Mark was referred to me by a friend after a former employee was seeking a large sum of money in a frivolous lawsuit. Mark thought we could beat the case in court but advised the additional legal costs and with the liberal legal system in Massachusetts it would be best to try to settle. We settled forwell less than a 1/3 of what the plaintiff was seeking. I really wanted to beat the case but I know Mark’s advice and experience with these types of cases it was in my best interest to settle. Mark was also very reassuring and always willing to take a phone call throughout the whole process.

Patrick Murphy is the best. I was summoned to a Magistrate Hearing. I had no idea what to expect or even how to prepare. Upon first contact with Patrick, he was extremely helpful. He explained the whole process to me, assisted with gathering the right documents and information, and answered all of my questions. On the day of the hearing, Patrick explained how the hearing would unfold and again answered all of my questions. Patrick is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I called lawyer Davis after I was told by my friends that they used him and won on there cases. He returned my call the same day and we meet the next day. During the meeting we went over my case and at the end I hired him. I asked him who will talk to the people that lied. He told me he has an investigator that I can contact 24/7. When davis was in court or on the weekends my family and me would contact this investigator for questions on people. attorney davis told me they offered a deal if I plea Davis took the time and explained my options if I wanted a trial I’m glad he took time and we went to trial.
My friends were right Attorney Davis is the Best. He got me a not guilty

Ira has been fantastic! I reached out to him about an upcoming case regarding debt collection. Due to the case being VERY soon (a few days) he was not able to take it on at the time (understandable, as it was very short notice). He did, however, spend a good deal of time talking me through the process, explaining possible options to take, what I could do to prepare, and possible outcomes. He was polite, patient, and explained everything in perfect detail. I was able to postpone the case due to his assistance, and I plan to work with him again (albeit this time I will be sure to reach out before the 11th hour) and I feel very confident with his skills and experience! Attorney Smith represented me for several years in an unfriendly corporation breakup which included, among other things, the disposition of Intellectual Property. He proved to be a quick study. We were opposed by a well known Boston law firm, now defunct. Better them than us. I found Josh when I was looking for someone to help defend my roommates and I's security deposit against a shifty landlord. Having never had to speak with a lawyer before I'd been intensely worried about the whole process and had lost a couple nights sleep leading up to meeting for the first time.
After getting to talk to him however, it seemed like all the stress of the situation melted away. He explained exactly how the whole small claims process works in simple terms, helped me walk through my documentation and all of our options, and listed the various outcomes we could expect.
We started the ball rolling and our landlord almost immediately folded and gave us back the sum of our deposit. Thought we had the option to try for triple damages, my roommates and I didn't want to pursue it, and Josh never pressured us in any direction.
Now the whole matter is resolved, and it was way easier than I'd been expecting. I hope I don't ever have to hire help to deal with a landlord again, but if I do, I'll most certainly come back and speak with Josh.

Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul!
