as a lawyer and a judge. He was very personable and easy to converse with, while maintaining focus on the key points of the case. As my case had several delays for certain reasons such as the COVID breakout, Derek kept me apprised of everything going on with the proceedings. I was provided with all documentation regarding my case including evidence from the incident and court filings. He found several ways of approaching the case, while ending up with the best possible option for my situation. Additionally, the partners at his firm that he is able to confer with can offer their own expertise which he was able to share with me to explain their thoughts and reasoning. The outcome of my case was better than I could ever have expected, but even if that were not the case I am confident I had the best representation possible. I’ve worked with three attorneys for a complex custody case, and I only wish I’d found Mark from the beginning. He’s been phenomenal from day one. He keeps you fully updated every step of the way, and he’s honest about what is realistic in your case, which has been refreshing. With Mark, there’s no chasing down orders or wondering where your case stands; he’s on top of everything. He’s also straightforward about costs, and while you may pay more, you’re absolutely getting your money’s worth.
My first attorney came highly recommended and was known as one of the “best” in Putnam County, yet my experience with her was a nightmare. My second attorney was a good person but just wasn’t a strong fit for my case. Mark, on the other hand, has been exceptional. I have so much less stress now, knowing he’s handling my case and keeping me informed.
Even though my custody case isn’t finished yet, I’ve already experienced the difference with Mark. I feel that if I’d worked with him from the start, my case would be done by now. Not sure why Mr. Richardson has so many highly rated reviews?%$#@. The first clue something was wrong was when he rarely contacted his client, and when he did it was via TEXT messages, instead of phone calls! When called he rarely, if ever, made himself available and his assistant never had answers for what Mr. Richardson was doing in regards to the case and wouldn't even send documentation on billing when he dropped client with no prior warning a week and a few days before hearing. This man, and his office staff, took money for a job and did little to nothing, even worse tried up very valuable time in a child custody case for over 6 mos. If he is a man who truly cares about ALL of his clients, then he would have taken 5 mins to explained over the phone why he would no longer represent his client and more importantly, he would have done that 6 MONTHS AGO NOT the week before a hearing! Do your homework before hiring this man, get EVERYTHING in writing, and research perhaps more professional lawyers in your area. Not everyone has deep pockets of $$$ to waste on insensative lawyers, especially single moms:(((

Building a successful family is challenging. When everything is going well in the household unit life is at it's most fulfilling moments. I have found just the opposite to also be true. I guess i didn't realize he only works for divorcee's, because its so hard to get a win for a woman in a divorce, LOL.
Likes to ask you questions then won't listen to answer, basically wants you to be his paralegal, i'm not a lawyer. I'm here to get legal answers.
Like a plumber, "So what's the problem?"
"Well the toilet is...."
"I don't have time to hear about this now, I've worked on sinks, but never toilets, not sure how i will figure it out? Are you wanting to divorce your toilet and take all his crap with you? because you found a new toilet that isn't out working to pay for everything all the time and you feel sad while spending all its money while sitting on every other toilet in town? I can do that.
What you need to do is learn all about toilets, read all the manuals pass the master plumber test and then report back to me what you found out, I can see you in a few weeks, mmk?"
"Ok, a few weeks till you can hear about my toilet?...but yes that's why i'm calling", I'd like to make an appt."
"Ok" then hangs up on you.
Good to know that all people in East TN, are slow witted, lazy, rude, lack critical thinking skills and think morals, character and bathing is optional.
Put down the case of natural light cans and pick up a book every now and then. Nevermind, it won't help.

My experience, as the majority of the reviews I have read and would agree with, are nothing but spectacular thoughts and feelings regarding Mr. Kloosterman.
I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. He is very diligent and respectful to all. In our cases, he was very thorough, doing legal research citing the law to opposing counsel and the judges. He advised us of our options and potential outcomes in both cases and allowed us to make very informed decisions regarding our cases as we moved forward.
I have and will always continue to highly recommend Mr. Kloosterman as he genuinely cares for his clients, is an excellent lawyer, and, more importantly, a fantastic man. He has always made himself available to us after hours and even weekends! Mr. Kloosterman has taken calls from me well after midnight in emergencies and talked to me after hours for extended periods of time. This is a committed lawyer whom you can trust and who truly cares for people, and it shows.
Mr. Kloosterman is not only respectful but very courageous. He is highly intelligent but humble, which does not mean he will not stand up for you. Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. Todd not only disrespected the courts but he also violated his oath, please someone report him and have him removed as an attorney.
