Shannon and her team are amazing!! I have used her twice for two different issues. First, when my son was hit by a car, suffered multiple injuries and had to send a week in the ICU. We were very lucky he was alive. Shannon drove over 2 hours to meet us at the hospital and help start the process for a personal injury claim. Shannon and her team fought tooth and nail to get what my son deserved- she would not settle for the small amounts being offered by the insurance company. My son ended up with a great amount to set him up for a bright future and pay off the medical bills.
Second, one of my children had gotten into trouble which turned into a huge legal fight. I remembered Shannon’s expertise with juvenile defense and called her right away. She was able to help with this charge and maintain my child’s options for his future.
I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else but her team!! They were professional, caring, and very communicative.

Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! He even negotiated a large sum of money for me to turn my house over for "CASH FOR KEYS". With that money I was able to bury my father with RESPECT, move out, and start a new life somewhere else. During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

I had bad problems with my restaurant manager because he was too soft in its ways to screw employees and it happened thefts, cleaning done wrong, hours counted or improperly counted too, documents not filed in due time, fines, etc. . a real mess. I appealed to Mr. Francis M. Boyer who advised me, put the director on the right path, ask me to close the restaurant for two days to clean all up, what i did. He is a great guy and a very good lawyer. I recommend him eyes closed. Now, my director took the control of the restaurant with more confidence, employees are ok, all is in its due place, invoices are paid in time, documents filled in due time too because Mr Boyer have a look on it. My restaurant runs right and i enjoy it.

I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry.
