Working with Joe Simons was the best decision I made for my Federal case in California. A process that took over 3 years from start to finish Joe walked me through each process. Constantly working with the prosecutor to get me a better deal all the way down to Probation. Joe is up front and honest with you from the beginning on what to expect and that made each moment easier to handle. Even flying out to California multiple times I knew I was in good hands. Joe was always there to answer any questions and even after sentencing he is still helping with technical aspects of probation. I 100% recommend Joe Simons and his Law firm. They will have your back throughout the whole process.

Attorney Dimitrios Ioannidis represented me in my divorce case and has my highest recommendation. He is one of the most honest, genuine person I met, greatly experienced and reputable attorney in Family Law matters. He was attentive and a true advocate of my rights with amazing negotiation skills that helped me get to a fair resolution. He was always extremely well prepared, doing his homework before getting to court. I also felt that he understood who I was and helped me during this difficult process.

I have a breach of contract case and need consult an attorney. I got Jill's name from google search via lawyer rating website. She called me back the next day and we talked over the phone for longer than I can expected (especially from an attorney). She analysed my case vs the potential cost to me. She is very caring and thoughtful attorney, different from the general impression I got for "attorney's reputation". I highly recommend her and definitely use her in the future.

Jill recently worked as my real estate attorney for my closing on a condo in downtown Boston, and I could not have had a more positive experience. Jill was pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and always prompt with her communication. Best of all, she was calm, level headed, and rational during an otherwise irrational experience. I would highly recommend Jill for any situation!

I've known and worked with Mike in the legal field for almost 20 years. We have been colleagues within the same law firms twice, and he has been my go-to outside I.P. litigation counsel all three times that I served as a General Counsel in-house. Mike is world-class high technology attorney, who brings to each of his clients a rare combination of excellence in I.P. litigation, intelligence in strategic I.P. management and licensing, and accessibility and responsiveness to the clients that he serves. He is equally comfortable and adept in the high-stakes, Fortune 100, multi-national litigation arena, as he is in the start-up, small company, single jurisdiction litigation setting, and brings valuable guidance to his clients in both of those settings. In all cases, he is able to keep overall client goals and needs in focus while deftly implementing the I.P. enforcement strategy and tactics that will accomplish those goals. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough.

Michael Renaud is my key patent strategy advisor here at Enterprise Systems Technologies, S.à r.l. and has been for more than 12 years as my career has progressed through several other companies, including Aprisma, Enterasys and Wal-Mart. Michael is my key advisor regarding patent acquisitions, licensing, enforcement and all other aspects of generating revenue from patent assets. He is the first person I call when I have a legal issue involving patent litigation whether on the defendants or plaintiffs side. I have reached out to him immediately after joining each new organization (and sometimes before making the final decision to move) to ensure I will have him at my side as I seek to make a significant impact early in my tenure. Together we have created a lot of revenue for my organizations, managed successful monetization programs and successfully defended infringement claims. He understands the market, is known for his business-like approach and is among the most creative and strategic attorneys with whom I have worked.

I trust Mike. He is thorough, creative, and focused on success. Mike has helped my company leverage a complex portfolio of patents using a business-focused approach. He communicates the value of patent holdings within the context of the marketplace and not just as stand-alone assets. Mike’s approach works because he appeals to the rational, bottom-line mindset of the business professionals with whom he negotiates. He has successfully litigation and assist in negotiation license agreements which have generated more than $200 million in revenues with some of the largest corporations in the world. Mike has also lead our enforcement efforts us in the courtroom and his skills in both Federal District Courts and the ITC are very well-regarded, which further strengthens our hand in negotiations.

Five years ago my company was owed about $2.5 million by a client on a project we built for a high-end restaurant in the Boston area. The bank and the restaurant were pointing fingers at each other and we and our subcontractors were left hanging. In 20 years of as a general contractor my company had never had any issues like this. I was referred to Brad by my accountant. He said Brad was the head of the construction bar in Boston and knew that area of the law as well as anyone. He also said that Brad was reasonable, but very strong. After my first call with Brad, I was immediately put at ease. He understood our issue immediately, developed a strategy to protect us, and gave me an idea of costs and potential risks. Although there were many issues, Brad guided my company through the process. He liened the project, fended off claims by subcontractors, and put us in a position to negotiate a very positive settlement without giving up much of anything. Brad's guidance saved our company. He was worth every penny. We continue to lean on Brad to keep us out of similar issues by having him review our contracts and other project issues as they arise. He's a valued part of my team.

“As an executive with a busy general contractor for over a decade, I have relied on Brad’s advice on a wide variety of legal matters for many years. He not only knows the legal issues we confront, but he also has a deep practical understanding of the commercial construction industry as a whole. Brad reviews, drafts and negotiates our contracts, helps with payment issues and project issues as they arise on jobs, and recommends options for our company that pose the least amount of risk. Whether it’s a small internal employment question or an issue with millions at stake, Brad is responsive and always has our best interests in mind. He gives us the same attention and quality of service that we give our clients and I consider him an invaluable member of our team.”

As a member of a Boston-area law school, I was confronted with a sexual harassment allegation made by the Student Body Judiciary committee. I immediately called Brad and asked him to represent me as numerous lawyers referred him. I was so glad I did! I told him my story and he engaged in a thoughtful step by step analysis of the situation. I was to show up in front of our Dean of Judicial affairs, and I was scared. Brad told me that he handled numerous cases like these in the past in the same school, and he knew exactly what to do with my case - his competence immediately assuaged my fears. He told me to be forthright and honest (telling me to admit to what I did in a contrite, sincere manner). I went into the meeting with the judiciary committee prepared, honest, and forthright. I was ordered to write an apology note and to undergo alcohol counseling, but I am able to stay in school and pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer! He truly saved my future livelihood and for that, I am grateful. Without a doubt, I recommend Brad to anyone. He is professional, trustworthy, and hardworking!

Frank consistently provides outstanding, trustworthy, and cost-effective counsel. I can't put into words how grateful I am for Len's services! Len has helped me with a criminal case that lasted over 3 years. He worked extremely hard for me, and his lack of self interest was astounding! The entire time I knew without doubt that every advice he gave and every action he took was in my best interest. It was crystal clear that his only motivation was getting me the best possible outcome. If I had gone with any other lawyer, I doubt that I would have ended up as well off as I am today. He is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met and very well respected as a lawyer, yet he is humble and patient. He had no problem answering the same questions repeatedly because he was able to empathise with me. He understood that I was nervous and needed constant clarification. He also worked with me for every little decision. For every step along the way, he would thoroughly analyze the situation, give his detailed opinion on what was going on (which I almost always felt was spot on), provide the different options available, and discuss the pros and cons of each. I truly felt like I had an expert alongside of me, but I was in the driver's seat. Perhaps most importantly, he is GOOD! He knows the law inside and out (even more than most judges)! He also is very good at courtroom etiquette. He knows the subtleties of the best way to interact with judges and prosecutors (again always keeping my best interest in mind). I would strongly recommend him, he will work hard for you and absolutely get you the best possible outcome.

Leonard defended me in a criminal trial. He was shockingly good, I don't think I've ever seen someone argue a case better in person or on tv. I had the detectives come to my house months later to ask me who my lawyer was because they were so impressed. These cops see lawyers almost every week and for them to come to my house and ask me who he was because they wanted him to represent them, the detectives said without a doubt he is going to do big things in the future because of how young he still is. In short, I was found not guilty in a case where things were stacked against me. I'll for ever be greatful and feel blessed I found him to repress me. I would recommend him highly, trust me it doesn't get any better

I have been represented by Mr. Gioia on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney that they can trust and feel confident in. Mr. Gioia always made himself available to me, taking my phonecalls from jail, and he kept me aprised of any and all updates to my cases. He negotiated everything i asked for, on my behalf, spectacularly. From bail review hearings and conditions, to then putting in motions, and eventually the plea deals I ended up accepting. I couldn't have asked for anything more. When you are being charged with crimes that carry significant sentences, you don't need the added stress of having ineffective council, and I had a really good feeling about Mr. Gioia's abilities right from the beginning, and he really came through for me every single time.

Patrick Gioia went above and beyond to assure that I got the best legal service humanly possible. From researching supreme court cases that could assist in my defense to checking in on me in between court dates to giving me a dress shirt to look more presentable in court Patrick made sure I had the best chance I could at getting all my charges dropped and this enormous effort on his part ammounted in just so. He was even able to get my negligent operation charge dropped that I received along with my OUI charge, something that is very hard to do due to the vague wording of the offense making many driving scenarios fit under its description. Patrick was very well spoken in every single one of my court cases and took the time to prepare written statements and memorize then to the dot. On top of this Patrick did this all pro bono, as he was court appointed to me, demonstrating that he was very dedicated to his work. Additionally Patrick was always 100% honest with me and explained to me thoroughly every option I had before each of my court appearances so that I knew my choices, and he always allowed me to ultimately pick the course of action taken but never without making sure I was 100% up to speed. Overall I was very happy and lucky to have had Patrick as my lawyer and I would definitely seek his legal counsel again if I was ever to be charged with another crime, even if were to cost me a substantial fee. I highly recommend his counsel to anyone seeking legal advice or representation.

Attorney Wayland is an honest lawyer with high ethical standards and very practical approach. I found Edward after searching the list of best lawyers in Boston and he proved to be one for my highly contentious long stretched divorce case. From the very beginning till the very last day of our work together, Edward was always prompt and available, guiding me through the options, clarifying my doubts and ignorance about the process, and providing compassion and encouragement during tough moments. Throughout the process, Edward had an approach of resolving issues collaboratively with the other party, however, if I felt I was getting unfair share and wanted to fight back harder, he was right by my side with unwavering advocacy for that as well. I personally am very impressed by Edward’s command over communication skills as he can say strong stuff in a very polite yet firm and targeted verbiage. I was surprised to see other lawyers getting agitated or rude, but Edward always held calm demeanor while maintaining firm tone and pushing the agenda forward. Finally, my case is over now, and I have moved forward in my life, but I will always be grateful to have Edward Wayland as my divorce attorney while I went through the rough times of life. I highly recommend Attorney Wayland to anyone seeking divorce or custody help. Infact, I have already given his reference to couple people who were seeking help due to my exceptional experience working with him.

Divorce is not joyful. However, having Attorney Wayland by your side as a guide will certainly alleviate the day to day weightiness of it all and ultimately aid in the ultimate goal: a sense of peace and stability, and if you have children, a sense of comfort in knowing that everything will be fine. Attorney Wayland affirms the above, during the entire process. He is generous, kind, fair and sensible. Attorney Wayland is extremely knowledgeable of his field and will fight for you every step of the way.

I'm very grateful I had made the right decision to terminate him for ineffectiveness of his counsel. About few years ago, To today's day, I never regretted (terminating) firing Edward Wayland. He almost ruined my life and my freedom. lack of communication, Failure to exercise diligence, ineffectiveness of his counsel, and Incompetence, Incompetence, and Incompetence. I'm in the process of filing a complaint against him to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseer; Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), I think he should get his license suspended or revoked. (everything I stated here is true except for the top 10 worst attorneys).

Being referred to Leo Boyle and the firm of Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow was the only bright light for my family when lost in darkness after losing a loved one in a tragic, unthinkable manner. Leo Boyle is held in the highest regard by his peers and others, and my family and I were fortunate and privileged to have had the opportunity to be represented by him. The legal process is certainly a daunting one to us laymen, but Leo Boyle patiently ensured we understood every aspect of the legal journey we were on. His experience, knowledge, dedication and professionalism are unmatched and rivaled only by his concern, care and compassion for his clients and the loss suffered. In addition to the countless hours of work involved in a wrongful death case, Leo Boyle took the time to get to know not only us, but also our lost loved one. He was genuinely interested in and touched by the stories we shared. He laughed with us at fond memories recalled, comforting us when the laughter turned to tears. He was not only our champion, but also the champion of our lost loved one. Leo Boyle's expertise and his personal touch make us proud to call him our lawyer AND our friend. Although I would hate to know of another family going through a like tragedy, I would not hesitate to recommend Leo Boyle for expert and caring representation.

I am a lawyer, and Lee did an excellent job in his handling of my complex landlord tenant dispute. His instincts were spot on in negotiation and he did a great job in devising a strategy that led to what I believe was the best possible outcome. He was also extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. I was fortunate to have him as my attorney and strongly recommend him.

I was first referred to Donna Turley and Glickman-Turley by my now deceased partner during the sale of my condo in Boston, in January, 2012. As a result of some of life's "unexpected twists and turns", we were prompted to consequently sell the townhouse that we had purchased together, and so we naturally called upon Donna and Company to execute that transaction, as well. During the course of that sale, in November 2012, several personal challenges ensued, including the untimely death of my partner, a job change, and a relocation for me to the West Coast. Throughout it all, Donna Turley and Kristine Grimes (Office Manager, Paralegal) were concrete in their resolve to successfully navigate this process for me, even in my absence, and to provide the necessary professional (and in my case, a very personal) support to close on the sale on schedule. Aside from the expected outcomes above, this dynamic duo also uncovered a complex and confusing lot-line abnormality on the second property, and are still in the process of correcting a mis-filed poperty loan pay-off by another attorney from the purchase of my first home back in 1999. After having hired Donna and Kristine's services for 2 consecutive home sales, I can honestly relate that they provide a level of attention FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND the norm, and that their excellent customer focus really stands out, especially in this day and age when service lapses and impersonal practices are commonplace by many companies. I am prompted to shout their praises load and clear on this forum, and will most certainly recommend their services to prospective clients whenever possible. Thank You.

My company hired Dennis to settle a dispute with an out of state general contractor who refused to pay us for work completed. It was a complicated situation and I was most impressed with his ability to grasp a large body of written and electronic material stretching over a 6 month period. He kept me informed, was cautious with his billable time and handled the situation with tact, diplomacy and good natured force. During two potentially heated phone conferences he knew precicely how to keep the conversation focused, allowing me to make the points I needed to make. The result was that the company settled with us for the exact amount we asked for. Anyone would be pleased with that result! If you want quality representation, hire Dennis Lindgren.

The Commonwealth mistakenly charged me with a labor violation and issued a fairly large fine against me. While this was truly a case of mistaken identity / paperwork not being filed, I didn't want to take any chances. Sidenote: When in doubt, consult an attorney. I did some research regarding the top labor attorneys in the Boston area and Greg's name (along with his partner Neil Cohen) kept coming up. I contacted him, immediately got through, and we were off and running. After a 45-minute Zoom consultation, I officially retained his legal services. Could I have resolved this on my own with the Commonwealth? Maybe, but it would have taken far longer and been a huge headache. Greg was extremely detailed in his correspondence on my behalf with the Commonwealth and all of our documentation was promptly (not to mention appropriately) filed. The Commonwealth moved slowly, but Greg was relentless in his pursuit to resolve my case. To that end, he was also gracious and reassuring when communicating with me while remaining transparent about the process. Once the matter was finally resolved (in my favor) and the violation was dismissed, we had a final meeting to wrap-up and review his billing. Needless to say, Greg is an amazing lawyer, a good guy, and an honest man in terms of doing right by his clients. I hope to never need the advice of an Employment/Labor attorney again, but if I do ... I'm calling Greg Lucyniak.

My son and I needed an attorney to file a Motion to Extend our co-guardianship of my brother. Our previous attorney was no longer available to do it and gave us short notice. Greg stepped in and with very little time, worked with the Court Guardian, the treating physicians, the Court, and handled the situation adeptly, correctly and successfully. It was quite a relief knowing that we had Greg to handle this matter so smartly and quickly.

Emma Kremer was my divorce attorney starting in June 2012. From day one Emma was there for anything I needed regarding my case. She answered all of my many questions and helped me understand what to expect. She kept in constant contact with me and would inform me of any updates or information I needed to know immediately. She also made me feel comfortable in every way to contact her with anything I needed. She made sure that my best interest was her first priority and in this process that was very comforting to me. Emma would brief me throughout the process and made sure I understood all the legal documents and information. It was a sad and hard situation for me and having Emma as a lawyer made it easier to get through. Emma was competent, professional and I would highly recommend her.

Wells is the most expert immigration attorney on the east coast. HIs practice serves extraordinary immigrants (academics, investors, entrepreneurs, and HNWs) in the US and across the Commonwealth. He hard-working and wise, and does not let down his clients. Once Wells has your back you can sleep peacefully (and travel globally). My immigration case was complex, involved 3 countries, 2 ongoing litigations, and at least 1 antagonistic 3rd parties. My immigration record was problematic and filled with falsehoods that negatively impacted my global travel and ability to provide for my family. Before finding Mr. Wakefield I consulted with more than 5 immigration attorneys in Boston, London, LA, and New York. All either admitted that they were out of their depth or over time showed themselves to lack the required expertise and experience in my unique matter. That is when I met Wells Wakefield. Wells first helped me to ASSESS the situation and uncover all relevant information from public and private sources, then we ANALYZED my options and risks, and finally we ACTED definitively across 2 countries and multiple legal jurisdictions and litigations. Two years later I have secured residency in multiple countries, secured confidential settlements, and I now have a clean immigration record. What is more remarkable is that Wells did all this at roughly 50% of the price quoted by other attorneys. Don't call Wells for ordinary immigration forms and procedures. Call him when everyone else has failed or don't know what to do. When you need an extraordinary immigration to solve an extraordinary situation.

Wells Wakefield has represented me in multiple areas. In 2015, Wells helped with pro bono work helping a friend of mine visiting from another country apply for asylum, and, eventually a work permit. That friend now has work papers and is legally living, working, and paying taxes in the US. I periodically consulted Wells on other business immigration matters from 2015-2018 that did not require a formal retainer, specifically options for startup employees who were non-US residents. In one case, Wells taught us about Optional Practical Training, which was the right answer at the time, and Curricular Practical Training which one student's university offered. In another case, Wells explained how we could reimburse international interns' expenses without compensating them in a way that would violate US labor law. I also referred Wells to a friend whom I have asked to write his own review here. I can say that that friend has repeatedly thanked me for the introduction and told me that he personally credits Wells for getting his difficult immigration problem solved and his visa approved. I recently retained Wells and his partners to represent me in a civil proceeding where Airbnb renters caused $20,000 of damage to my home. He and his partners did a fantastic job explaining the pros and cons of litigation and how the process would work. I closely read the quality of their filings and they did a superb, careful job setting out the facts and applying the most favorable applicable law to my case. The matter is still pending but I am extremely happy with the process so far. Wells has also helped me with close reading of business contracts from time to time. Full disclosure: I knew Wells as a personal friend before he became a trusted attorney.

What a Litigation Lawyer Can Do for You

A litigation lawyer specializes in representing individuals, businesses, or organizations involved in legal disputes. Whether you're the one filing a lawsuit or you're being sued, a litigation attorney will advocate on your behalf throughout the entire legal process. Their goal is to resolve disputes, either through negotiation, settlement, or trial. Litigation lawyers can help with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, real estate issues, employment disputes, personal injury claims, and more.

Litigation lawyers provide strategic legal advice and manage all aspects of your case, from filing motions to representing you in court, ensuring that your rights are protected and that you have the best chance of achieving a favorable outcome.

When Should I Hire a Litigation Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a litigation lawyer if you're involved in a legal dispute that you cannot resolve on your own. Common situations include:

  • Breach of contract disputes: If a party to a contract fails to fulfill their obligations, a litigation lawyer can help you seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Litigation lawyers can represent you in cases of partnership disagreements, intellectual property disputes, or business fraud.
  • Employment disputes: If you're facing issues like wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, or wage disputes, a litigation lawyer can help resolve these matters through negotiation or court action.
  • Personal injury claims: If you've been injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a litigation attorney can help you pursue your case.
  • Real estate or property disputes: When there are conflicts over property ownership, boundary issues, or lease agreements, a litigation lawyer can assist in resolving the dispute.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process is beneficial, especially if a lawsuit seems imminent or you have already been served with legal documents.

What Does a Litigation Lawyer Do?

A litigation lawyer handles all aspects of your case, from the initial investigation to the trial and even the appeals process, if necessary. Their role includes:

  • Case assessment and investigation: Analyzing the facts of your case and advising whether it’s worth pursuing or defending.
  • Pleadings and motions: Drafting and filing documents to initiate or respond to a lawsuit, including complaints, motions to dismiss, and answers.
  • Discovery: Gathering evidence, including depositions, interrogatories, and document requests, to build your case.
  • Negotiations and settlement discussions: Attempting to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, or settlement talks before going to trial.
  • Trial representation: Presenting your case in court, examining witnesses, introducing evidence, and making legal arguments before a judge or jury.
  • Appeals: If necessary, filing appeals to challenge or defend the outcome of the trial.

Litigation lawyers are also skilled negotiators and often work to resolve disputes outside of court to save time, money, and stress for their clients.

How Are Litigation Lawyers Paid?

Litigation lawyers typically use a variety of fee structures depending on the type of case, the complexity of the legal matter, and the financial circumstances of the client. Common payment arrangements include:

  • Hourly rates: Many litigation attorneys charge by the hour, with rates varying based on experience and geographic location.
  • Flat fees: For specific, predictable legal tasks (such as filing a motion), lawyers may offer a flat fee.
  • Contingency fees: In personal injury or other cases where you seek damages, a lawyer may work on a contingency basis, taking a percentage of the settlement or award if you win.
  • Retainer: Some clients pay a retainer fee upfront to secure ongoing legal services. The lawyer then bills against this retainer as work is done.

The exact structure should be discussed in the initial consultation to ensure you understand how and when you'll be charged.

How Much Does a Litigation Lawyer Cost?

The cost of a litigation lawyer varies significantly depending on the nature of the dispute and the lawyer’s experience. Factors affecting the cost include:

  • The complexity of the case: More complex litigation involving extensive discovery, expert witnesses, or multi-party suits typically costs more.
  • Time spent: Litigation cases can be time-consuming, especially if they go to trial. The longer the case, the higher the legal fees.
  • Type of fee arrangement: Hourly rates can range from $200 to over $1,000 per hour, depending on the lawyer’s reputation and location. Contingency fees generally range from 25% to 40% of the settlement or award.
  • Stage of litigation: Cases that settle early in the process are often less expensive than those that proceed to trial or appeal.

It’s crucial to ask about cost estimates during your initial consultation to avoid surprises.

Top Questions to Ask a Litigation Lawyer

Before hiring a litigation lawyer, it's essential to ask key questions to ensure you're choosing the right representation:

  1. What is your experience with cases like mine?
Ensure that the lawyer has experience handling your specific type of dispute, whether it's a contract issue, personal injury, or business matter.
  2. What are the potential outcomes of my case?
Ask for an honest assessment of your case's strengths, weaknesses, and the likelihood of success.
  3. What is your fee structure?
Clarify how you'll be charged, whether by the hour, a flat fee, or on a contingency basis.
  4. How long do you expect my case to take?
While it's hard to predict, an experienced lawyer can give you a rough estimate based on similar cases.
  5. How often do you settle cases versus going to trial?
Some lawyers are more inclined to settle, while others may be more experienced in the courtroom. It’s important to understand their strategy.
  6. What is your approach to resolving disputes?
Some lawyers prefer aggressive litigation, while others focus on settlement or mediation. Choose one whose approach aligns with your goals.

How to Check the Credibility of a Litigation Lawyer

To verify a litigation lawyer’s credibility, consider the following steps:

  • Check bar association records: Ensure the lawyer is in good standing with the state bar and has no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Online reviews can provide insight into the lawyer’s professionalism and track record.
  • Look for litigation experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they have handled cases like yours and have a record of success.
  • Request references: Ask the lawyer to provide references from past clients who can speak to their effectiveness and approach.
  • Research their trial experience: If your case is likely to go to trial, ensure the lawyer has a history of courtroom success.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make your first consultation with a litigation lawyer productive, you should prepare the following:

  • A clear outline of the dispute: Provide a timeline and key details about the legal issue you're facing.
  • Any relevant documents: Bring contracts, emails, letters, or any other documentation that pertains to the case.
  • A list of key players: Provide the names of individuals or companies involved in the dispute.
  • Questions about fees and the litigation process: Make sure you understand how the lawyer plans to approach your case and how you will be charged.
  • Your goals and expectations: Be clear about what outcome you're hoping for, whether it's a settlement, compensation, or another resolution.

By coming prepared, you can ensure that your initial meeting with the lawyer is both efficient and insightful, giving you a better sense of how to proceed with your case.
